Claims (8)

  1. Machine à gaufrer pour transférer des tronçons de surface d'une bande porteuse (17), comme un film, sur un substrat (16), comme une feuille, dans laquelle le substrat (16) et la bande porteuse (17) traversent entre un premier cylindre (19), par exemple un cylindre-outil, sur lequel est agencé un outil (15) réalisé pour le transfert des tronçons de surface, et un second cylindre (14), par exemple un cylindre antagoniste, et les deux cylindres (13, 14) sont entraînés sensiblement à la même vitesse périphérique, au moins pendant le transfert des tronçons de surface, caractérisée en ce que le premier cylindre (13) est entraîné par un entraînement électrique (30), agencé sensiblement sur le même axe par rapport au premier cylindre (13), et en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen de commande (43) pour l'entraînement électrique (30), qui traite d'une part les signaux de synchronisation via la vitesse de rotation du second cylindre (14) et d'autre part des données concernant des déviations souhaitées par rapport à la vitesse de rotation synchrone et les convertit en signaux de commande pour des modifications de vitesse de rotation, de préférence périodiques, du premier cylindre (13) pendant une révolution du premier cylindre (13).
  2. Machine à gaufrer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement électrique (30) comprend un moteur électrique, de préférence un moteur à courant triphasé (31) capable d'être commande à vitesse de rotation variable via un convertisseur de fréquence.
  3. Machine à gaufrer selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la commande de l'entraînement électrique (30) se produit de telle façon que des différences de diamètre efficace des deux cylindres (13, 14) sont corrigées pendant l'une de leurs révolutions respectives par des modifications périodiques réglables de la vitesse périphérique du premier cylindre (13), et la vitesse périphérique est modifiée sur la plage périphérique de travail d'un outil (15) sur le premier cylindre (13), d'une valeur sensiblement constante, et est modifiée en retour à l'intérieur d'une plage périphérique qui n'est pas occupée par l'outil, dans la direction de modification opposée, d'un trajet périphérique parcouru pendant la modification précédente.
  4. Machine à gaufrer selon le préambule de la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un entraînement électrique (30) qui entraîne le premier cylindre (13) comprend un moteur électrique (31) avec un stator (34, 35) et un rotor, le stator étant monté sur une autre partie de la machine (12) que le premier cylindre (13).
  5. Machine à gaufrer selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le premier cylindre (13) est monté sur une partie de machine (23), en particulier une bielle, montée sur le châssis de machine de façon réglable quant à sa distance depuis le second cylindre (14), et en ce que le stator (34, 35), monté en rotation par rapport au rotor, de l'entraînement électrique (30) est soutenu sur le châssis de machine (12) au moyen d'un bras de soutien (36).
  6. Machine à gaufrer selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le bras de soutien (36) s'étend sensiblement verticalement par rapport à la partie de machine réglable (23), et en ce qu'il est prévu entre lui-même et le châssis de machine (12) une liaison (39) mobile sensiblement en direction longitudinale du bras de soutien (36).
  7. Machine à gaufrer selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le bras de soutien (36) est tel que son montage de soutien est approximativement dans le prolongement de l'axe de pivotement de la partie de machine réglable.
  8. Machine à gaufrer selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la partie de machine réglable (23) est maintenue de façon réglable au moyen d'un entraînement linéaire (26), comme un cylindre hydraulique.
