Claims (5)

  1. Procédé d'établissement de la longueur d'impression d'une image d'impression dans une machine rotative d'impression en plusieurs couleurs, en particulier dans une machine de flexographie, qui présente un premier cylindre "de format" ou d'impression et au moins un autre cylindre de format,
    les cylindres de format étant disposés contre un cylindre complémentaire d'impression commun ou contre plusieurs cylindres complémentaires d'impression par lesquels le matériau à imprimer est guidé et
    la vitesse périphérique du premier cylindre de format est ajustée par rapport à la vitesse périphérique du cylindre complémentaire d'impression,
    la vitesse périphérique du premier cylindre de format étant modifiée en fonctionnement permanent d'impression par rapport à la vitesse périphérique du cylindre complémentaire d'impression et
    le registre longitudinal de chaque cylindre de format dont la vitesse périphérique est modifiée étant également ajusté,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour le cylindre de format concerné, la modification de la vitesse périphérique et l'établissement du registre longitudinal s'effectuent simultanément,
    en ce qu'un programme de commande et de régulation qui présente au moins une procédure de commande de la vitesse périphérique et au moins une procédure de commande du registre longitudinal est utilisé et
    en ce que la procédure de commande du registre longitudinal est appelée en même temps que l'appel de la procédure de commande de la vitesse périphérique qui définit comme nouvelle valeur de commande la valeur modifiée de la vitesse périphérique.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse périphérique d'au moins un autre cylindre de format est modifiée en même temps que la modification de la vitesse périphérique du premier cylindre de format.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse périphérique de tous les autres cylindres de format est modifiée en même temps que la modification de la vitesse périphérique du premier cylindre de format.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier cylindre de format et le ou les autres cylindres de format ou tous les autres cylindres de format ont la même vitesse périphérique.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la modification de la vitesse périphérique nécessaire pour établir le registre longitudinal présente la même valeur mais le signal opposé de la vitesse périphérique modifiée que l'on souhaite pour le cylindre de format.
