Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Falten von Zuschnitten aus Karton/Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial zur Herstellung von Packungen für Getränke oder Lebensmittel, wobei die Seitenlaschen des Zuschnitts mittels Rollen oder dergleichen zur Herstellung eines Packungsmantels um 180° gefaltet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang des Transportweges der Zuschnitte (Z) eine Mehrzahl von Bogenhaltern (2, 2', 2") vorgesehen sind, welche jeweils in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Transportrichtung verlaufen und deren Radius um den Knickpunkt der zu faltenden Lasche (L) verläuft, und dass an den Bogenhaltern (2, 2', 2") jeweils mindestens eine Rolle (4) angeordnet ist, deren Raumlage frei, jedoch reproduzierbar, eingestellt werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein endloser Riemen (8) vorgesehen ist, welcher über die einander zugeordneten benachbarten Rollen (4) geführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Bogenhalter (2) einen Bogen von etwa 180° umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Bogenhalter aus mehreren Teilbogenhaltern (2', 2") besteht, die jeweils ein befestigtes und ein freies Ende aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Teilbogenhalter (2', 2") einen Bogen von etwa 90° umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Teilbogenhalter (2', 2") an seinem befestigten Ende schwenkbar an der Vorrichtung befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenhalter (2, 2', 2") mit Markierungen zur Einstellung der Position der Rollen (4) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Markierungen Gradzahlen aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Bogenhalter (2 bzw. 2', 2") auf einem gemeinsamen Grundelement (1) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement (1) mit den darauf befindlichen Bogenhaltern (2) schwenkbar ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement (1) aus Flachstahl besteht.
