Claims (8)
- Anordnung zur Herstellung von Rezepturmischungen mit einem drehzahlregelbaren Rührwerk einem durch einen Deckel (9) verschlossenen Mischgefäß (1), dessen Größe an die gewünschte Menge der Rezepturmischung angepasst ist, und mit einem Mischwerkzeug (2), welches über eine durch eine verschließbare Zentralöffnung (11) des Mischgefäßes hindurchführbare Antriebswelle (15) antreibbar ist und Verreibebereiche mit Materialeinzug zwischen den Endbereichen und den gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen des Mischgefäßes besitzt, wobei das Mischgefäß (1) und das Mischwerkzeug (2) während der Herstellung der Rezepturmischung relativ zueinander in Achsrichtung der Antriebswelle bewegbar sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mischwerkzeug ein Flügelrührer (2) mit zwei Rührflügeln (21, 23) ist, die in Achsrichtung der Antriebswelle zueinander versetzt sind und sich im antriebswellennahen Bereich überlappen; dass die Rührflügel (21, 23) jeweils flache und in der Rotationsebene im wesentlichen ovale Scheiben aufweisen, in denen jeweils eine den Rührflügel durchbrechende Aussparung (25) ausgebildet ist; dass die Rührflügel im in Drehrichtung vorn gelegenen Bereich (27) eine zum äußeren Rand hin abnehmende Materialstärke aufweisen, so dass die voneinander abgewandten Seiten der Rührflügel dieses Bereichs (27) geneigt sind; und dass die Rührflügel im in Drehrichtung hinten gelegenen Bereich (29) geneigt sind; und dass die bogenförmigen Endbereiche (31) der Rührflügel (21, 23) an der Innenwand des Mischgefäßes (1) elastisch anliegen oder anlegbar sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mischgefäß (1) einen verschiebbaren Boden (5) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mischgefäß (1) eine Schraubkruke ist, mit einem zylinderförmigen Krukenkörper, einem darauf aufschraubbaren Deckel (9) und einem in den Krukenkörper verschiebbaren Boden (5), der an seinem Außenrand einen Gleitring besitzt und an einem Innenring der Bodenöffnung (3) des Krukenkörpers seinen Anschlag findet, wobei die Schraubkruke zugleich als Abgabegefäß verwendbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (9) mit der Zentralöffnung (11) versehen ist, die gleichzeitig als Entnahmeöffnung dient.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verschiebbare Boden (5) mit der Zentralöffnung (11) versehen ist, und dass die dem verschiebbaren Boden (5) gegenüberliegende Mischgefäßseite als mit dem Krukenkörper integraler Deckel wirkt und eine verschließbare Entnahmeöffnung (19) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahmeöffnung (11, 19) zur Befestigung unterschiedlicher Applikatoren ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mischwerkzeug (2) lösbar an der Antriebswelle (15) befestigt ist.
