Description
Claims (12)
- Verbindungselement zur Verbindung einer Zündkerze (10) und einer Zündspule (12) mit einem Zündspulengehäuse (14), wobei das Verbindungselement einen Aufnahmeraum (16) für den Anschlussbolzen (18) der Zündkerze (10) und ein am Aufnahmeraum (16) angeordnetes Kontaktelement (20) zur elektrischen Kontaktierung des Anschlussbolzens (18) der Zündkerze (10) mit der Zündspule (12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teilbereich des Zündspulengehäuses (14) und zumindest der angrenzende Teilbereich der Zündkerze (10) von einem isolierenden, elastischen Material (22) umschlossen sind.
- Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (14) der Zündspule (12) im Wesentlichen vollständig von dem isolierenden, elastischen Material (22) umschlossen ist.
- Verbindungselement zur Verbindung einer Zündkerze und einer Zündspule mit einem Zündspulengehäuse, wobei das Verbindungselement einen Aufnahmeraum für den Anschlussbolzen der Zündkerze und ein an dem Aufnahmeraum angeordnetes Kontaktelement zur elektrischen Kontaktierung des Anschlussbolzens der Zündkerze mit der Zündspule aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teilbereich des Zündspulengehäuses aus einem isolierenden, elastischen Material gebildet und zumindest der angrenzende Teilbereich der Zündkerze von dem isolierenden, elastischen Material umschlossen ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Anschlussbolzen (18) der Zündkerze (10) von dem isolierenden, elastischen Material (22) umschlossen ist und der Aufnahmeraum (16) für den Anschlussbolzen (18) der Zündkerze (10) in dem isolierenden, elastischen Material (22) vorgeformt ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem isolierenden, elastischen Material (22) ein Aufnahmeraum (24) für den Isolatorbereich (26) der Zündkerze (10) vorgeformt ist, wobei der Aufnahmeraum (16) für den Anschlussbolzen (18) der Zündkerze (10) gegenüber diesem vorzugsweise verjüngt vorgeformt ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der an den Anschlussbolzen (18) anschließende Isolatorbereich (26) der Zündkerze (10) von dem isolierenden, elastischen Material (22) umschlossen ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (20) zur elektrischen Kontaktierung des Anschlussbolzens (18) der Zündkerze (10) mit der Zündspule (12) ein elastisches Kontaktierungsteil aufweist.
- Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Kontaktierungsteil einen Federkontakt (28) aufweist.
- Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Kontaktierungsteil aus einem elektrisch leitenden, elastischen Material (30) ausgebildet ist und der Aufnahmeraum (16) für den Anschlussbolzen (18) der Zündkerze (10) in dem elektrisch leitenden, elastischen Material (30) vorgeformt ist.
- Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Kontaktierungsteil von dem isolierenden, elastischen Material (22) umschlossen ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das isolierende, elastische Material (22) ein nichtleitendes Silikon ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass elektrisch leitende, elastische Material (30) ein elektrisch leitendes Silikon ist.
