Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum ein- oder beidseitigen Auftragen von mindestens einem flüssigen oder pastösen Auftragsmedium (11) auf eine laufende Oberfläche, aufweisend ein Vorhangauftragswerk (13) zum Auftragen des mindestens einen Auftragsmediums (11) und aufweisend mindestens eine Auffangeinrichtung (14) zum Auffangen des mindestens einen Auftragsmediums (11) in der Start- und Stopp-Phase des Beschichtungsvorganges des Vorhangauftragswerks (13), wobei das Vorhangauftragswerk (13) das mindestens eine Auftragsmedium (11) als sich im wesentlichen schwerkraftbedingt bewegenden Vorhang während des Beschichtungsvorganges an die laufende Oberfläche abgibt, und die Oberfläche bei direktem Auftrag die Oberfläche einer Papier-, Karton- oder anderen Faserstoffbahn (12) und bei indirektem Auftrag die Oberfläche eines Übertragungselementes, vorzugsweise eine Auftragswalze ist, welches das mindestens eine Auftragsmedium (11) an die Oberfläche der Faserstoffbahn (12) abgibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorhangauftragswerk (13) und die mindestens eine Auffangeinrichtung (14) in der Start- un d Stopp-Phase des Beschichtungsvorganges mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 20 mm/s bis 200 mm/s relativ zueinander bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geschwindigkeit der Faserstoffbahn (12) mindestens 300 m/min beträgt. - Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorhang eine Fallgeschwindigkeit von mindestens 50 m/min aufweist. - Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Relativgeschwindigkeit vom Vorhangauftragswerk (13) und der mindestens einen Auffangeinrichtung (14) konstant oder veränderlich ist. - Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Auffangeinrichtung (14) eine Wanne mit einem zugewandten Rand (16) aufweist, wobei der Rand (16) gegenüber einer gedachten Horizontalen ein Gefälle bzw. einen Neigungswinkel β von mindestens 10° aufweist. - Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gefälle des Randes (16) in einen Wannenboden (17) übergeht, der ein Gefälle von weniger als 10°, vorzugsweise einen Neigungswinkel α von 1° bis 5°, aufweist. - Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Beschichtungsvorganges der Rand (16) dem Vorhang (11) zugewandt ist. - Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kante (20) des Randes (16) messerscharf ist. - Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der messerscharfen Kante (20) und der Innenseite des Randes (16) eine zum Wanneninneren unter einem Winkel δ abfallende Fläche (21) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das als Vorhang abgegebene Auftragsmedium (11) auf den Rand (16) der Auffangeinrichtung (14) fällt, wenn sich diese in Bereitschaftsposition bzw. das Vorhangauftragswerk (13) sich in der Start- oder Stopp-Phase befindet.
