Claims (9)

  1. Öffnungsvorrichtung eines Flügels (1) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, wobei diese Vorrichtung (2) einen manuell bedienbaren Griff (10) umfasst, der an einer Außenseite des Flügels (1) befestigt ist, ein Übertragungsorgan (20), das bei Bedienung des Griffs (10) von einer normalen Stellung in eine Öffnungsstellung verschoben wird, und Verriegelungsmittel, die wahlweise Konfigurationen der Verriegelung des Flügels (1) auf der Fahrzeugstruktur oder der Entriegelung einnehmen, wobei diese Mittel normalerweise mit dem Übertragungsorgan (20) zusammenarbeiten und ihre Entriegelungskonfiguration einnehmen, wenn dieses Organ aus seiner Ruhestellung in seine Öffnungsstellung wechselt, wobei diese Vorrichtung weiterhin ein Sicherheitsorgan (30) umfasst, das durch Trägheit im Fall eines Aufpralls auf den Flügel (1) eine Verbotsstellung einnimmt, die die Verschiebung des Übertragungsorgans (20) in seine Öffnungsstellung untersagt, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Stützbügel (50) umfasst, der im Innern des Flügels (1) starr befestigt ist, wobei das Sicherheitsorgan (30) rotierend auf dem Bügel (50) um eine erste Achse (31) befestigt ist und aus einer Ruhestellung in seine Verbotsstellung durch Rotation um diese erste Achse wechselt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (40) umfasst, um das Sicherheitsorgan (30) in seiner Verbotsstellung zu blockieren, wobei dieses Mittel (40) eine elastische Zunge (41) umfassen, die mit dem Bügel (50) oder dem Übertragungsorgan (20) verbunden ist, und mindestens ein Relief (42), das auf dem Sicherheitsorgan (30) eingearbeitet ist und mit der elastischen Zunge (41) in Verbotsstellung des Sicherheitsorgans (30) zusammenarbeitet, um die Rotation desselben in seine Ruhestellung zu blockieren.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitsorgan (30) ein Gewicht (32) umfasst, wobei dieses Gewicht (32) einen radialen äußeren Rand (321) aufweist, der eine kreisbogenförmige Bahn um eine Rotationsachse (31) beschreibt, wenn das Sicherheitsorgan (30) aus seiner Ruhestellung in seine Verbotsstellung wechselt, wobei sich die Zunge (41) ab dem Bügel (50) bis zu einem freien Ende (411) tangential in einen Bereich der kreisbogenförmigen Bahn erstreckt, die von dem äußeren Rand (321) in Verbotsstellung eingenommen wird, oder leicht im Verhältnis zu der Tangente geneigt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (411) der Zunge (41) den Bereich der kreisbogenförmigen Bahn belegt, wobei das Relief (42) eine in den Außenrand (321) des Gewichts (32) eingearbeitete Austiefung ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Zunge (41) ab dem Bügel (50) zu dem freien Ende (411) in eine Richtung erstreckt, die dem Rotationssinn des Gewichts (32) entspricht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das Sicherheitsorgan (30) in Verbotsstellung ist, das Übertragungsorgan (20) bei seiner Bewegung aus seiner normalen Stellung in seine Öffnungsstellung gegen einen Arm (34) des Sicherheitsorgans (30) anschlägt, wobei die elastische Zunge (41) von dem Übertragungsorgan (20) getragen wird, wobei die Zunge (41) und der Arm (34) derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie sich irreversibel miteinander verzahnen, wenn das Übertragungsorgan (20) in Anschlag ist und die Rotation des Sicherheitsorgans (30) im Verhältnis zum Übertragungsorgan (20) blockiert.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das Übertragungsorgan auf dem Blockierarm (34) anschlägt, die Zunge (41) entlang diesem Arm (34) anliegt, wobei der Arm (34) und die Zunge (41) komplementäre Aushöhlungen und vorspringende Abschnitte aufweisen, die sich gegenseitig durchdringen und den Arm (34) in Rotation im Verhältnis zum Übertragungsorgan (20) blockieren.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungsorgan (20) eine Achse parallel zur ersten Achse (31) ist, die rotierend auf dem Bügel (51) befestigt ist und auf dem Blockierarm (34) über einen Bedienfinger (22), der die Zunge (41) trägt, anschlägt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine demontierbare Blende (60) umfasst, die zwischen der elastischen Zunge (41) und dem Relief (42) zwischengestellt ist.
  9. Verfahren zur Montage einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 auf einem Flügel (1) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, wobei die demontierbare Blende (60) aus einem Streifen aus einem elastischen Werkstoff besteht, die folgenden Schritte aufweisend:
    1) Montage des Übertragungsorgans (20) und des Sicherheitsorgans (30) auf dem Bügel (50) im Werk,
    2) Platzierung des Streifens (60) zwischen der elastischen Zunge (41) und dem Relief (42) der Blockiermittel (40) im Werk, derart, dass ein Abschnitt des Streifens (60) manuell erfassbar ist,
    3) Transport der Unterbaugruppe, bestehend aus dem Bügel (50), dem Übertragungsorgan (20) und dem Sicherheitsorgan (30) an das Montageband des Kraftfahrzeugs,
    4) Montage der Unterbaugruppe auf dem Flügel (1),
    5) Abziehen des Streifens (60) durch Ziehen an seinem manuell erfassbaren Abschnitt.
