Die bei derartigen Füllorganen bestehende Gefahr, dass die oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels anstehende Gasmenge durch den noch geöffneten Flüssigkeitskanal hochperlt und somit ein Nachlaufen der oberhalb des Ventilsitzes anstehenden Flüssigkeit verursacht. Dieses wird durch eine z.B. oberhalb des Ventilsitzes angeordnete Gassperre wirksam verhindert.
Zusätzlich benötigt eine derartige Gassperre aufgrund ihrer großen räumlichen Erstreckung in senkrechter Richtung einen großen Bauraum, was aus Kostengründen und wegen der beengten Platzverhältnisse ebenfalls nachteilig ist.

Claims (11)
- Füllventil zum Abfüllen von Flüssigkeiten in Behälter wie Flaschen, Dosen und dergleichen mit einem verschließbaren Flüssigkeitskanal (17) und einer diesem zugeordneten Gassperre mit Drallwirkung (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gassperre (13) als flaches, ebenes Element ausgebildet ist.
- Füllventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gassperre (13) mit Durchbrüchen (15) versehen ist.
- Füllventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gassperre (13) mit Ausnehmungen versehen ist.
- Füllventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrüche (15) und/oder Ausnehmungen bzw. ihre Seitenflächen eine Neigung gegenüber der Senkrechten aufweisen.
- Füllventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung dem Umfang eines gedachten Kreises um die Ventilachse folgend ausgebildet ist.
- Füllventil nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung in Strömungsrichtung radial nach außen gerichtet ist.
- Füllventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung je nach Einsatzort der Füllmaschine derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Wirkung der Corioliskraft ausgenutzt und positiv unterstützt wird.
- Füllventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrüche (15) oder Ausnehmungen geradlinig verlaufen.
- Füllventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrüche (15) oder Ausnehmungen nicht geradlinig verlaufen.
- Füllventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite der Gassperre (13) zumindest teilweise trichter- oder kegelförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Füllventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageraum für die Gassperre (14) derart ausgebildet ist, dass dieser für die Aufnahme von Gassperren (13) unterschiedlicher Dicke geeignet ist.
