Claims (16)

- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Kassetten (41) gemeinsam vertikal verstellbar sind.
- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass obere (66) und untere (68) horizontale Führungen für die oberen und unteren Kassetten (41, 42) vorgesehen sind, sowie jede Kassette (41, 42) betätigbare Mittel (70, 71) zum Festlegen bzw. Lösen der Kassette (41, 42) bezüglich deren horizontaler Führung (66, 68) aufweisen.
- Bündler nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (70, 71) zum Festlegen bzw. Lösen der Kassette (41, 42) einen in der Kassette (41, 42) gelagerten Pneumatikzylinder, elektromagnetischen Lüfter (70) oder dergleichen aufweisen, der in Wirkverbindung mit der Kassettenführung bringbar ist.
- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den oberen Kassetten (41) und den unteren Kassetten (42) jeweils ein horizontal angeordneter, umlaufender Riemen (64, 65) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Riemen (64, 65) mittels eines Gleichlaufmechanismus (61, 62, 63) mechanisch miteinander gekoppelt sind, sowie Mittel (70, 71) zum Festlegen bzw. Lösen der Kassette (41, 42) bezüglich des zugeordneten Riemens (64, 65) vorgesehen sind.
- Mehrfachbündler nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der jeweiligen Kassette (41, 42) zugeordneten Mittel (70, 71) zum Festlegen bzw. Lösen der Kassette (41, 42) bezüglich deren horizontaler Führung (66, 68) und die dieser Kassette (41, 42) zugeordneten Mittel (70, 71) zum Festlegen bzw. Lösen dieser Kassette (41, 42) bezüglich des zugeordneten Riemens (64, 65) eine Funktionseinheit bilden derart, dass bei bezüglich deren horizontaler Führung (66, 68) festgelegter Kassette (41, 42) diese bezüglich des Riemens (64, 65) gelöst ist und bei bezüglich deren horizontaler Führung (66, 68) gelöster Kassette (41, 42) diese bezüglich des Riemens (64, 65) festgelegt ist.
- Bündler nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (70, 71) zum Festlegen bzw. Lösen der Kassette (41, 42) bezüglich deren horizontaler Führung (66, 68) und die Mittel (70, 71) zum Festlegen und Lösen der Kassette (41, 42) bezüglich des Riemens (64, 65) als Pneumatikzylinder, als elektromagnetischer Lüfter (70) oder dergleichen ausgebildet sind, der bei Wirkverbindung mit der Führung (66, 68) außer Wirkung zum Riemen (64, 65) ist und bei fehlender Wirkverbindung mit der Führung (66, 68) in Wirkverbindung zum Riemen (64, 65) ist.
- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Einrichtung (36, 38, 39; 36a, 38a, 39a) zum Spannen des Bandes (22) eine Tänzer-Rolle (39; 39a) aufweist, wobei ein Stellmittel (38; 38a) mit der Spanneinrichtung zusammenwirkt derart, dass es in einem ersten Zustand die Spanneinrichtung nicht beaufschlagt und in einem zweiten Zustand die Spanneinrichtung in Spannrichtung beaufschlagt.
- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Bandbremse (40; 40a) ein erstes Stellmittel (44; 44a) zum Ausüben der Bremskraft aufweist, wobei die ersten Stellmittel (44; 44a) der Bandbremsen (40; 40a) zentral angesteuert werden sowie die jeweilige Bandbremse ein zweites Stellmittel (45; 45a) zum Ausüben der Bremskraft aufweist, wobei das jeweilige zweite Stellmittel individuell einstellbar ist, insbesondere im Sinne einer Feinjustierung individuell einstellbar ist.
- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Andrückelement (27) über die Breite des Tisches (23) erstreckt.
- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige obere Kassette (41) einen Niederhalter (73) für den vorgeschobenen Stapel (21) und/oder eine entgegen der Vorschubrichtung des Stapels (21) und entgegengesetzt verfahrbares Schieberteil (75) aufweist.
- Bündler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tisch (23) zwei Tischteile (76, 77) aufweist, wobei bei aufeinander zu bewegten Tischteilen ein geringer Spalt (26) zum Durchführen der Bänder (22) gebildet ist und die Heizleiste (28) unterhalb des Tisches angeordnet ist, sowie bei auseinander bewegten Tischteilen ein größerer Tischspalt (26) zur zusätzlichen Aufnahme der angehobenen Heizleiste (28) gebildet ist.
- Bündler nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizleiste (28) in deren Längsrichtung geteilt ausgebildet und zwischen den beiden Heizleistenteilen (79, 80) ein über die den Andrückelementen (27) zugewandte Fläche der Heizleiste (28) ausfahrbares Trennmesser (33) angeordnet ist.
