Claims (10)

- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) est constitué d'un levier monté pivotant sur l'élément porteur (1) et sur l'élément de commande (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend en outre un moyen de blocage (5), coopérant avec l'élément de commande (2), pour la fixation de l'élément de commande (2) dans la position finale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commande (2) présente une saillie (4) qui peut s'accrocher dans un élément de retenue (51) du moyen de blocage (5), par déplacement linéaire de l'élément de commande (2) dans la position finale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de blocage (5) peut coulisser linéairement à l'encontre d'une force de ressort, pour libérer l'élément de commande (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte plusieurs éléments porteurs (1', 1") pouvant pivoter du fait de l'élément de commande (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rappel est un ressort métallique.
- Chaussure avec une partie de chaussure (12) pouvant être fermée et ouverte et un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle la partie de chaussure (12) pouvant être fermée et ouverte est fixée sur l'élément porteur (1) du dispositif.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un rabat arrière de la partie de tige (12) peut être fermé et ouvert par rabattement.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de commande (2) est pourvu d'un coussin et positionné directement sous une semelle.
