Description
The invention relates to a knitting machine, in particular a warp knitting machine, with two knitting needles and two Pollegebarren whose guide needles are movable through both Wirkhadelfonturen through, each Pollegebarre is mounted on a laying lever on a hanger shaft.
Such a knitting machine known from DE-PS 1 284 023. There, two hanger shafts with split guide bar levers form a hanger. The hanger shafts are arranged horizontally next to each other over the knitting needles. This has the advantage that the knitting needles can begin relatively early with the downward movement and even if not all guide needles of Pollegebarren are swung through the Wirknadelgassen. Both hanger shafts are driven in the same direction and the levers describe the same arc, but laterally offset from each other. As a result, the trajectories of the guide needles overlap in the middle of the needle points. It results itself that in certain positions, the guide needles of a Teilgehänges relate vertically higher than that of the other Teilgehänges position and vice versa.
Such a knitting machine works up to certain pile heights, i. the distance of the knitting needle contours, satisfactory. Problems arise when the pole height is to be increased. In this case, there may be situations where the guide needles of the two pile brushes may interfere with each other in the lateral misalignment.
The invention has for its object to provide a knitting machine, can be achieved with the large pile heights.
This object is achieved in a knitting machine of the type mentioned above in that both hanger shafts are arranged one above the other.
The two hanger shafts are therefore still arranged above the knitting needle contours. But they are no longer horizontally next to each other, ie parallel to a connecting plane between the two effect needle contours, but one above the other. The hanger shafts do not have to lie exactly in a vertical plane. A small lateral offset is quite permissible. The axes of the hanger shafts are thus in a plane that is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the first-mentioned level between the knitting needle contours. As a result, the yarn guide holes of the guide needles can be held by the two Pollegebarren on almost Abdecküngsgleichen circular arc sections. Extreme thread angle at large distances of the teeming comb bars and different needle levels of the different Polebarrren at the time of underlay can therefore be avoided or reduced so that they cause no more problems.
Preferably, each Pollegebarre has its own drive control. The guide needles of a Pollegebarre can therefore be moved largely independently of the guide needles of each other Pollegebarre. This is another measure to prevent mutual obstruction of the guide needles. Disability in the case of opposing lateral misalignment can thus be reliably excluded.
Advantageously, the vertical distance of the axes of the hanger shafts corresponds to a maximum of 25% of the distance of the laying needle tips from the axis of the upper hanger shaft. By this design, it can be ensured that the trajectories of the guide needles of a Pollegebarre and the guide needles of the other Pollegebarre match so far that move both guide needle groups practically similar. Of course, the radius in the movement of the guide needles, which are suspended from the upper hanger shaft, slightly larger and thus the trajectory is slightly shallower than the trajectory of the guide needles, which are suspended from the lower hanger shaft. However, since the distance of the two axes relative to the distance between the axes and the guide needles is relatively small, this difference does not play a major role.
Preferably, the hanger shafts are arranged centrally above the knitting needles with a distance at which the movement of the guide needles is approximately straight. In a straight-line movement, the guide needles in the vertical direction in the lateral Cabinet offset about the same position. This prevents mutual interference by matching the speeds of the guide needles.
It is preferred that the distance between the guide needle tips and the axis of the upper hanger shaft at least by a factor of 5 is greater than an inner distance between the knitting needle contours. The inner distance between the knitting needle contours corresponds to the later pile height. It is often defined by the distance between the milling plates. If this distance is equal to a maximum of one-sixth of the distance between the leader needle tips and the axis of the upper hanger shaft, then the movement of the guide needles is considered to be sufficiently linear.
Preferably, the drive control of the respective leading Pollegebarre accelerated this Pollegebarre against the lagging Pollegebarre. Thus, the leading pole bar reaches the appropriate position for underlay earlier, and then has a sufficient period of time to carry out the lateral offset shift without being obstructed by the guide pins of the other pole bar.
Preferably, each hanger shaft on a motor drive. A motor drive can be easily controlled, so that the guide needles of the respective Pollegebarre can be accelerated or decelerated in the desired manner. This acceleration and deceleration can then take place independently of the acceleration and deceleration of the guide needles on the respective other Pollegebarre.
In an alternative embodiment it can be provided that each hanger shaft is connected to a mechanical transmission. Such a mechanical transmission, for example a cam mechanism, can also produce different speed profiles for both hanger shafts. Alternatively, an electro-mechanical transmission can be used.

The
The
The
The
The two
By a pivoting movement of the
The two
It can also be seen that the
The
The purpose of the
With reference to FIG. 2, different phases in the active process will now be explained. From the different distances between the guide needles 27, 28, the different acceleration behavior of the guide needles can be seen. Like parts are denoted by the same reference numerals as in Fig. 1.
In Fig. 2a, the
In Fig. 2b the beginning of the Durchschwingbewegung the
