Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werbedisplay, insbesondere für den Rand eines Sportstätten-Spielfeldes bzw. einer Rennbahn, wie etwa einer Skiabfahrtstrecke, das in Bezug auf einen Untergrund von diesem hochstehend aufstellbar ist, im Querschnitt trapezförmig bzw. dreieckig gebildet ist, in der Horizontalen langgestreckt verläuft und auf zumindest einer Sichtseite ein Werbemotiv z. B. in Gestalt einer Abbildung, in Gestalt von Zeichen und dgl. präsentiert.
  • Allgemein dachförmige Werbedisplays der in Rede stehenden Art haben gegenüber vertikal aufgestellten Displays im Rahmen von sportfeldbegrenzenden Werbebanden den Vorteil, dass sie selbsttragend sind, d. h. ohne Hilfsmittel auf einem Untergrund aufstellbar sind. Günstig an diesen Werbedisplays ist außerdem ihre beidseitige Bestückbarkeit mit Werbemotiven und die gute Erkennbarkeit von Werbemotiven von erhöhten Betrachtungspositionen aus, wie etwa in Sportstadien. Ungünstig ist hingegen ihre widerstandsfähige, starre Konstruktion, die bei Kollision ein Verletzungsrisiko für Sportler in Sportstadien oder auch auf Rennstrecken, wie etwa Skirennstrecken darstellen kann. Ungünstig ist schließlich auch, dass zur Änderung einer Werbemotiv-Päsentation neue Folien auf die Schrägflächen geklebt oder diese Flächen übermalt werden müssen, so dass eine variable Präsentation von Werbemotiven vor Ort bislang nicht in Betracht kommt.
  • Zugunsten einer variablen Präsentation von Werbemotiven vor Ort ist es im Zusammenhang mit beispielsweise vertikal aufgestellten Werbebanden bekannt, die Werbemotive auf einer Folie vorzusehen, die mittels einer motorisierten Weiterschalteinrichtung werbemotivweise über die Präsentationsfläche der Werbebande bewegt wird.
  • Das dokument FR 2721741 A ist als nächstliegender Stand der Technik angesehen.
  • Zur Überwindung der vorstehend genannten Nachteile von Werbedisplays besteht eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung darin, ein Werbedisplay der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das bei stark vermindertem Verletzungsrisiko im Falle einer Kollision einfachen Aufbau hat und eine variable Präsentation von Werbemotiven gewährleistet.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Da das erfindungsgemäße Werbedisplay gemäß einem ersten Aspekt aus einem nachgiebigen Grundkörper besteht, ist das Verletzungsrisiko im Falle einer Kollision im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen starren Konstruktionen zumindest stark vermindert. Der nachgiebige Grundkörper kann aber auch aus geeignetem Material und mit verfügbaren Verfahren und Mitteln problemlos vor allem einstückig und damit relativ einfach und mit geringem Aufwand hergestellt werden.
  • Da das erfindungsgemäße Werbedisplay gemäß einem zweiten Aspekt eine werbemotivweise Weiterschaltung einer als Werbemotivträger dienenden Folie vorsieht, welche die beiden Schrägflächen des Grundkörpers überspannt, gewährleistet sie eine variable Werbemotiv-Präsentation, die bislang bei dem in Rede stehenden Werbedisplay nicht realisierbar war.
  • Als Material für den Grundkörper kommt aus Kostengründen und aus Gründen der Herstellbarkeit bevorzugt Kunststoff in Betracht, vor allem Schaumstoff und Styropor, aber auch Verbundmaterialen aus z. B. unterschiedlich harten, vor allem geschäumten Kunststoffen.
  • Zugunsten eines kompakten Aufbaues des Werbedisplays enthält die Weiterschalteinrichtung motorangetriebene Folienwickelwellen an den Längsrändern des Grundkörpers zwischen dessen Stellfläche und seinen beiden Schrägflächen.
  • Zugunsten einer praxisgerechten Einsetzbarkeit des Werbedisplays sind die Wickelwellen an den Längsrändern einer starren Wanne zur Aufnahme des Grundkörpers im Bereich dessen Stellfläche angebracht.
  • Die Konstruktion eines Werbedisplays basierend auf einem Hohlkörper gewährleistet ein relativ geringes Gewicht des Grundkörpers und eine verletzungsmindernde hohe Nachgiebigkeit im Falle einer Kollision.
  • Bislang wurde ein Einsatz einer bei vertikalen Werbebanden, aber auch bei gekrümmten Werbebanden eingesetzten weiterschaltbaren Werbemotiv-Trägerfolie im Zusammenhang mit einem spitzdachförmigen Werbedisplay offensichtlich deshalb nicht in Betracht gezogen, weil die im Kontakt mit der Folie stehenden Schrägflächen relativ groß sind und außerdem der Scheitel zwischen diesen Schrägflächen reibungsmäßig von der Folie bzw. von ihrem Antrieb überwunden werden muss. Mit anderen Worten bestand in Fachkreisen ein Vorurteil, dass die mit der Form dieses Werbedisplays einhergehenden Reibungsprobleme nicht überwindbar sind. Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass der Grundkörper des erfindungsgemäßen Werbedisplays bezüglich seiner Oberfläche relativ einfach so ausgestattet werden kann, dass die Folie mit hoher Geschwindigkeit über die Grundkörper-Schrägflächen bewegt werden kann.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist zugunsten eines glatten Ablaufs des werbemotivweisen Folienweiterschaltvorganges der Grundkörper mit einem verrundeten Scheitelbereich versehen. Außerdem sind für eben diesen Zweck die Schrägflächen und/oder der Scheitel des Grundkörpers reibungsarm ausgestattet, um die Kontaktreibung dieser relativ großen Flächen in Bezug auf die bewegte Folie minimal zu halten.
  • Die reibungsarme Ausstattung der von der Folie kontaktierten Grundkörperflächen kann grundsätzlich in unterschiedlicher Weise erfolgen. Bevorzugt sind die Schrägflächen und/oder der Scheitel des Grundkörpers mit einem reibungsarmen Material, z. B. mit PTFE, versehen. Alternativ oder zusätzlich weisen die Schrägflächen und/oder der Scheitel des Grundkörpers Punktkontakte mit der Folie bereitstellende Vorsprünge, z. B. in Gestalt von Borsten auf.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung beispielhaft näher erläutert. Die einzige Figur der Zeichnung zeigt schematisch eine dreidimensionale Ansicht einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Werbedisplays.
  • Das in der Figur beispielhaft gezeigte Werbedisplay ist allgemein mit der Bezugsziffer 10 bezeichnet. Das Werbedisplay 10 ist allgemein dachförmig gebildet und umfasst einen Grundkörper 11 langgestreckter Form mit einem dreieckigen Querschnitt. Der Grundkörper 11 besitzt aufgrund seines dreieckigen Querschnitts eine Bodenseite bzw. Stellfläche 12 allgemein rechteckiger Form, an dessen Längsränder seitlich sich Schrägflächen 13 und 14 anschließen, die in einem Scheitel 15 zusammen laufen, der in der dargestellten Ausführungsform verrundet gebildet ist.
  • Der Grundkörper 11 ist bevorzugt einstückig aus einem nachgiebigen Material gebildet, um bei einem typischen Einsatz des Werbedisplays am Sportstättenspielfeldrand, bzw. am Rand einer Rennbahn, wie etwa einer Skiabfahrstrecke, Verletzungsgefahr für Sportler zu vermindern, wenn diese mit dem Werbedisplay kollidieren. Ein diesbezüglich geeignetes Material für den Grundkörper 11 ist Schaumstoff, z. B. Polyurethan, oder alternativ bzw. ergänzend im Verbund Styropor.
  • Die beiden Schrägflächen 13, 14 des Grundkörpers 11 stehen als Flächen zur Aufnahme von Werbemotiven bereit. Diese Werbemotive können direkt auf dem Material des Grundkörpers 11 ausgebildet sein. Bevorzugt und wie in der Figur gezeigt, dient als unmittelbarer Werbemotivträger eine Folie, welche die beiden Schrägflächen 13, 14 des Grundkörpers 11 umspannt und mit einer Weiterschalteinrichtung zusammen wirkt, die dazu dient, die Folie über die beiden Schrägflächen 13, 14 des Grundkörpers 11 zur Darstellung unterschiedlicher, auf der Folie seriell angeordneter Werbemotive auf zumindest einer der beiden Schrägflächen 13, 14 zu bewegen.
  • Die Weiterschalteinrichtung umfasst zwei Folien-Wickelwellen 16 und 17, die in nicht gezeigter Weise motorisch betätigt und an den Längsrändern der Stellfläche 12 des Grundkörpers 11 angeordnet sind, um die Folie über die Schrägflächen 13, 14 des Grundkörpers 11 in geschalteter Weise, d. h. werbemotivweise, zu bewegen. Die Wickelwellen 16, 17 sind an den Längsrändern einer starren Wanne 18, die beispielsweise aus Stahlblech besteht, angeordnet, die umlaufend hochstehende Ränder aufweist und so bemessen ist, dass der Grundkörper 11 mit seiner Stellfläche 12 in ihm insbesondere bündig aufnehmbar ist.
  • Um einen gleichmäßigen und problemlosen Transport der Folie über die Schrägflächen 13, 14 mit Hilfe der Weiterschalteinrichtung zu ermöglichen, sind diese Flächen 13, 14 und der Scheitel 15 des Grundkörpers 11 reibungsarm ausgestattet. Diese reibungsarme Ausstattung kann vorsehen, dass der Grundkörper 11 in den besagten Flächen 12, 13 und dem Scheitel 15 mit einem reibungsarmen Material, beispielsweise PTFE, versehen bzw. beschichtet ist. Alternativ bzw. ergänzend hierzu können die betroffenen Flächen 13, 14 und der Scheitel 15 mit Punktkontakten für die Folie bereitstellenden Vorsprünge, beispielsweise in Gestalt von Borsten, versehen sein.
  • Alternativ zu einem dreieckigen Querschnitt kann der Grundkörper 11 auch trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Bevorzugt ist der an sich flache Scheitelbereich dieses Trapezoids konkav gewölbt gebildet, um einen glatten Bewegungsablauf der Folie zu gewährleisten.

Claims (10)

  1. Werbedisplay, insbesondere für den Rand eines Sportstätten-Spielfeldes bzw. einer Rennbahn, wie etwa einer Skiabfahrtstrecke, das in Bezug auf einen Untergrund von diesem hochstehend aufstellbar ist, im Querschnitt trapezförmig bzw. dreieckig gebildet ist, in der Horizontalen langgestreckt verläuft und auf zumindest einer Sichtseite ein Werbemotiv z. B. in Gestalt einer Abbildung, in Gestalt von Zeichen und dgl. präsentiert, und das einen den Umriss des Werbedisplays festlegenden Grundkörper (11) aus nachgiebigem Material mit einer Stellfläche (12) und zwei an diese seitlich angrenzenden und in einem Scheitel (15) zusammenlaufenden Schrägflächen (13, 14) hat,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - dass der Grundkörper (11) als Hohlkörper gebildet ist,
    - dass eine Folie die Grundkörper-Schrägflächen (13, 14) als Werbemotiv-Träger überspannt und ein Werbemotiv präsentiert,
    - dass eine Weiterschalteinrichtung (16, 17) für die Folie zum werbemotivweisen Bewegen der Folie über die beiden Grundkörper-Schrägflächen (13, 14) quer zur Längserstreckung des Grundkörpers (11) vorgesehen ist, und
    - dass die Schrägflächen (13, 14) und/oder der Scheitel (15) des Grundkörpers (11) reibungsarm ausgestattet sind/ist, um die Kontaktreibung relativ zur bewegten Folie minimal zu halten.
  2. Werbedisplay nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (11) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  3. Werbedisplay nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (11) aus einem Schaumstoff besteht.
  4. Werbedisplay nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (11) aus Styropor besteht.
  5. Werbedisplay nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (11) aus einem Verbundwerkstoff, vor allem unterschiedlichen Kunststoffen, besteht.
  6. Werbedisplay nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Weiterschalteinrichtung motorangetriebene Folien-Wickelwellen (16, 17) an den Längsrändern des Grundkörpers (11) zwischen dessen Stellfläche (12) und seinen beiden Schrägflächen (13, 14) enthält.
  7. Werbedisplay nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwellen (16, 17) an den Längsrändern einer Wanne (18) zur Aufnahme des Grundkörpers (11) im Bereich dessen Stellfläche (12) angebracht sind.
  8. Werbedisplay nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (11) einen verrundet ausgebildeten Scheitelbereich aufweist.
  9. Werbedisplay nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrägflächen (13, 14) und/oder der Scheitel (15) des Grundkörpers (11) mit einem reibungsarmen Material, z. B. mit PTFE, versehen sind/ist.
  10. Werbedisplay nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrägflächen (13, 14) und/oder der Scheitel (15) des Grundkörpers (11) Punktkontakte mit der Folie bereitstellende Vorsprünge, z. B. in Gestalt von Borsten aufweisen.
