Claims (7)
- Presswerkzeug (1, 1', 1", 1"') zum Verpressen von Werkstücken, insbesondere von einem Fitting (6) mit einem eingesteckten Rohrende, mit mindestens zwei Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"'), die zum Umschließen eines Werkstückes (6) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind und mindestens eine Gelenkachse (4, 4', 4") gegenüber einem Öffnungsbereich (5) der Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbart zu der mindestens einen Gelenkachse (4) ein Presselement (8, 6', 6", 6"') angeordnet ist, das beim Schließen der Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') zum Werkstück (6) bewegbar ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Presselement (8, 6', 6", 6"') auf der zu den Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') gewandten Seite Keilflächen (9, 11) aufweist, an denen beim Verpressen des Werkstückes (6) Druckflächen (10, 12) der Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') angreifen.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') vorgesehen sind, die um eine als Bolzen (4) ausgebildete Gelenkachse drehbar sind.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Presselement (8, 6', 6", 6"') einen Schenkel (21) mit einem Langloch (22) aufweist, das von einem Bolzen (4) durchgriffen ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Presselement (8, 6', 6", 6"') die Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') mit zwei Schenkeln (21) U-förmig umgreift und an diesen geführt ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressbacken (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') benachbart zu dem Öff nungsbereich (5) Vorsprünge (16, 18) aufweisen, die beim Schließen der Pressbacken (2, 3) kammartig ineinander greifen.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Vorsprung (16, 18) einer Pressbacke (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') eine Aussparung (17) an der gegenüberliegenden Pressbacke (2, 3; 2', 3'; 2", 3"; 2"', 3"') zugeordnet ist.
