Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sectional door according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Sectional doors are used, for example, for closing access openings for industrial halls.
  • the door leaf of the sectional door is in the closed position substantially in a vertical plane and is transferred during an opening movement along the predetermined path in a horizontal plane, so that the door leaf is arranged in the open position to save space under the hall ceiling.
  • the use of sectional doors due to the production of the corresponding door leaves from a plurality of hingedly interconnected panels has the advantage that the door leaf in the course of the opening or closing movement does not pivot outwards, but along the usually from a closed position defining vertically extending portion , the opening position determining horizontally extending portion and the vertical portion and the horizontal portion interconnecting arcuate portion existing predetermined path can be moved. This is particularly useful in the above-described use of sectional doors to close the entrances to industrial halls having a width of 4 m or more and a height of 4 m or more.
  • roller doors are described for example in the DE 841 636 , of the DE 556 648 , of the DE 38 35 055 A1 and the DE 88 03 220 U1 ,
  • the door leaf is bordered by a fixed to the panels of the sectional door frame, or hinged thereto, wherein the frame usually comprises two in the door leaf closed position extending substantially in the direction of gravity Zargenholme over a substantially in the horizontal direction extending further spar connected to each other.
  • the height of conventional Sekomaltorpaneele is usually less than 1 m. Therefore, extending in the direction of gravity Zargenholme the known wicket doors usually extend over at least two along the predetermined path one behind the other arranged panels.
  • the individual Zargenholme must be divided into a number of along the predetermined path successively arranged segments, each of which is attached to only one panel, because only so a trouble-free opening or closing movement of the door leaf with the integrated therein wicket along the arcuate portion of the predetermined path can be ensured.
  • the door panel of conventional wicket doors consists of a number of along the predetermined path successively arranged door leaf elements, which are interconnected via perpendicular to the predetermined path extending hinge axes joints, the hinge axes of the door elements interconnecting joints co-linear with the joint axes of pass the panels interconnecting joints.
  • sectional doors are also used to close the driveway of simple garages used for motor vehicles.
  • the headroom is in many cases less than 2.5 m. Therefore, the arcuate portion of the predetermined path in such sectional doors is usually at a level that the user can still reach with his hands. Consequently, there is a risk that the user engages in the gap formed when passing through the arcuate portion between the successive panels of the door leaf and the fingers jams or squeezes when this gap in the course of the opening or closing movement when using these sectional doors closes again.
  • one of these edges may be provided with a convexly extending surface area, while the surface of this area facing edge of the subsequent panel is provided with a concave surface portion in which the convex surface portion engages such that between the convex surface portion and the concave running Surface area a gap is formed, the mouth of which, at least up to a height still reachable by the user with the hands on the hinge axis facing away from the boundary surface of the door leaf has such a small width that a finger engagement is not possible, preferably 4 mm or less.
  • Such sectional doors are for example in the DE 39 38 021 C2 , of the DE 39 22 981 C2 and the DE 37 26 699 C2 explained.
  • Also used for closing garages for passenger vehicles sectional doors can be equipped with wicket doors of the type described above, so as to allow access to the garage without movement of the complete door leaf. Also in this case is used to hold or border the door leaf of the wicket a fixed to the panels of the door leaf frame, in which the extending in the door leaf closed position in gravity Zargenholme are divided into a number of possibly hingedly interconnected segments of each of which is attached to only one panel, so as to obtain a device for holding and / or enclosing an additional component in the form of a door leaf of a wicket door for a door leaf of a sectional door of the type described above.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a sectional door with an integrated wicket door in which the risk of finger crushing is eliminated.

  • a finger engagement in the area of the frame arms in the direction of gravity is prevented in a similar manner, as described in the documents mentioned above for the area of successive panels, in which also for the longitudinal path of the predetermined track segments is ensured that at least up to a height still reachable with the hands of a user in the course of the arcuate portion of the predetermined path no finger-enabling gap is formed.
  • these two aspects are combined with each other so that in the region of the hinge axes facing away from the boundary surface of the door leaf between the individual Zargensegmenten in each case a distance of at least 10 mm is maintained, while in a direction towards the hinge axes Ensuring subsequent region is ensured that between the successive Zargensegmenten along a still reachable with the hands of a user part of the arcuate portion of the predetermined path only those columns are formed in which the mouth width is less than a finger engagement permitting.
  • the successive panels of the door leaf form attached Zargensegmente also still parts of an articulated pivotal connection between the door leaf and the door leaf of the integrated wicket door.
