Claims (6)
- Maschine zum Herstellen einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (2) aus einer Faserstoffsuspension mit einer einen beheizten Trockenzylinder (3) und eine Druckhaube (4) umfassenden Trockenanordnung (1) und mit einer eingangsseitigen (7) und einer ausgangsseitigen Leitwalze (9) zum Führen der Faserstoffbahn (2) zusammen mit mindestens einem Sieb (5) und einem undurchlässigen Band (8) um den Trockenzylinder (3) herum,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Trockenzylinder (3) in Laufrichtung der Faserstoffbahn (2) und des mindestens einen Siebes (5) ein Mittel (10, 11, 12, 13) zum Entfernen von in dem mindestens einem Sieb (5) enthaltener Luft vorgeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der eingangsseitigen Leitwalze (7) in einem von dem undurchlässigen Band (8) und dem mindestens einen Sieb (5) gebildeten Spalt ein Saugkasten (10) zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks an das mindestens eine Sieb (5) angestellt ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der eingangsseitigen Saugwalze (7) in einem von dem undurchlässigen Band (8) und dem mindestens einen Sieb (5) gebildeten Spalt eine erste Dampfblasvorrichtung (11) zum Einblasen von Dampf in das mindestens eine Sieb (5) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Saugkasten (10) eine erste Dampfblasvorrichtung (11) zum Einblasen von Dampf in das mindestens eine Sieb (5) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der dem vor der eingangsseitigen Saugwalze (7) in einem von dem undurchlässigen Band (8) und dem mindestens einen Sieb (5) gebildeten Spalt gegenüberliegenden Seite eine zweite Dampfblasvorrichtung (12) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Sieb (5) über eine vor der eingangsseitigen Leitwalze (7) angeordnete Walze (14) mit einer ortsfesten Saugzone (15) überführbar ist und dass die Faserstoffbahn (2) von einem durch die Saugzone erzeugten Unterdruck von einem weiteren Sieb (16) auf das mindestens eine Sieb (5) überführbar ist.
