Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif (10) pour présenter des produits alimentaires sensibles à la lumière, notamment des endives, composé d'un contenant sans fond (11) avec des parois latérales périphériques (12 à 15) formant cadre et avec un élément d'accès (17) permettant de prélever le produit alimentaire concerné, l'élément d'accès consistant en un couvercle à fermeture automatique (17), qui, à proximité d'un de ses bords, est articulé sur une des parois latérales (13) et dont les bords périphériques dépassent des parois latérales périphériques (12 à 15) formant cadre et reposent sur celles-ci, les parois latérales (12 à 15) et l'élément d'accès (17) étant réalisés dans un matériau opaque, par exemple du plastique.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (17) est formé avec un ou deux battants.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et/ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (17) présente, à l'opposé de l'articulation (19), une bande de préhension de préférence obtenue par moulage (21).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (17) est relié à un élément d'articulation (19), de préférence une bande charnière, apte à être fixé(e) à la paroi latérale concernée (13).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'à son extrémité opposée à la liaison au couvercle (17), l'élément d'articulation (19) peut être fixé par enclipsage amovible sur la paroi latérale concernée (13).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure du contenant (11) ou le couvercle (17) est imprimé(e).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contenant (11) est doté d'un système d'humidification ou de maintien de la température.
