Abstract
Description
Das Spiel bzw. der Abstand des Flächenkörpers zum Tragkörper ist so eng gewählt, dass ein Eingreifen von Fingern des bedien- oder Wartungspersonals nicht möglich ist.
Eine weitere Ausbildung des Flächenkörpers kann auch darin bestehen, dass der Flächenkörper als Tuch ausgebildet ist. Dieses ist frei fallend und braucht deshalb nach unten hin, das heißt bis zu einem benachbarten Bauteil nicht nochmals angelenkt zu sein. Diese Variante ist sehr kostengünstig.

Die Maschine 1 umfasst einen Tragkörper 2, der eine nur als "Blackbox" dargestellte Funktionseinheit 3 trägt.
Die Funktionseinheit ist z.B. eine das Auftragsmedium aufbringende Auftragseinrichtung und/oder eine Rakeleinrichtung zum Dosieren oder nur Vergleichmäßigen des aufgebrachten Mediums.
Das sind einmal an Führer (FS)- und/oder Triebseite (TS) der Maschine 1 bzw. an einer oder beiden Stirnseiten 7 des Tragkörpers 2 angelenkte Schwenkarme 8. Der zweite Hauptbestandteil ist ein sogenannter Flächenkörper 13, der die eigentliche den Zwischenraum Z überbrückende Schutzwand bildet. Der Flächenkörper 13 ist im Beispiel starr ausgebildet und an beiden oberen Enden bzw. Oberkante 14 jeweils über ein Gelenk 11 mit den Schwenkarmen 8 verbunden. Das nach unten zeigende Ende des Flächenkörpers bzw. Unterkante 15 ist ebenfalls über Gelenke 12 bzw. eine Gelenkachse mit einem benachbarten Bauteil - hier dem Laufsteg 4 - verbunden.

Claims (13)
- Schutzvorrichtung für eine Maschine (2) zum Behandeln einer laufenden Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, wobei die Maschine (2) wenigstens einen verschwenkbaren Tragkörper (2) aufweist, der eine Funktionseinheit (3) zum Behandeln der Faserstoffbahn trägt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schutzvorrichtung (5) einen vorhandenen Zwischenraum (Z) zwischen Tragkörper (2) und benachbarten Bauteilen der Maschine (1) im Wesentlichen überspannt, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (5) derart bewegbar ist, dass diese zumindest teilweise der Außenkontur des Tragkörpers (2) bei dessen Verschwenkbewegungen folgt. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sie an wenigstens einer der Stirnseiten (7) des Tragkörpers (2) angelenkt ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sie einen Flächenkörper (13) aufweist, der über wenigstens einen Schwenkarm (8) mit wenigstens einer der Stirnseiten (7) des Tragkörpers (2) verbunden ist und zwischen dem Tragkörper (2) und dem Flächenkörper (13) eine Relativbewegung zulassendes Spiel vorhanden ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Flächenkörper (13) eine an den Tragkörper (2) angepasste Form, beispielsweise eine ebene oder gekrümmte Form aufweist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Flächenkörper (13) als Tuch ausgebildet ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Tragkörper (2) zumindest an seinem dem Bedienpersonal zugewandten Außenumfang einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und der Flächenkörper (13) daran angepasst, konvex gekrümmt ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das vom Tragkörper (2) benachbarte Bauteil ein ortsfest an der Maschine (1) angebrachtes Teil, insbesondere ein Laufsteg (4) für das Bedienpersonal ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Flächenkörper (13) eine geschlossene Struktur oder eine Gitterstruktur aufweist und aus Metall oder einem Kunststoff besteht. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Flächenkörper (13) an seiner Oberkante (14) gelenkig mit den Schwenkarmen (8) verbunden ist und an seiner Unterkante (15) gelenkig mit dem benachbarten Bauteil bzw. dem Laufsteg (4) verbunden ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Flächenkörper (13) nur an seiner Oberkante (14) gelenkig mit den Schwenkarmen (8) verbunden ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Flächenkörper (13) einstückig ausgebildet oder aus einzelnen zusammengefügten Segmenten besteht und insgesamt an die Länge des Tragkörpers (2) angepasst ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dass der Tragkörper (2) aus einem Faserverbundwerkstoff, insbesondere CFK-Verbundstoff hergestellt ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Tragkörper (2) ein Tragbalken für eine Funktionseinheit, wie eine Auftragseinrichtung und/oder eine Rakeleinrichtung einer offline- oder online-Streichmaschine (4) ist.
