Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déceler des bactéries du genre Legionella par des procédés d'hybridation en « sandwich » à des températures de 50-55 °C. Selon l'invention, on utilise comme sondes de captage et de détection, à cet effet, des oligonucléotides récemment développés et dont les séquences permettent l'identification des bactéries du genre Legionella de manière spécifique au genre ou au type. L'interchangeabilité mutuelle des sondes de captage et de détection lors de détections, spécifiques au genre et au type, du genre Legionella. En outre, ce procédé de détection peut être mis en oeuvre avec des combinaisons d'oligonucléotides pour des sondes spécifiques au type.
