Claims (9)
- Hauptleiter für eine kapazitiv gesteuerte Hochspannungswicklung aus Scheibenspulen für Transformatoren, wobei der Hauptleiter für den Laststrom als Drilleiter ausgeführt ist und ein räumlich dazu angeordneter Steuerleiter innerhalb des Drilleiters und galvanisch getrennt vom Drilleiter vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptleiter aus zwei galvanisch getrennt voneinander angeordneten Drilleitern (1,2) besteht, daß der Steuerleiter aus mehreren flachen mit einer Isolierschicht (7a) versehenen Kupferleitern (7) besteht und daß die Kupferleiter (7) an einem der Drilleiter (1,2) befestigt sind.
- Hauptleiter für eine kapazitiv gesteuerte Hochspannungswicklung aus Scheibenspulen für Transformatoren, wobei der Hauptleiter für den Laststrom als Drilleiter ausgeführt ist und ein räumlich dazu angeordneter Steuerleiter innerhalb des Drilleiters und galvanisch getrennt vom Drilleiter vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptleiter aus zwei galvanisch getrennt voneinander angeordneten Drilleitern (1,2) besteht, daß der Steuerleiter aus mehreren flachen mit einer Isolierschicht (7a) versehenen Kupferleitern (7) besteht und daß der aus den beiden Drilleitern (1,2) und dem Steuerleiter (7) bestehende Hauptleiter eine Bewicklung (6) aus mikrogekrepptem und kalandriertem Isolierpapier aufweist.
- Hauptleiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupferleiter (7) mit der Seitenfläche eines der Drilleiter (1,2) verklebt sind.
- Hauptleiter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupferleiter (7) mit einem kleberbeschichteten Papierband mit dem Drilleiter verklebt sind.
- Hauptleiter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupferleiter (7) mit dem Drilleiter (1,2) durch einen flüssig aufgetragenen aushärtbaren Klebstoff verbunden sind.
- Hauptleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierschicht (7a) der Kupferleiter (7) aus Papier besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hauptleiters für eine kapazitiv gesteuerte Hochspannungswicklung aus Scheibenspulen für Transformatoren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst ein erster aus zwei Teilleiterstapein bestehender Drilleiter bereitgestellt wird, daß ein zweiter ebenfalls aus zwei Teilleiterstapein bestehender Drilleiter bereitgestellt wird, daß beide Drilleiter zusammengeführt werden und zwischen den beiden Drilleitern der oder die Kupferleiter angeordnet werden und daß beide Drilleiter mit dem zwischen ihnen befindlichen Kupferleiter mit einer Umwicklung aus mikrogekrepptem und kalandriertem Papierband versehen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Kupferleiter beabstandet voneinander zwischen den Drilleitern angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupferleiter mit der Seitenfläche des Drilleiters verklebt werden.
