Claims (18)

  1. Equerre de guidage pour une bande flexible (30) pour la transmission effectuée sur angle de force ou de mouvements de poussée et/ou de traction dans un renvoi d'angle (50),
    - avec trois parties de support et de guidage (10a, 10b, 10c), dans l'angle (4) de l'équerre de guidage, et au moins sur des longueurs partielles des deux branches (2, 3) de l'équerre de guidage (1) qui partent de l'angle (4);
    - avec des rangées, s'étendant sur les deux côtés de toutes les trois parties de support et de guidage, de pièces de support et de guidage (6, 7) disposées à distance pour la bande flexible (30), qui sont saillantes sur des faces intérieures (5, 8) des deux branches (2, 3) et de l'angle (4),
    - dans laquelle l'angle (4) est constitué de matériau plein et la partie de support et de guidage (10c) dans l'angle (4) présente une face de support et de guidage (8) s'étendant en forme d'arc, le long de laquelle les pièces de guidage saillantes (7) des rangées situées l'une en face de l'autre sont disposées en quinconce ou en décalage les unes par rapport aux autres;
    caractérisée en ce que
    - les pièces de guidage (7) disposées le long de la face de support et de guidage (8) en forme d'arc sont réalisées en forme de crochets (7a) orientés en direction de la face (8); et
    - une distance ou un espace (51) respectivement entre deux pièces de guidage (6, 7) d'une rangée correspond chaque fois essentiellement à la longueur (52) des pièces de guidage (6), mesurée dans la direction de la longueur des parties de support et de guidage (10a, 10b, 10c), et les pièces de guidage des rangées opposées sont érigées chaque fais sensiblement au milieu de ces espaces.
  2. Equerre de guidage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la bande flexible (30) est un paquet de plusieurs bandes (30a, 30b, 30c).
  3. Equerre de guidage selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle une pièce de couplage (21) avec une rainure longitudinale (21c) est assemblée à la bande (30).
  4. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les pièces de guidage saillantes (6, 7) des deux rangées opposées l'une à l'autre sont disposées en quinconce ou en décalage les unes par rapport aux autres de façon continue sur toutes les trois parties de support et de guidage (10a, 10b, 10c) de l'équerre de guidage (1).
  5. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les pièces de guidage (6) associées aux parties de support et de guidage (10a, 10b) des deux branches (2, 3) présentent des fentes de guidage (6a) tournées les unes vers les autres disposées chaque fois à égale distance des faces intérieures des branches.
  6. Equerre de guidage selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle une face de support et de guidage en forme d'arc (8) est disposée en surélévation dans l'angle de telle manière qu'elle se termine vers ses deux extrémités dans le plan des fentes de guidage (6a).
  7. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, réalisée sous la forme d'une pièce moulée d'un seul tenant (1).
  8. Equerre de guidage selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle un plot de guidage saillant (13) est formé d'un seul tenant avec la branche (3) sur au moins une branche (3) à l'extérieur de sa partie de guidage (10b) pour s'engager dans une rainure longitudinale (21c) d'une pièce de couplage (21) pouvant être assemblée à la bande (30).
  9. Equerre de guidage selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle il est prévu au milieu, dans la partie de support et de guidage (10b) de la branche (3) présentant le plot de guidage saillant (13), une ouverture d'accès (14) pour le rivetage d'une extrémité de bande et d'une pièce de couplage.
  10. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, dans laquelle le plot de guidage (13) présente une ouverture traversante (13a) pour une vis de fixation.
  11. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans laquelle l'autre branche (2) présente, à l'extérieur de sa partie de support et de guidage (10a), une ouverture (12) disposée au milieu pour une vis de fixation ou analogue passant à travers une rainure longitudinale (20c) d'une pièce de guidage (20).
  12. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, dans laquelle une languette d'assemblage (16, 17) décalée vers l'extérieur par rapport à une face extérieure de la branche est chaque fois formée sur les extrémités libres des deux branches (2, 3).
  13. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les deux rangées de pièces de guidage saillantes (6, 7) sont disposées avec un décalage vers l'intérieur d'une manière continue par rapport aux bords de branches (2a, 3a).
  14. Equerre de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un paquet de plusieurs bandes (30a, 30b, 30c), d'une longueur échelonnée dans une mesure prédéterminée, est glissé dans les parties de support et de guidage (10a, 10b, 10c) de l'équerre de guidage (1) en guise de bande flexible (30), dont les extrémités peuvent être ou sont rivetées ensemble avec des pièces de couplage (20, 21), afin de former un renvoi d'angle pour un mécanisme (50) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte.
  15. Equerre de guidage selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle le paquet se compose de trois bandes (30a, 30b, 30c) de longueur échelonnée dans une mesure prédéterminée.
  16. Equerre de guidage selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle une des pièces de couplage est réalisée sous une forme allongée comme une pièce de guidage (20).
  17. Procédé pour assembler ou monter un renvoi d'angle, dans lequel
    - on solidarise par rivetage une extrémité d'une bande ou d'un paquet de bandes (30) avec une pièce de guidage (20);
    - on équipe une équerre de guidage pour la bande ou le paquet de bandes flexible (30), pour la transmission effectuée sur angle de force ou de mouvements de poussée et/ou de traction dans le renvoi d'angle (50), de trois zones de support et de guidage (10a, 10b, 10c) dans la région d'angle (4) et au moins sur des longueurs partielles des deux branches (2, 3) de l'équerre de guidage (1) qui partent de la région d'angle;
    - l'équerre de guidage présente des rangées, s'étendant sur les deux côtés de toutes les trois parties de support et de guidage, de pièces de support et de guidage (6, 7) disposées à distance pour la bande ou le paquet de bandes flexible (30), qui sont saillantes sur des faces intérieures (5, 8) des deux branches et de la région d'angle;
    - on glisse l'extrémité libre, non rivetée, de la bande ou du paquet de bandes (30) de la branche (2) de l'équerre de guidage (1), qui ne présente pas de plot de guidage saillant (13), dans les parties de support et de guidage de l'équerre de guidage, jusqu'à ce qu'un trou de rivet sur l'extrémité libre de la bande ou du paquet de bandes (30) vienne en alignement avec une ouverture de rivetage (14) prévue dans la partie de guidage de l'autre branche (1);
    - on solidarise par rivetage, à partir de l'ouverture de rivetage (14), une pièce de couplage (21) avec l'extrémité libre de la bande ou du paquet de bandes (30).
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, dans lequel la pièce de guidage (20) est réalisée sous forme allongée et/ou la pièce de couplage (21) est réalisée sous forme allongée.
