Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Art.
Ein solches Scharnier ist aus der CH 348 335 A bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Scharnier sind die Scharnierzapfen der beiden zweiten Scharnierteile, die die Drehachse der Tür oder des Fensters gegenüber dem Rahmen bilden, in ihrer Lage in Bezug auf den Rahmen fixiert. Mit Hilfe des ersten Scharnierteils ist zwar die Lage der Tür oder des Fensters in Bezug auf die Drehachse einstellbar, häufig ist es aber erforderlich, auch die Lage der Drehachse in Bezug auf den Rahmen einstellen zu können. Diese Möglichkeit bietet das bekannte Scharnier nicht.
Aus der US 3 299 573 A ist es zwar bekannt, den zweiten Scharnierteil aus einem den Scharnierbolzen aufnehmenden Tragarm und einem rechtwinkelig dazu abstehenden und somit parallel zum Scharnierbolzen ausgerichteten anderen Arm zu bilden, wobei der andere Arm eine Bohrung und ein Langloch zur Befestigung am Rahmen mittels Schrauben aufweist, die Einstellmöglichkeiten des zweiten Scharnierteils in Bezug auf den Rahmen sind dabei aber sehr begrenzt und von der Geschicklichkeit des Monteurs abhängig. Die Lage des ersten Scharnierteils gegenüber der Tür oder dem Fenster ist nicht einstellbar, weil für die Befestigung des ersten Scharnierteils nur zwei Durchgangsbohrungen für Befestigungsschrauben vorgesehen sind. Darüber hinaus bleibt dieses bekannte Scharnier bei geschlossener Tür vollständig sichtbar, was aus ästhetischen Gründen häufig abgelehnt wird.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, bei einem Scharnier der eingangs genannten Art, das versenkt an der Tür oder dem Fenster anbringbar sein soll, eine einfache Einstellmöglichkeit der Lage der Drehachse in Bezug auf den Rahmen zu schaffen.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß durch ein Scharnier mit den im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen gelöst.
Durch die Erfindung wird in einfacher Weise ein Scharnier geschaffen, das nicht nur an der Oberseite und an der Unterseite der Tür oder des Fensters montierbar ist und außerdem ein einfaches Einhängen und Einstellen der Tür oder des Fensters bei eingehängter Tür oder eingehängtem Fenster ermöglicht und dabei sozusagen von außen unsichtbar angebracht werden kann, wobei bei geschlossener Tür oder geschlossenem Fenster beide Scharnierteile von außen nicht sichtbar und auch von außen nicht verstellbar sind, sondern bei dem darüber hinaus eine zusätzliche Verstellmöglichkeit des Scharniers in Richtung quer zur Ebene der Tür oder des Fensters gegeben ist.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung bilden die Gegenstände der Unteransprüche.
Die geführte Verschiebbarkeit zwischen Halter und Montageteile ist in einfacher Art und Weise dadurch möglich geworden, indem der Halter an seiner einen Begrenzung an beiden Randbereichen Einschnitte aufweist, in welche an der Unterseite des Montageteils gegeneinander gerichtete Stege eingreifen. Dadurch ist eine optimale Führung und auch eine gute Kraftübertragung möglich.
Damit eine trotz der festen Anordnung und guten Kraftübertragung gute Verschiebbarkeit gegeben ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Höhe der Einschnitte geringfügig größer ist als die Dicke der eingreifenden Stege. Es bleibt also zwischen dem Bereich der Tür oder dem Fenster und dem satt aufliegenden Halter ein geringes Spiel für die eingreifenden Stege.
Ferner wird vorgeschlagen, dass zwischen dem Halter und dem Montageteil eine Verstell- und Feststellschraube vorgesehen ist, welche einerseits in eine Gewindebohrung des Halters eingreift und andererseits mit ihrem Kopf in eine Nut des Montageteils verdrehbar, jedoch in Axialrichtung unverschieblich eingreift. Eine solche Schraube ist praktisch selbsthemmend, da einerseits der Gewindeeingriff gegeben ist und andererseits der Kopf in eine Nut eingreift und dort abgestützt ist. Damit ist aber auch eine einfache und optimale Einstell- und Verstellmöglichkeit bei geöffneter Tür oder geöffnetem Fenster möglich.
Weiter ist vorgesehen, dass das Montageteil an seinem Angriffsende für den Scharnierbolzen des zweiten Scharnierteils zwei nebeneinander liegende Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Scharnierbolzen aufweist. Dadurch ist nur eine Ausführung eines Scharniers sowohl für Rechts- als auch Linksanwendung erforderlich. Es kann daher auch das genau gleich ausgeführte Scharnier am oberen und am unteren Abschluss der Tür oder des Fensters eingesetzt werden.
Damit der Halter des ersten Scharnierteils gut an der Tür oder am Fenster befestigt werden kann, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Halter zwei oder mehr als zwei Bohrungen zum Einsetzen von Schrauben für die Befestigung des Halters am oberen und unteren Abschluss einer Tür oder eines Fensters aufweist. Dabei ist es durchaus noch zusätzlich denkbar, die Bohrungen mit einer Ansenkung zu versehen, damit Senkkopfschrauben eingesetzt werden können.
Damit auch eine entsprechende Leichtgängigkeit gewährleistet ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Scharnierbolzen aus Kunststoff gebildet oder mit Kunststoff beschichtet ist.
Wenn ferner vorgesehen wird, dass der erste Scharnierteil in eine am oberen und am unteren Abschluss der Tür oder des Fensters eingearbeitete Nut einsetzbar ist, dann ist eine optimal von außen unsichtbare Anordnung des ersten Scharnierteils geschaffen worden.
Dabei ist es von besonderem Vorteil, wenn der erste Scharnierteil in der Nut an der Tür oder dem Fenster versenkt montierbar ist und im Wesentlichen bündig mit dem oberen oder unteren Abschluss der Tür oder des Fensters abschließt. Es ist also auch möglich, trotz der verdeckten Anordnung eines Scharniers am oberen und unteren Abschluss die Tür oder das Fenster exakt in den Rahmen einzupassen.
In montagetechnischer Hinsicht, für die Lagerung und für den Transport des erfindungsgemäßen Scharniers ist es vorteilhaft, wenn das Montageteil nach dem Einsetzen des Halters an seiner inneren Randbegrenzung verstemmt ist, um das Montageteil schon vor der Montage des Scharniers unverlierbar zu halten. Dadurch können der Halter und das Montageteil zwar für die Einstellarbeiten gegenseitig verschoben werden, es kann jedoch eine Anlieferung immer in einer Mitteleinstellung erfolgen.
Am oberen und unteren Abschluss einer Tür oder eines Fensters kann praktisch ein entsprechender Abschluss mit durchgehend bündiger Oberfläche geschaffen werden, wenn gewährleistet ist, dass der Halter und das Montageteil an ihrer außen liegenden Oberfläche im Wesentlichen bündig miteinander abschließen.
Eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit, die Mittelstellung zwischen Halter und Montageteil festzuhalten oder diese wieder herzustellen, ergibt sich dann, wenn der Halter und das Montageteil an ihrer außen liegenden Oberfläche eine über beide Teile durchgehende Markierungskerbe oder eine durchgehende Markierungslinie aufweisen, welche die Mittelstellung der gegenseitigen Verstellmöglichkeit von Halter und Montageteil darstellt.

In der nachstehenden Beschreibung wird das erfindungsgemäße Scharnier in Zusammenhang mit dem Einbau in eine Tür und einem dazu gehörenden Rahmen erläutert. Die gleichen Voraussetzungen treffen natürlich auch im Zusammenhang mit einem Fenster und einem entsprechenden Fensterrahmen zu.
Es geht hier also um ein Scharnier zur drehbaren Halterung einer Tür 1 an einem Rahmen 2, wobei je ein erster Scharnierteil 3 am oberen und am unteren Abschluss 4 der Tür 1 angeordnet ist und ein jeweils zugeordneter, am Rahmen 2 befestigbarer oder befestigter Scharnierteil 5 einen Scharnierzapfen 6 aufweist, der in eine Bohrung 7 des ersten Scharnierteils 3 eingreift. Die Scharnierzapfen 6 der beiden zweiten Scharnierteile 5 bilden die Drehachse 8 der Tür 1 gegenüber dem Rahmen 2. Der am oberen und am unteren Abschluss 4 der Tür 2 anzuordnende erste Scharnierteil 3 besteht aus einem fest mit der Tür 3 verbindbaren oder verbundenen Halter 9 und einem entlang dem Halter 9 verschiebbar geführten, mit der Bohrung 7 zur Aufnahme des Scharnierzapfens 6 des zweiten Scharnierteils 5 ausgestatteten Montageteil 10. Das Montageteil 10 ist am Halter 9 stufenlos verstellbar geführt und in der gewünschten Stellung an diesem fixierbar.
Die gegenseitige Führung wird erreicht, indem der Halter 9 an seiner einen Begrenzung an beiden Randbereichen Einschnitte 11 aufweist, in welche an der Unterseite des Montageteils 10 gegeneinander gerichtete Stege 12 eingreifen. Dabei ist die Höhe H der Einschnitte 11 geringfügig größer als die Dicke D der eingreifenden Stege 12. Daher ist geführte Verschiebbarkeit zum gegenseitigen Einstellen von Halter 9 und Montageteil 10 möglich.
Zwischen dem Halter 9 und dem Montageteil 10 ist eine Verstell- und Feststellschraube 13 vorgesehen, welche einerseits in eine Gewindebohrung des Halters 9 eingreift und andererseits mit ihrem Kopf 14 in eine Nut 15 des Montageteils 10 verdrehbar, jedoch in Axialrichtung unverschieblich eingreift.
Damit das Scharnier auch um 180° verdreht eingesetzt werden kann, weist das Montageteil 10 an seinem Angriffsende für den Scharnierbolzen 6 des zweiten Scharnierteils 5 zwei nebeneinander liegende Bohrungen 7 zur Aufnahme von Scharnierbolzen 6 auf.
Am Halter 9 sind zwei oder mehr als zwei Bohrungen 16 zum Einsetzen von Schrauben für die Befestigung des Halters 9 am oberen und unteren Abschluss 4 einer Tür 1 ausgebildet. Diese Bohrungen weisen an der Oberseite des Halters 9 zudem Ansenkabschnitte 17 auf, damit Senkkopfschrauben eingesetzt werden können.
Damit das Scharnier leichtgängig ist und bleibt und praktisch keine Wartung erfordert, wird vorgesehen, den Scharnierbolzen 6 aus Kunststoff zu bilden oder mit Kunststoff zu beschichten. Es kann also auch ein mit Kunststoff beschichteter Metallbolzen vorgesehen werden. In diesem Zusammenhang ist festzuhalten, dass die anderen Teile des Scharniers aus Metall, beispielsweise Aluminium oder auch aus Stahl gefertigt werden. Es wäre aber auch denkbar, dass die Scharnierteile teilweise oder zur Gänze aus Kunststoff bestehen.
Der zweite Scharnierteil 5 ist aus einem den Scharnierbolzen 6 aufnehmenden Tragarm 18 und einem rechtwinklig dazu abstehenden und somit parallel zum Scharnierbolzen 6 ausgerichteten Arm 19 gebildet. Der Arm 19 weist Bohrungen 20 (nur eine ist gezeigt) und/oder Langlöcher 21, 22 zur Befestigung am Rahmen 2 mittels Schrauben auf. Wenigstens eine der Bohrungen 20 an dem Arm 19 des zweiten Scharnierteils 5 weist ein Verstellteil 23 mit einer exzentrisch angeordneten Durchgangsbohrung 24 auf.
Das Scharnier kann aufgrund seiner konstruktiven Gestaltung so montiert werden, dass der erste Scharnierteil 3 in eine am oberen und am unteren Abschluss 4 der Tür 1 eingearbeitete Nut 25 eingesetzt ist. Der erste Scharnierteil 3 ist in der Nut 25 an der Tür 1 versenkt montiert und schließt im Wesentlichen bündig mit dem oberen oder unteren Abschluss 4 der Tür 1 ab.
Das Montageteil 10 ist nach dem Einsetzen des Halters 9 an seiner inneren Randbegrenzung verstemmt. Dadurch sind der Halter 9 und der Montageteil 10 schon vor der Montage des Scharniers an der Tür 1 unverlierbar aneinander gehalten. Aufgrund der freien Öffnung 26 im Montageteil, der Nut 15 zur Aufnahme des Schraubenkopfes 14 und einer Längsnut 27 zur Aufnahme des Schaftes der Schraube 13 kann der Halter 9 frei in das Montageteil 10 eingelegt werden. Wenn nun aber zumindest abschnittsweise an der inneren Randbegrenzung des Montageteils ein Verformen (Verstemmen) in Richtung zum Halter 9 hin erfolgt, wird die gegenseitige provisorische Halterung bewirkt, wobei trotzdem ein Verschieben von Halter 9 und Montageteil 10 relativ zueinander möglich ist.
Dabei ist es auch vorteilhaft, wenn der Halter 9 und der Montageteil 10 an der außen liegenden Oberfläche 28, 29 im Wesentlichen bündig miteinander abschließen. Es ist daher nicht nur ein bündiger Abschluss mit dem oberen und unteren Abschluss 4 der Tür 1 gegeben, sondern es ergibt sich auch in ästhetischer Hinsicht eine optimale Lösung.
Der Halter 9 und das Montageteil 10 weisen an ihrer außen liegenden Oberfläche 28, 29 eine über beide Teile durchgehende Markierungskerbe 30,31 oder aber eine durchgehende Markierungslinie auf, welche die Mittelstellung der gegenseitigen Verstellmöglichkeit von Halter 9 und Montageteil 10 darstellt. In der Grundstellung, also bei im Wesentlichen übereinstimmenden Markierungskerben 30, 31 wird die Erstmontage werkseitig erfolgen und das Scharnier wird auch so an der Tür montiert. Es ist dann nach beiden Richtungen hin ein entsprechender Verstellbereich gegeben.
Die Montage eines erfindungsgemäßen Scharniers kann auf einfache Art und Weise erfolgen. Jeweils am oberen und unteren Abschluss 4 der Tür wird ein erster Scharnierteil 3 durch Festschrauben des Halters 9 montiert. Der zweite Scharnierteil 5 mit Zuordnung zum unteren Abschluss der Tür 1 wird am Rahmen 2 befestigt. Dann kann der erste Scharnierteil 3 mit der Tür 1 am unteren Abschluss mit dem zweiten Scharnierteil 5 in Wirkverbindung gebracht werden, indem die Bohrung 7 in Übereinstimmung mit dem Scharnierbolzen 6 gebracht wird. Dann wird der zweite Scharnierteil 5 des oberen Scharniers in den ersten Scharnierteil 3 am oberen Abschluss 4 eingehängt und dann am Rahmen 2 befestigt. Nun bedarf es nur noch gegebenenfalls erforderlicher Einstellarbeiten durch Verstellung der Schraube 13 und/oder des Verstellteils 23. Damit ist zwar ein praktisch unsichtbares Scharnier eingesetzt worden, welches jedoch jederzeit eine nachträgliche Verstellung zulässt. Durch die konstruktive Gestaltung des Scharniers ist auch eine optimale Stabilität selbst bei schweren Türen erreicht worden. Da sowohl die Verstellelemente als auch die Befestigungspunkte aller Scharnierteile bei geschlossener Tür von außen nicht zugänglich sein, ist auch eine entsprechende Einbruchsicherheit gewährleistet.

Claims (12)

  1. Scharnier zur drehbaren Halterung einer Tür oder eines Fensters an einem Rahmen, wobei je ein erster Scharnierteil am oberen und am unteren Abschluss der Tür oder des Fensters angeordnet ist und ein jeweils zugeordneter, am Rahmen befestigbarer oder befestigter zweiter Scharnierteil einen Scharnierzapfen aufweist, der in eine Bohrung des ersten Scharnierteils eingreift, wobei die Scharnierzapfen der beiden zweiten Scharnierteile die Drehachse der Tür oder des Fensters gegenüber dem Rahmen bilden, wobei der am oberen und am unteren Abschluss der Tür oder des Fensters anzuordnende erste Scharnierteil aus einem fest mit der Tür oder dem Fenster verbindbaren oder verbundenen Halter und einem entlang dem Halter verschiebbar geführten, mit der Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Scharnierzapfens des zweiten Scharnierteils ausgestatteten Montageteil gebildet ist und wobei das Montageteil am Halter stufenlos verstellbar geführt und in der gewünschten Stellung an diesem fixierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Scharnierteil (5) aus einem den Scharnierbolzen (6) aufnehmenden Tragarm (18) und einem rechtwinklig dazu abstehenden und somit parallel zum Scharnierbolzen (6) ausgerichteten anderen Arm (19) gebildet ist, wobei der andere Arm (19) des zweiten Scharnierteils (5) zur Befestigung am Rahmen (2) mittels Schrauben wenigstens eine Bohrung (20) mit einem Verstellteil (23) mit einer exzentrisch angeordneten Durchgangsbohrung (24) und wenigstens eine weitere Bohrung (20) oder Langlöcher (21, 22) aufweist.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (9) an seiner einen Begrenzung an beiden Randbereichen Einschnitte (11) aufweist, in welche an der Unterseite des Montageteils (10) gegeneinander gerichtete Stege (12) eingreifen.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (H) der Einschnitte (11) geringfügig größer ist als die Dicke (D) der eingreifenden Stege (12).
  4. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Halter (9) und dem Montageteil (10) eine Verstell- und Feststellschraube (13) vorgesehen ist, welche einerseits in eine Gewindebohrung des Halters (9) eingreift und andererseits mit ihrem Kopf (14) in eine Nut (15) des Montageteils (10) verdrehbar, jedoch in Axialrichtung unverschieblich eingreift.
  5. Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageteil (10) an seinem Angriffsende für den Scharnierbolzen (6) des zweiten Scharnierteils (5) zwei nebeneinander liegende Bohrungen (7) zur Aufnahme von Scharnierbolzen (6) aufweist.
  6. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (9) zwei oder mehr als zwei Bohrungen (16) zum Einsetzen von Schrauben für die Befestigung des Halters (9) am oberen und unteren Abschluss (4) einer Tür (1) oder eines Fensters aufweist.
  7. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierbolzen (6) aus Kunststoff gebildet oder mit Kunststoff beschichtet ist.
  8. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Scharnierteil (3) in eine am oberen und am unteren Abschluss (4) der Tür (1) oder des Fensters eingearbeitete Nut (25) einsetzbar ist.
  9. Scharnier nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Scharnierteil (3) in der Nut (25) an der Tür (1) oder dem Fenster versenkt montierbar ist und im Wesentlichen bündig mit dem oberen oder unteren Abschluss (4) der Tür (1) oder des Fensters abschließt.
  10. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageteil (10) nach dem Einsetzen des Halters (9) an seiner inneren Randbegrenzung verstemmt ist, um das Montageteil (10) schon vor der Montage des Scharniers unverlierbar zu halten.
  11. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (9) und das Montageteil (10) an ihrer außen liegenden Oberfläche (28, 29) im Wesentlichen bündig miteinander abschließen.
  12. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (9) und das Montageteil (10) an ihrer außen liegenden Oberfläche (28, 29) eine über beide Teile durchgehende Markierungskerbe (30, 31) oder eine durchgehende Markierungslinie aufweisen, welche die Mittelstellung der gegenseitigen Verstellmöglichkeit von Halter (9) und Montageteil (10) darstellt.
