Claims (8)
- Walzenwechselwerkzeug mit einer Hubvorrichtungshalterung (9) und einer Walzenaufnahme (6) für jeden Walzenzapfen einer Walze (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzenaufnahme (6) an einem Ende eines Winkelhebels (3) vorgesehen ist, der an einer Ausbauvorrichtung (2) derart drehbar angeordnet ist, daß sich die Walzenaufnahme (6) nach einer Schwenkbewegung im Schwerpunkt der Ausbauvorrichtung (2) befindet.
- Walzenwechselwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende des Winkelhebels (3) an einer Betätigungseinrichtung (7) zum Schwenken des Winkelhebels (3) angreift, wozu die Betätigungseinrichtung (3) an der Ausbauvorrichtung (2) gelagert ist.
- Walzenwechselwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (7) als Hubzylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Walzenwechselwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (7) benachbart dem Schwerpunkt der Ausbauvorrichtung (2) an dieser gelagert ist.
- Walzenwechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbauvorrichtung (2) für jeden Walzenzapfen einer Walze (5) einen L-förmigen Träger (8) umfaßt, die vor dem Ausbau der Walze (5) in einen Walzenstapel einsetzbar sind.
- Walzenwechselwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzenaufnahme (6) jeweils ein Paar klauenartiger Backen (16) umfaßt, mit dem die Walzenzapfen zangenartig greifbar sind.
- Walzenwechselwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse einer Lagerung (11) des Winkelhebels (3) an der Ausbauvorrichtung (2) senkrecht zu einer Quererstreckung der Ausbauvorrichtung (2) liegt.
- Walzenwechselwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Lagerung (11) des Winkelhebels (3) in einem mittigen Bereich einer Quererstreckung der Ausbauvorrichtung (2) vorgesehen ist.
