- Vlieslegeeinrichtung miteinem Vliesleger (1) mit einem Einlauf (E) und einem Abliefer-Transportband (7) undeinem Florspeicher (2) veränderlichen Volumens, der unmittelbar stromaufwärts des Einlaufs des Vlieslegers (1) angeordnet ist und in dem der zu einem Vlies zu legende Flor zwischen zwei paarig geführten Flortransportbändern (8, 9, 30) gehalten ist und der wenigstens zwei in einem gemeinsamen Halterahmen (26) gelagerte Umlenkwalzen (27, 28, 29; 40, 43, 47) aufweist, von denen eine Umlenkwalze (28; 40) die paarig geführten Flortransportbänder (8, 9; 9, 30) um etwa 180° umlenkt, wobei der Halterahmen (26) zur Veränderung des Speichervolumens des Florspeichers (2) quer zur Achsrichtung der Umlenkwalzen (27, 28, 29; 40, 43, 47) verstellbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:wobei wenigstens eines der Flortransportbänder (8, 9) über zwei Umlenkwalzen (40, 47; 40, 43) des Florspeichers (2) und durch eine stromaufwärts desselben angeordnete Einspeisezone (A) hindurch geführt ist.der Vliesleger (1) ist ein Steilarm-Vliesleger, bestehend auseinem um eine ortsfeste, untere Schwenkachse (5) verschwenkbar gelagerten Zuführarm (3),einem am oberen Ende des Zuführarms (3) um eine zur unteren Schwenkachse (5) parallel verlaufende, obere Schwenkachse (6) verschwenkbar gelagerten, sich nach unten erstreckenden Legearm (4), dessen freies Ende in einer wenigstens annähernd geradlinig verlaufenden Bewegungsbahn quer zum Abliefer-Transportband (7) oberhalb desselben geführt ist,zwei endlos umlaufenden Flortransportbändern (8, 9), die an dem Zuführarm (3) und dem Legearm (4) geführt sind, zum Entgegennehmen einer Florbahn am Einlauf (E) und zum Ablegen derselben in einer Ablieferzone auf dem Abliefer-Transportband (7) unter schwenkender Bewegung von Zuführarm (3) und Legearm (4), wobei die Flortransportbänder (8, 9) wenigstens in dem sich vom Einlauf (E) im Bereich der unteren Schwenkachse (5) bis zum unteren, freien Ende des Legearms (4) erstreckenden, hinlaufenden Wegabschnitt parallel zueinander in einem aneinandergedrückten Zustand geführt sind und in diesem Wegabschnitt einen Klemmbereich für die Florbahn ausbilden, der in einem Lieferspalt (zwischen 10 und 11) am unteren, freien Ende des Legearms (4) endet, und vom Lieferspalt (zwischen 10 und 11) ausgehend über den Legearm (4) und den Zuführarm (3) bis zum Einlauf (E) zurück geführt sind,wenigstens eine dritte, ortsveränderlich gelagerte Umlenkwalze (29; 43, 47), deren Position synchron mit der Verstellung der Position des Halterahmens (26) des Florspeichers (2) verstellbar ist,
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Umlenkwalze (29, 43, 47) in dem Halterahmen (26) gelagert ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der der Halterrahmen (26) in der von den Achsen seiner Umlenkwalzen (27, 28, 29) bestimmten Ebene verstellbar gelagert ist und über zwei benachbarte (27, 28) der in dem Rahmen (26) gelagerten Umlenkwalzen ein endloses Andruckband (30) als eines der Flortransportbänder geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Andruckband (30) außerdem über ein Walzentripel aus drei ortsfest gelagerten Umlenkwalzen (31, 32, 33) geführt ist, von denen zwei seitliche Umlenkwalzen (31, 32) in geringem seitlichem Abstand zu dem Halterahmen (26) angeordnet und um etwa 90° und eine zwischen den seitlichen Umlenkwalzen (31, 32) angeordnete mittlere Umlenkwalze (33) um etwa 180° von dem Andruckband (30) umschlungen sind,der mittleren Umlenkwalze (33) des Walzentripels eine vierte ortsfest gelagerte Umlenkwalze (22) in engem Abstand gegenüber steht, die von einem ersten (8) der Flortransportbänder teilumschlungen ist,der von dem Zuführarm (3) rücklaufende Abschnitt des zweiten Flortransportbandes (9) über die dritte, in dem Halterrahmen (26) gelagerte Umlenkwalze (29) geführt ist und diese um etwa 180° umschlingt und von dort in die Einspeisezone (A) und stromabwärts davon über eine ortsfest gelagerte fünfte Umlenkwalze (36) geführt ist, die dem endlos umlaufenden Andruckband (30) benachbart ist, von wo aus sich das zweite Flortransportband (9) parallel zu dem Andruckband (30) über eine (28) der in dem Rahmen (26) gelagerten Umlenkwalzen zu einer (31) der seitlichen Umlenkwalzen (31, 32) des Walzentripels, diese etwa um 90° umschlingend und von dort an der mittleren Walze (33) des Walzentripels vorbei zu der vierten Umlenkwalze (22) erstreckt und sich dort an das erste, zum Zuführarm hinlaufende Flortransportband (8) anlegt.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Walze (33) des Walzentripels mit einer Antriebseinrichtung versehen ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halterahmen (26) mit einer Antriebseinrichtung zur Hervorbringung seiner Verstellbewegung verbunden ist.

- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Florspeicher (2) die Flortransportbänder (8, 9) in ihren zum freien Ende des Legearms (4) hinlaufenden Abschnitten parallel, in Berührung miteinander, in einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen Wegabschnitt geführt sind, in dem die Flortransportbänder (8, 9) gemeinsam über eine im wesentlichen um 180° umschlungene Umlenkwalze (40) geführt sind,die von dem Zuführarm (3) zur Einspeisezone (A) rücklaufenden Flortransportbandabschnitte jeweils über U-förmige Wegabschnitte geführt sind, die sich entgegengesetzt zu dem U-förmigen Wegabschnitt der zum freien Ende des Legearms hinlaufenden Flortransportbandabschnitte erstrecken und dabei jeweils eine weitere Umlenkwalze (43, 47) etwa zur Hälfte umschlingen, unddie drei vorgenannten Umlenkwalzen (40, 43, 47) in dem gemeinsamen Halterahmen (26) drehbar gelagert sind, der für die Veränderung des Florspeichervolumens im wesentlichen parallel zu den auf die Umlenkwalzen (40, 43, 47) zu bzw. von diesen weg verlaufenden Teilabschnitten der Flortransportbänder (8, 9) in einem Gestell des Florspeichers (2) verstellbar beweglich gehalten ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halterahmen (26) mittels einer Pendelanordnung (50, 51) in dem Gestell des Florspeichers (2) beweglich gehalten ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halterahmen (26) mittels eines Schlittens in dem Gestell des Florspeichers (2) beweglich gehalten ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halterahmen (26) um die Achse der gemeinsamen Umlenkwalze (40) der hinlaufenden Abschnitte der Flortansportbänder (8, 9) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der U-förmig geführten Teilabschnitte des rücklaufenden Abschnitts eines der Flortansportbänder (9) über eine weitere, im wesentlichen zur Hälfte umschlungene Spannwalze (48) geführt ist, die in dem Gestell verstellbar gelagert und von einer Spanneinrichtung (52) entgegengesetzt zu den sich auf sie zu erstreckenden Teilabschnitten des Flortansportbandes (9) vorgespannt ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flortransportbänder (8, 9) jeweils über eine eigene Antriebswalze (35, 45) und ihre hinlaufenden Abschnitte gemeinsam über eine Antriebswalze (41) geführt sind, und dass zur Veränderung der Abgabegeschwindigkeit gegenüber der Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit des Steilarm-Vlieslegers die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der gemeinsamen Antriebswalze (41) gegenüber den Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der erstgenannten eigenen Antriebswalzen (35, 45) veränderbar ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flortransportbänder (8, 9) jeweils über eine eigene Antriebswalze (35, 45) geführt sind und die in dem Halterahmen (26) gelagerte gemeinsame Umlenkwalze (40) ebenfalls eine Antriebswalze ist, und dass zur Veränderung der Abgabegeschwindigkeit gegenüber der Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit des Steilarm-Viieslegers (1) die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der gemeinsamen, angetriebenen Umlenkwalze (40) gegenüber den Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der erstgenannten eigenen Antriebswalzen (35, 45) veränderbar ist.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hinlaufenden Abschnitte der Flortransportbänder (8, 9) an den Trag- und Legearmen (3, 4) gemeinsam über mehrere in Laufrichtung der Flortransportbänder (8, 9) hintereinander angeordnete Führungswalzen (53) geführt sind, die abwechselnd an der einen und an der anderen Seite der gepaarten Flortransportbänder (8, 9) anliegen.
- Vlieslegeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Zuführarm und dem Legearm wenigstens zwei weitere, gelenkig miteinander und mit dem Zuführarm und dem Legearm verbundene Zuführarme angeordnet sind, und dass Einrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die die Schwenkbewegung der weiteren Zuführarme mit der des Legearms koordinieren.
