Abstract

L'invention concerne un levier intermédiaire (1) destiné à un mécanisme de commande variable de soupape d'un moteur à combustion interne. Ce levier intermédiaire comprend une extrémité d'actionnement (2) et une extrémité de rotation (3), une surface bossage de came (4) et un support (5) destiné à un ressort de rappel (6). L'extrémité d'actionnement (2) s'étend sur le côté frontal du levier intermédiaire (1) et est dotée d'une surface de glissement (7) destinée à être mise en contact avec un dispositif ouvreur de soupape de type levier. L'extrémité de rotation (3) coopère avec des moyens excentriques pour modifier la position du levier intermédiaire (1). La surface bossage de came (4) est située entre l'extrémité d'actionnement et l'extrémité de rotation (2, 3). Selon l'invention, le levier intermédiaire (1) est réalisé dans un matériau tôle à paroi mince principalement selon un procédé d'estampage-pliage. Le support (5) est placé sur la face supérieure (8, 9) du levier intermédiaire (1) en étant adjacent à la zone bordure (10) de l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) et a une extension bombée qui s'étire en direction de la face supérieure (8, 9) et est destinée à être mise en contact avec une branche (11) d'un ressort de torsion servant de ressort de rappel (6). Le support (5) est délimité latéralement par deux pattes de guidage (12, 13).

Claims (10)

  1. Commande variable de soupapes pour un moteur à combustion interne, ladite commande comprenant un levier intermédiaire (1) qui possède une extrémité d'actionnement (2) et une extrémité de pivotement (3) ainsi qu'une surface de contact (4) de came et un support (5) pour un ressort de rappel (6), l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) s'étendant frontalement sur le levier intermédiaire (1) en étant munie d'une surface de glissement (7) pour un contact avec un ouvre-soupapes du type levier, des moyens d'excentrique étant prévus dans la région du levier de pivotement (3) pour le changement de position de celui-ci, et la surface de contact (4) de came étant agencée entre l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) et l'extrémité de pivotement (3), caractérisée en ce que le levier intermédiaire (1) est fait en tôle métallique à paroi mince en étant fabriqué sensiblement par un procédé de découpage et de pliage dans lequel une ébauche découpée ayant des saillies latérales en forme d'ailes est formée et que, par la suite, ces saillies, en gardant une surface de base de l'ébauche pour former la surface de glissement (7) pour l'ouvre-soupapes, sont repliées de telle façon en montant qu'elles forment des parois latérales (19, 20) du levier intermédiaire (1).
  2. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support (5) est disposé sur un côté supérieur ou inférieur (8, 9) du levier intermédiaire (1) dans la région de bord (10) avec l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) et que, en s'étendant vers le côté supérieur ou inférieur (8, 9), ce support (5) a une allure bombée pour un contact d'un bras (11) d'un ressort de torsion qui constitue le ressort de rappel (6), et en ce que le support (5) est délimité latéralement par deux talons de guidage (12, 13).
  3. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le support (5), avec ses talons de guidage (12, 13) est fait d'un seul tenant avec le levier intermédiaire (1).
  4. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le support (5) est configuré sous la forme d'un prolongement de l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) en étant plié vers le côté supérieur ou inférieur (8, 9), chaque talon de guidage (12, 13) étant constitué par une saillie en forme de bande qui s'étend dans la direction d'étendue du support (5), et en ce que cette saillie s'étend à partir d'un côté frontal (14) du support (5) en étant recourbée en forme de corne sur le support (5), de préférence, en direction de l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) (Figures 3, 4).
  5. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le support (5) est configuré sous la forme d'un prolongement de l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) en étant plié vers le côté supérieur ou inférieur (8, 9), chaque talon de guidage (12, 13) étant constitué par une section qui fait saillie à partir du côté supérieur ou inférieur (8, 9) (Figure 5).
  6. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque talon de guidage (12, 13) possède une cavité (17, 18) dont la forme est complémentaire à celle du côté opposé (15, 16) du support (5), et dans cette cavité (17, 18) est retenu le côté opposé (15, 16) correspondant.
  7. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les cavités (17, 18) sont réalisées sans enlèvement de copeaux par un procédé tel que matriçage ou estampage rudimentaire.
  8. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le support (5) est configuré sous la forme d'un prolongement de l'extrémité d'actionnement (2) en étant plié vers le côté supérieur ou inférieur (8, 9), chaque talon de guidage (12, 13) étant constitué par une saillie qui s'étend latéralement à partir du support (5), et en ce que ces saillies sont pliées à peu près de 90° de telle façon, l'une vers l'autre, qu'elles font saillie sur le côté supérieur ou inférieur (8, 9).
  9. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de contact (4) de came est réalisée sous la forme d'un galet tournant qui est disposé, à volonté, sur un roulement.
  10. Commande de soupapes selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le support (5) et les talons de guidage (12, 13) sont fixés, l'un à l'autre, par un joint soudé, brasé ou collé.
