Abstract
Description
Die Fig. 1 bis 4 jeweils Axialschnitte durch ein in einen kopfstehenden Behälter eingesetztes Ausgabeventil, wobei aus Fig. 1 die Schließ- oder Ruhestellung, aus Fig. 2 eine erste Offenstellung, aus Fig. 3 eine zweite Offenstellung und aus Fig. 4 eine dritte Offenstellung ersichtlich ist, und Fig. 5 und 6 Axialschnitte gemäß Fig. 1 und 4 durch ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel.
Claims (9)
- Ausgabeventil für einen ein fließfähiges Medium enthaltenden Behälter (1), mit einem in eine Offenstellung bewegbaren Ventilteil (10), der in einer Ruhestellung einen Auslass verschlossen hält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeventil (2) zumindest zwei Offenstellungen mit unterschiedlichen Auslassquerschnitten aufweist.
- Ausgabeventil nach Anspruch 1, für kopfstehende Behälter (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilteil (10) höhenverstellbar ist, und die Offenstellungen übereinander vorgesehen sind.
- Ausgabeventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilteil (10) nach einem kurzen Öffnungsweg in einer ersten Offenstellung einen kleinen Auslassquerschnitt, nach einem mittleren Öffnungsweg in einer zweiten Offenstellung einen größeren Austrittsquerschnitt und nach einem längeren Öffnungsweg in einer dritten Offenstellung einen größten Auslassquerschnitt freigibt.
- Ausgabeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Offenstellung eine erste Austrittsöffnung (7), und in der zweiten Offenstellung eine zweite Austrittsöffnung (8) geöffnet ist.
- Ausgabeventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der zweiten Offenstellung beide Austrittsöffnungen (7, 8) geöffnet sind.
- Ausgabeventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der zweiten Offenstellung nur die zweite Austrittsöffnung (8) geöffnet ist.
- Ausgabeventil nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgabeventil (2) ein in die Behälteröffnung einsetzbares hohlzylindrisches Verschlusselement (4) aufweist, in dem der bewegbare Ventilteil kolbenartig dichtend geführt ist, und dass die Austrittsöffnungen (7, 8) durch zumindest zwei axial versetzte Löcher in einer Seitenwand (5) des Verschlusselementes (4) gebildet sind, die beim Hub des Ventilteils (10) das Behälterinnere mit der Umgebung strömungsverbinden.
- Ausgabeventil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilteil (10) einen axialen Lufteinlasskanal (14) aufweist.
- Mit einem fließfähigen Medium gefüllter Behälter (1), der mit einem Ausgabeventil (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8 versehen ist, wobei das Ausgabeventil (2) eine Schließstellung, zumindest zwei übereinander angeordnete Offenstellungen und einen höhenverstellbaren Ventilteil (10) aufweist.
