Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Verzieren gegerbten Leders (2),
    umfassend wenigstens die folgenden Schritte:
    - eine einleitende Behandlungsphase, in deren Verlauf man Lösungsmittel auf das Leder (2) aufträgt, wobei die einleitende Behandlungsphase auch eine Trocknungsphase umfasst, nach der Anwendung von Lösungsmittel auf das Leder,
    - dann eine Tätowierungsphase, in deren Verlauf man zumindest ein Pigment in die Dicke des Leders mittels mindestens einer Nadel (5) eindringen lässt, indem man das Leder wiederholt mit der Nadel durchsticht, um so eine pigmentierte Verzierung (4) auszuführen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    bei dem die Nadel (5) mit Pigment versehen ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2,
    bei dem das Pigment in Form einer flüssigen oder pastenartigen Aufbereitung vorhanden ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem im Verlauf der einleitenden Behandlungsphase das auf das Leder aufgetragene Lösungsmittel ein polares Lösungsmittel ist, vorzugsweise aus Azeton.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem im Laufe der einleitenden Behandlungsphase das Lösungsmittel auf eine einzige Vorderseite (3) des Leders aufgetragen wird und man im Verlauf der Tätowierungsphase die Verzierung (4) auf eben dieser Vorderseite (3) des Leders ausführt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
    bei dem im Verlauf der einleitenden Behandlungsphase das Lösungsmittel durch Auftupfen aufgebracht wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem die Trockenphase eine Dauer von mindenstens 30 Minuten und vorzugsweise von mindestens ungefähr einer Stunde aufweist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem man im Verlauf der Tätowierungsphase mindestens eine Nadel (5) aus Stahl auf der Basis von Titan verwendet.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem man im Verlauf der Tätowierungsphase das Leder (2) gleichzeitig mit mindestens drei Nadeln (5) ansticht, die fühlbar aneinandergefügt sind, wobei sie ein Bündel bilden.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem im Verlauf der Tätowierungsphase man die Nadel (5) mindestens 0,5 mm in die Außenhaut des Leders (2) eindringen lässt.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem man im Verlauf der Tätowierungsphase ein Pigment benutzt, das in Form flüssiger oder pastenartiger Farbe vorhanden ist, vorzugsweise alkoholhaltige Farbe.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei dem der Tätowierungsphase ein Anstechvorgang in trockenem Zustand vorausgeht, in dessen Verlauf man das Leder wiederholt mit der Nadel (5) ansticht, die nicht mit Pigment versehen wurde.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    in dem man die Verzierung auf einen Schuh (1) aufträgt.
