Claims (10)
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung mit zumindest zwei zueinander im Wesentlichen parallel auf Abstand angeordneten Wickelwalzen (13, 16), die in Lagervorrichtungen (15, 18) drehbar gelagert sind und zwischen denen ein Plakatband (19) gespannt ist, das wahlweise auf die eine oder die andere Wickelwalze (13, 16) aufwickelbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in zumindest eine der Wickelwalzen (13, 16) mittels der zugeordneten Lagervorrichtung (15, 18) ein Vorspann-Biegemoment einbringbar ist, das dem Biegemoment der Wickelwalze (13, 16) infolge Eigenwicht und Belastung entgegenwirkt.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorspann-Biegemoment gleich oder größer als das Biegemoment infolge Eigengewicht und Belastung ist.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagervorrichtungen (15, 18) an den stirnseitigen Enden der Wickelwalze (13, 16) angeordnet sind.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagervorrichtung (15, 18) zwei in Axialrichtung der Wickelwalze (13, 16) beabstandete Lagerteile (15a, 15b) aufweist.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerteile (15a, 15b) Wälzlager oder Kugellager sind.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Größe und/oder Richtung des Vorspann-Biegemomentes veränderbar ist.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerteile (15a, 15b) relativ zueinander verstellbar sind.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwalze (13, 16) an ihren stirnseitigen Enden jeweils einen axialen Achsstummel (14, 17) aufweist, der in der Lagervorrichtung (15, 18) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagervorrichtung (15, 18) innerhalb der Wickelwalze (13, 16) angeordnet ist.
- Plakatwechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwalzen (13, 16) im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufen.
