Abstract

Nockenwellenverstelleinrichtungen dienen dazu, die Öffnungs- und Schließzeitpunkte der Gaswechselventile durch eine Relativdrehung der Nockenwelle gegenüber der Kurbelwelle zu verschieben. Die Rotor- und Statorflügel (7 und 3) liegen mit ihren Stirnseiten (9, 10) an den jeweiligen Gegenflächen (8, 11) des Stators (1) bzw. Rotors (5) dichtend an, um den Leckagestrom des Druckmediums zu verringern. Um eine optimale Betriebsweise zu gewährleisten, haben die Rotorflügel (7) im Bereich ihrer Stirnseite (9) ihre größte Breite. Die Seitenflächen (12, 13) der Rotorflügel (7) sind über einen Teil ihrer Länge konkav ausgebildet. Auf diese Weise steht eine ausreichend große Dichtlänge zur Verfügung, während die Rotorflügel (7) schmal gehalten werden können. Der Schwenkwinkel des Rotors (5) kann darum groß sein. Die Nockenwellenverstelleinrichtung wird bei Kraftfahrzeugen eingesetzt.
