Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Zahnriemenformen, umfassenda) eine Werkstückhalterung (3),b) Drehmittel (6,5), mit denen mindestens ein in der Werkstückhalterung (3) eingespanntes, im Wesentlichen zylindrisches Werkstück (4,4a) um vorgegebene Winkel um seine Längsmittelachse kontrolliert drehbar ist, undc) ein relativ zur Werkstückhalterung (3) verfahrbares spangebendes Werkzeug, wobeid) das mindestens eine Werkzeug eine Schleifscheibe (9) ist, unde) Abrichtmittel zum Abrichten eines bestimmten Umfangprofils (10) der mindestens einen Schleifscheibe (9) vorgesehen sind, wobei das Umfangsprofil (10) der Schleifscheibe (9) derart abrichtbar ist, dass es dem Profil einer vollständigen Zahnnut der gewünschten Zahnriemenform entspricht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassf) die Abrichtmittel mindestens ein Profilabrichtelement (19) mit einem profilierten Abrichterbereich (21) umfassen, wobei das Profil des Abrichterbereichs (21) das Gegenprofil von zumindest einem Teil des gewünschten Umfangprofils der mindestens einen Schleifscheibe (9) ist, undg) das Profilabrichtelement (19) ein Abrichthartkörper, beispielsweise aus Diamant, mit einem kantenartigen Abrichterbereich ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Profilabrichtelement relativ zum Werkstückhalter derart positioniert und justierbar ist, dass in Richtung der Längsmittelachse des mindestens einen eingespannten Werkzeugs betrachtet die Projektion des Profils des Abrichterbereichs auf einer Werkzeugstimseite dem Profil des Querschnitts des bei einem Schleifvorgang erstrebten Schnittes entspricht.
