Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Falzen mit einem Falztrichter und einer am Trichtereingang angeordneten, von einem Motor (04) drehangetriebenen Trichterwalze (03), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterwalze (03) mit einer von der Trichterwalze (03) auf die Materialbahn (06) ausgeübten, im wesentlichen konstanten Zugkraft angetrieben ist und dass die Trichterwalze (03) bei einer Bahnspannung angetrieben ist, die weniger als die Hälfte einer Bahnspannung bei fehlerfreiem Falzen beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sensor (13) eine von der Trichterwalze (03) auf die Materialbahn (06) ausgeübte Zugkraft erfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterwalze (03) bis zum Stillstand von Zylindern eines Falzapparates weiterdreht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterwalze (03) bis zum Stillstand von Zylindern der Druckwerke weiterdreht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterwalze (03) als unmittelbar am Trichtereingang angeordnete Trichtereinlaufwalze (03) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Rolle (12) zum Andrücken der Materialbahn (06) gegen die Trichterwalze (03) angeordnet ist.
