Definitions

  • the invention relates to a gliding board, in particular a ski, having a running surface, steel edges, an upper shell, a prefabricated core, and at least one interface element connected to the gliding board body by means of anchoring elements, for example a rail-like profiled guide element for arranging at least one binding element on the upper side of the Sliding board, wherein the anchoring elements have a head portion held on the interface element or are connected to the interface element and have a projecting through an opening in the upper shell in the sliding board inside shaft.
  • anchoring elements for example a rail-like profiled guide element for arranging at least one binding element on the upper side of the Sliding board, wherein the anchoring elements have a head portion held on the interface element or are connected to the interface element and have a projecting through an opening in the upper shell in the sliding board inside shaft.
  • a gliding board with a profile rail system which consists of at least one extending in Gleitbrettlnature rail, which is connected via at least one molded dowel or dowel portion by a dowel connection or -anank ceremonies with the sliding board body.
  • the attachment of the rails in the sliding board body suitably provided holes in which expansion dowel are used and pushed in the central holes bolts under spreading or hammered. The attachment of the rails is thus carried out on the finished sliding board and only replaces the otherwise usual screw fastening.
  • the document EP-A-1 329 243 describes a gliding board according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention is based on the object to provide a sliding board available, be connected to the profile rail systems or other interface elements in such a way with the ski body that no subsequent mounting and mounting activities on the finished gliding board are more necessary.
  • the interface element has been positively connected by means of at least one of the anchoring elements during the construction of the sliding board with the core and / or friction and / or other mechanical manner.
  • the interface elements which represent the connection to the binding parts, for example a toe piece or a heel piece of a ski binding, are thus incorporated or integrated in the construction of the same during the production of the sliding board or ski. This eliminates the need for a separate attachment of the interface elements on the finished sliding board.
  • sliding boards especially skis
  • executed sliding boards can be finished in a rational and manufacturing technology simple way.
  • the anchoring element has been connected to the upper shell before positioning the core.
  • the anchoring element can be connected to a held in the core, in particular foamed blocking part.
  • connection can be produced in a simple manner in that the shaft of the anchoring element has a recess into which the locking part engages.
  • Another variant of the invention provides that the shaft of the anchoring element is spread apart from below and is inserted in a through-opening in the core of the locking member.
  • a spreader is used in the shaft of the anchoring element, so that the anchoring element is held prior to positioning of the core on the upper shell.
