The invention is based on the object to provide a sliding board available, be connected to the profile rail systems or other interface elements in such a way with the ski body that no subsequent mounting and mounting activities on the finished gliding board are more necessary.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the interface element has been positively connected by means of at least one of the anchoring elements during the construction of the sliding board with the core and / or friction and / or other mechanical manner.
In the invention, the interface elements, which represent the connection to the binding parts, for example a toe piece or a heel piece of a ski binding, are thus incorporated or integrated in the construction of the same during the production of the sliding board or ski. This eliminates the need for a separate attachment of the interface elements on the finished sliding board.
According to the invention executed sliding boards, especially skis, can be finished in a rational and manufacturing technology simple way. In this context, it is advantageous if the anchoring element has been connected to the upper shell before positioning the core. Alternatively, the anchoring element can be connected to a held in the core, in particular foamed blocking part.
Such a connection can be produced in a simple manner in that the shaft of the anchoring element has a recess into which the locking part engages.
Another variant of the invention provides that the shaft of the anchoring element is spread apart from below and is inserted in a through-opening in the core of the locking member. In another variant, a spreader is used in the shaft of the anchoring element, so that the anchoring element is held prior to positioning of the core on the upper shell.
Instead of a spreading part of the shaft can be provided with a screwed-in from below part or executed as such attachable part.
In another embodiment, it is provided that the shaft of the anchoring element is held in the manner of a rivet on the upper shell. In other variants according to the invention, an intermediate part, in particular annular or the like, is provided, which is applied to the shaft or to the screwed-in part.
In another embodiment of the invention, the anchoring element is held by means of a securing part on the upper shell. Particularly advantageous is an embodiment in which the securing part has a keyhole-like or the like executed opening for receiving the shank of the anchoring element, wherein the narrower opening portion is in the region of a local constriction with the shaft engaged. Also in this embodiment, a simple and efficient production of the sliding board or ski is possible.
In another embodiment, the opening in the upper shell is keyhole-like divided into two opening portions having different diameters, which also in this variant, the narrower portion is in the region of a local constriction with the shaft engaged.
Dabei zeigenFurther features, advantages and details of the invention will now be described with reference to the drawing illustrating embodiments. Show
