Definitions
- the present invention relates to an extension guide comprising at least a first guide rail and a second guide rail, which is displaceable relative to the first guide rail from a pullout position to an insertion position along a direction of insertion, and a motion damping device, which in turn a housing and a relative to the housing includes displaceable piston.
- Such drawer guides are known from the prior art.
- the motion damping device is used to reduce or at least limit the speed of the second guide rail relative to the first guide rail in the final phase of the movement of the second guide rail in the insertion position, so that a pull-out held on the pullout guide moves as gently as possible into the insertion position ,
- a drawer slide with a motion damping device in which a housing of the motion damping device on a stationary support rail, outside the displacement path of a slidably guided on the support rail running rail, arranged and a retracting into the housing piston on the running rail and connected to the running rail via a cloth is. It is disadvantageous that the height of the pullout guide is increased by the arranged above the support rail or the running rail components of the motion damping device.
- From the EP 1 120 066 A2 is a collection device for movable furniture parts with a movement damping device known, the housing is fixedly connected to a movable carriage, which is pulled by a spring of the collection device.
- the retraction device engages by means of a driver on a locking pin which is attached to the movable furniture part.
- the collection device with the driver, the movable carriage and the hydraulic damping device is arranged below a mounting rail and extends transversely to the insertion direction has over the width of the mounting rail addition.
- the EP-A-1 348 354 discloses a pullout guide with a motion damping device whose housing is fixedly arranged on a mounting rail of the pullout guide and with a motion damping device whose housing is fixedly arranged on a pull-out of the pullout guide.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a pullout guide of the type mentioned, which is provided with a motion damping device and yet has a compact design.
- the housing of the motion damping device is not fixedly arranged on one of the guide rails of the pullout guide, but floatingly mounted in the pullout guide so that it can be moved by the second guide rail along the feed direction.
- the housing moves relative to the piston, which in turn can be displaceable relative to the first guide rail or fixed to the first guide rail, said by this relative movement of Housing and piston, the movement of the second guide rail is damped in the insertion position.
- the second guide rail acts on the housing and not on the piston of the movement damping device, the piston of the movement damping device can be outside the displacement path of the second guide rail, whereby the required overall length of the extension guide is reduced.
- the motion damping device acts directly between the second guide rail and the first guide rail of the pullout guide and not on an element of an extension held on the pullout guide, so that the movement damping device can be arranged within the drawer guide, which reduces the required height and width of the drawer slide including the motion damping device.
- a "pull-out guide” in this description and in the attached claims means any device in which at least two guide rails are held displaceable relative to one another; it is irrelevant whether one of the guide rails is pulled out completely or partially from the other or not.
- the housing of the motion damping device is slidably held on the first guide rail.
- the housing is slidably supported on a rolling body raceway of the first guide rail.
- a particularly space-saving housing of the housing is possible.
- the housing is held on the first guide rail by means of at least one latching element.
- Such a locking connection of the housing with the first guide rail can be produced in a simple manner during assembly of the drawer guide and, if necessary, for example for replacement of the movement damping device against another movement damping device with a different damping characteristic or in the case of a defect of the movement damping device, are easily solved again.
- motion damping device can be a built-in damper, as used for example for Anschlagdämpfen of revolving doors in furniture, are used when this damper is provided, for example, with a locking element or a clamping element for displaceably holding the damper housing to the pullout guide.
- the pull-out guide according to the invention may in principle comprise at least one further guide rail in addition to the first guide rail and the second guide rail.
- the first guide rail of the pullout guide can be any guide rail of the pullout guide.
- the first guide rail is an outer rail of the pullout guide.
- the second guide rail is an inner rail of the pullout guide, which is encompassed by the outer rail of the pullout guide.
- the pullout guide can be designed as a full extension guide or as a partial pullout guide.
- the housing of the motion damping device is not firmly connected to the second guide rail. This offers the particular advantage that the effective width and height of the second guide rail are not increased by the housing, so that in particular the second guide rail can be easily moved relative to another guide rail of the pullout guide.
- the housing of the movement damping device is moved from the second guide rail from its initial position to its end position, it can be provided in particular that the housing has a transversely extending to the insertion direction driving element, which engages the second guide rail.
- Such a driving element may in particular be designed as a driving projection, which projects into the displacement path of the second guide rail.
- the piston of the motion damping device may be fixed to the first guide rail.
- the piston is displaceable relative to the first guide rail.
- a stop for the piston is arranged on the first guide rail, in which case the piston, as soon as it has run against the stop, is displaced relative to the housing of the movement damping device and thus causes the desired movement damping.
- the piston can already, when the housing is in its initial position, rest against the stop.
- the piston is spaced from the stop when the housing is in its initial position.
- the piston is first displaced together with the housing, without moving relative to the housing, until the piston abuts against the stop, whereupon the relative movement between the piston and the housing begins.
- the piston Upon movement of the housing from its initial position to its end position, the piston is moved relative to the housing from an initial position to an end position.
- the stop and / or the piston is provided with a magnetic element, so that the piston due to the magnetic attraction between the piston and the stop when moving back the housing in its initial position initially adhering to the stop, whereby the piston is moved back relative to the housing in its initial position. Only when the piston has reached this initial position relative to the housing and a continuation of the movement of the piston relative to the housing is no longer possible, the piston releases from the stop.
- the motion damping device comprises a spring element which moves the piston back to its initial position relative to the housing.
- Such a spring element can be arranged outside or inside the housing.
- the housing has a driving element which cooperates with a driving element on the second guide rail so that the housing, while the second guide rail relative to the first Guide rail is pulled out of the insertion position, is moved from the end position back to the starting position.
- the driving element on the housing and the driving element on the second guide rail are releasably locked together.
- the housing is provided both with a first driving element, which engages the second guide rail in the movement into the insertion position inside, as well as with a second driving element, which engages the second guide rail when pulling out of the insertion position, so is the second driving element preferably (seen in the extension direction) arranged in front of the first driving element, which contributes to the shortening of the required length of the pullout guide.
- the motion damping device used in the pullout guide may in particular comprise a commercially available linear damper.
- Such a damper may in particular be designed so that the movement of the piston is damped relative to the housing by Feststoffreibung.
- the housing of the motion damping device has an interior containing a movement damping fluid, which is displaced by the piston during the relative movement of the piston and housing.
- This motion damping fluid may in particular comprise a gas or a gas mixture, in particular air.
- the movement damping fluid comprises a liquid, in particular an oil, silicone or the like.
- the piston has at least one flow channel through which the movement damping fluid can flow.
- the flow resistance of the movement damping fluid when flowing through the flow channel then causes the desired movement damping.
- the pull-out guide comprises a self-closing device.
- Such a self-retracting device engages when the second guide rail is moved relative to the first guide rail in its insertion position, upon reaching a Double Hereuchsstart ein on a guide rail of the pullout guide and moves this guide rail automatically in the insertion position.
- the self-closing device acts on the second guide rail of the pull-out guide.
- the self-closing device preferably comprises an energy store and a connecting element connected to the energy store, wherein the connecting element is brought from the insertion position into a detent position when the guide rail, on which the self-closing device engages.
- the guide rail on which attacks the self-closing device is provided with a control that moves the connecting element out of the detent position upon reaching the Diseinzugsstart too.
- this control element can be designed as a part formed separately from the rail back and the rolling element raceways of this guide rail.
- control element is formed from a plastic material, while the remaining components of the guide rail are formed from a metallic material.
- control not only interacts with the connecting element of the self-closing device, but also comes into contact with the housing of the movement damping device during or after reaching the self-closing start position and moves the housing from its initial position to its end position.
- the movement damping device and the self-closing device of the extension guide are preferably designed as separate, separately formed and independently functioning devices. This makes it possible to mount the motion damping device and the self-closing device independently of each other and to disassemble and optimize for the particular desired application. Furthermore, it is possible in this case to use the pullout guide either without Dieinzugsvorplatz, but with motion damping device, or vice versa with motion damping device, but without Diseinzugsvorraum.
- a particularly compact construction of the pull-out guide according to the invention is achieved when the housing of the motion-damping device is arranged in the intermediate space between the first guide rail and the second guide rail.
- the housing of the movement damping device when the second guide rail is in the insertion position, is at least partially disposed between a rolling body raceway of the second guide rail and a rolling body raceway of the first guide rail.
- a (not shown) extract such as a drawer, slidably mounted on a stationary body.
- the pullout guide 100 comprises an inner rail 102 with two Wälz analysesterrorismbahnen 104, which are interconnected via a rail back 106, a middle rail 108 which surrounds the inner rail 102 and inner Wälzterrorismlaufbahnen 110 and outer Wälzterrorismlaufbahnen 112 and the outer Wälzterrorismlaufbahnen 112 interconnecting Rail back 114 includes, and an outer rail 116, which surrounds the middle rail 108 and two Wälzterrorismterrorismiens canyonen 118 and the Wälzterrorismterrorismen 118 interconnecting rail back 120 comprises.
- the inner rail 102 is held displaceably on the middle rail 108 in its longitudinal direction by means of a rolling element arrangement 122 which, for example, comprises balls 124 as rolling elements.
- the center rail 108 is held displaceably on the outer rail 116 in its longitudinal direction by means of a rolling element arrangement 126 which, for example, likewise comprises balls 124.
- the inner rail 102 can thus be moved relative to the outer rail 116 in an insertion position parallel to its longitudinal direction from a pull-out position into an insertion position and again in an opposite direction parallel to the insertion direction 128 pull-out direction 130 relative to the outer rail 116 be moved out of the insertion position.
- the outer rail 116 may be on the body side and the inner rail 102 may be arranged on the exhaust side; but it is also possible to arrange the outer rail 116 on the outside and the inner rail 102 on the body side.
- the pullout guide 100 is provided with a designated as a whole with 132 dieinzugsvoriques as they for example from the EP 0 386 731 B1 is known. Reference is made expressly to this document with regard to the structure of the self-closing device 132.
- the Diseinzugsvorraum 132 includes a guide plate 134 which is fixed to the inner rail 102 facing the inside of the rail back 120 of the outer rail 116.
- the guide plate 134 has a guide channel 136 with a along the extension direction 130 extending rectilinear guide portion 138 and a (viewed in the extension direction 130) front end of the guide portion 138 transverse to the guide portion 138 extending latching portion 140.
- a connecting element 142 is displaceably guided by means of a guide pin 144 on the underside of the connecting element 142.
- the connecting element 142 At the top of the connecting element 142 is the guide pin 144, a driver pin 146 opposite.
- the connecting element 142 carries on its upper side a retaining pin 148 to which one end of a tension coil spring 150 is suspended, which serves as an energy storage 152 of the self-closing device 132.
- the other end of the tension coil spring 150 is suspended on a retaining pin 154, which is arranged on the upper side of the guide plate 134.
- the tension coil spring 150 is guided around a deflection cylinder 156.
- the rear end (seen in the pull-out direction 130) of the inner rail 102 is provided with a control element 158 which has a control channel 160 with an inlet section 162 and a latching section 164.
- This control element 158 cooperates with the connecting element 142 of the self-closing device 132 in a manner to be described later, in order to pull the inner rail 102 into the insertion end position upon reaching a self-closing start position.
- the pullout guide 100 is further provided with a designated as a whole 166 motion damping device, in detail in the Fig. 3 to 7 is shown.
- the motion damping device 166 includes a housing 168 enclosing an, for example, substantially cylindrical interior 170 in which a motion damping fluid, such as an oil, is disposed.
- a motion damping fluid such as an oil
- a piston 172 is immersed, which comprises a piston head 174 arranged inside the inner space 170 and a piston rod 178 guided through a rear wall 176 from the inner space 170.
- the cross section of the piston head 174 substantially corresponds to the cross section of the interior 170.
- the piston head 174 is provided with flow channels 180, through which the movement damping fluid from the lying before the piston head 174 portion 170 a of the inner space 170 in the lying behind the piston head 174 portion 170 b of the inner space 170 and in the reverse direction can flow through the piston head 174, and while overcoming a considerable flow resistance.
- the piston 172 is slidably guided on the housing 168 as a whole in its longitudinal direction 182 relative to the housing 168.
- a compression coil spring 184 is arranged, which is supported on the one hand on the front of the piston head 174 and on the other hand on a front wall 186 of the housing 168.
- the piston 172 is brought to an initial position in which the piston head 174 is spaced from the front wall 186 of the housing 168.
- the housing 168 of the motion damping device 166 is slidably held in the extension direction 130 on the outer rail 116 of the pullout guide 100.
- two guide strips 188 extending in the longitudinal direction of the housing 168 are provided which carry latching tongues 190 at their ends facing away from the housing 168.
- FIG. 1 How best Fig. 1 can be seen extending the guide rails 188 through a guide channel 192 which is formed in one of the rolling element raceways 118 of the outer rail 116 and in the extension direction 130th extends through and are latched by means of the locking tongues 190 on the outer rail 116.
- the guide rails 188 have such an elasticity that they can be pressed against each other during assembly of the movement damping device 166 so that the guide rails 188 can be moved with the locking tongues 190 ahead of the inside of the outer rail 116 through the guide channel 192. After passing through the guide channel 192, the locking tongues 190 move apart again due to the elasticity of the guide rails 188, so that the housing 168 is slidably held on the outer rail 116.
- a stop 194 is provided on the inside of the outer rail 116, which extends transversely to the extension direction 130 in the displacement of the piston 172 of the movement damping device 166 inside.
- the housing 168 is provided on its opposite side of the guide rails 188, approximately midway between the front wall 186 and the rear wall 176 of the housing 168, with a driving projection 196 which transversely protrudes to the insertion direction 128 in the displacement of the inner rail 102.
- the inner rail 102 can thus engage (via its control element 158) on the driving projection 196 in order to move the housing 168 in the insertion direction 128.
- the housing 168 In order to move the housing 168 when pulling the inner rail 102 back to its initial position, the housing 168 is provided at its (seen in the extension direction 130) front end with a driver button 198 which cooperates with a front edge of the control element 158 of the inner rail 102 so in that, when the inner rail 102 is pulled out, the housing 168 is moved back to the initial position of the housing 168.
- the housing 168 of the movement damping device 166 In the in Fig. 11 shown partially extended position of the inner rail 102 is the housing 168 of the movement damping device 166 in its front initial position, in which the guide rails 188 abut the front end of the guide channel 192 of the outer rail 116.
- the piston 172 is in this position in its initial position in which the piston head 174 occupy the maximum distance from the front wall 186 and the rear end 200 of the piston rod 178 the maximum distance from the rear wall 176 of the housing 168.
- the end of the piston rod 200 is spaced from the stop 194 on the outer rail 116 in this initial position.
- the connecting element 142 of the self-closing device 132 is in its front starting position, in which the guide pin 144 is arranged in the latching section 140 of the guide channel 136 and thus the connecting element 142 is locked to the guide plate 134. In this Starting position, the tension coil spring 150 is stretched, thus storing the required for self-closing the inner rail 102 energy.
- control element 158 runs at the end of the inner rail 102 upon reaching the in Fig. 12 illustrated Doubleeinzugsstartwolf against the driving pin 146 of the connecting element 142 which is pressed in continuation of the insertion movement by the transverse to the insertion direction 128 edge of the inlet portion 162 of the control channel 160 in the latching portion 164 of the control channel 160.
- the connecting element 142 is latched via the driving pin 146 located in the latching portion 164 of the control channel 160 with the control element 158 of the inner rail 102, so that the inner rail 102 is pulled by the connecting element 142 back into its insertion position. Together with the inner rail 102 and the middle rail 108 of the pullout guide 100 is pulled into its insertion position relative to the outer rail 116.
- the control element 158 of the inner rail 102 passes the driving button 198 on the housing 168 of the movement damping device 166, to which, however, only a small resistance is overcome, so that the housing 168 is not set in motion yet.
- the inner rail 102 abuts against the stop 202 provided for the inner rail 102, it therefore has only a comparatively low speed, so that it comes to rest with only a slight delay in its inserted position (see FIG Fig. 14 ).
- the piston 172 In this position, the piston 172 is in its final position relative to the housing 168 in which the distance between the piston head 174 and the front wall 186 of the housing 168 is minimal.
- the housing 168 of the movement damping device 166 initially remains in the end position.
- the piston 172 of the movement damping device 166 is also moved back by the restoring force of the compression coil spring 184 from its end position to its initial position until the rear end 200 of the piston rod 178 again the maximum Distance from the rear wall 176 of the housing 168 occupies.
- the control element 158 of the inner rail 102 pushes the driving pin 146 of the connecting element 142 in the latching portion 140 of the guide channel 136, so that the connecting element 142 is again latched to the guide plate 134 in tensioned tension coil spring 150.
- the driver button 198 of the housing 168 and the front edge of the control element 158 are unlocked by overcoming a small detent resistance, so that then the inner rail 102 without the housing 168 and without the connecting element 142nd moved on.
- a subsequent insertion process of the inner rail 102 then runs again as described above.
- the position in which the housing 168 reaches its initial position when the inner rail 102 is extended does not have to coincide with the self-closing start position in which the connecting element 142 of the self-closing device 132 reaches its starting position. Rather, the housing 168 can reach its initial position when pulling out the inner rail 102 before or after the time at which the connecting element 142 reaches its initial position.
- FIG. 17 illustrated second embodiment of an extension guide 100 differs from the first embodiment described above only in that the compression coil spring 184, which biases the piston 172 of the motion damping device 166 relative to the housing 168 in its initial position, not in the interior 170 of the housing 168, but outside the housing 168 is arranged so that it surrounds the outside of the housing 168 lying part of the piston rod 178.
- the compression coil spring 184 is supported on the one hand on the outside of the rear wall 176 of the housing 168 and on the other hand on the front of an end plate 204, which forms the rear end of the piston rod 178 from.
- Fig. 17 a position is shown in which the piston rod 178 rests with the end plate 204 on the stop 194 on the outer rail 116. In this embodiment as well, when the housing 168 is moved back to the initial position, the piston rod 178 can be released from the stop 194.
- FIG. 18 illustrated third embodiment of an extension guide 100 differs from the second embodiment described above in that the motion damping device 166 in this embodiment has no compression coil spring which biases the piston 172 in its initial position.
- a magnetic member 206 is disposed on the end plate 204 of the piston rod 178, which cooperates with the stopper 194 comprising a ferromagnetic material so that the piston 172, when the housing 168 in pulling the inner rail 102 in its Initial position is moved back, initially retained on the stop 194 until the piston 172 has moved back relative to the housing 168 in its initial position.
- the magnetic element 206 disposed on the stop 194 or the stopper 194 itself is formed as a magnetic element and that the piston rod 178 comprises a ferromagnetic material.
- Fig. 18 illustrated third embodiment of an extension guide 100 with respect to structure and function with the first and the second embodiment, the above description of which reference is made.
- FIG. 19 illustrated fourth embodiment of an extension guide 100 differs from the three embodiments described above in that the piston 172 is not displaceable relative to the stopper 194 on the outer rail 116, but instead is fixed to the stop 194.
- the determination of the piston 172 on the stop 194 can be done for example by means of a screw 208, which passes through a through hole 210 in the stopper 194 and is screwed into a threaded blind hole 212 at the end of the piston rod 178.
- the length of the piston 172 and the distance between the initial position and the end position of the housing 168 are coordinated, while in the embodiments described above, the length of the piston 172 (within certain limits) regardless of the distance between the initial position and the end position of the housing 168 can be selected.
- Fig. 19 illustrated fourth embodiment of an extension guide 100 with respect to structure and function with the first to third embodiment, the above description of which reference is made.
