Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stacking device for loads, in particular mattresses, with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • a stacking device for loads, in particular mattresses, with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a device is already known from NL-C-1 005 212.
  • Putting packed mattresses on a pile is a heavy task, which is associated with manual loading with high stress on the back. It is known to combine mattress packaging machines with stacking equipment.
  • the stackers take the flat lying mattress on a lifting table, drive with this an upper edge of a stack vertically and then push the mattress from the lifting table so that it comes to rest on the stack.
  • the lift table is raised by a scissor lift mechanism.
  • Faster stacking machines lift the lift table with ropes or chains.
  • the stackers must be accessible to personnel on the side where the mattresses are stacked to exchange full pallets for empty ones.
  • the problem is the safety aspect. It must be prevented that people get under the lift table and there can be squashed or crushed while driving down the lift table.
  • Shutter-type flexible safety covers known from machine tools are expensive. The stacking surrounding security grille with access lock hinder the stack exchange and are also expensive.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a cost-effective and reliable stacking device for loads, in particular mattresses to create, in which the stacks remain freely accessible.
  • a stacking device for loads in particular for receiving flat lying mattresses from a level and passing the flat lying mattresses to another level, provided with a vertically movable lifting table, which is held on spaced supports.
  • Weights are provided on the supports, which are connected via a chain or Seilhubmechanismus so with the lifting table that the weights pull the lifting table on the supports up, the weights weigh heavier overall than the lifting table plus load.
  • At least one transport belt is provided on the lifting table, which covers the distance between at least two supports and is connected to a drive which pulls the lifting table on the conveyor belt vertically downwards.
  • the stacking device according to the invention advantageously results in the stacking device according to the invention, that its interior is already protected during manufacture by the transport belt from access, so that people can approach the stacking device without danger directly to the conveyor belt and so far no surrounding the stacking safety grating must be retrofitted on site.
  • the Kettenoder Seilhubmechanismus the stacking device according to the invention is constantly stretched in operation; on the one hand from the lifting table and on the other hand by the weights on the supports and thus experiences no load change moments, so that a cause for wear is eliminated.
  • the weights pull the lift table of the stacking device according to the invention upwards and thus away from a possible hazard position until the weights get up on the ground.
  • Compact design of the stacking device according to the invention allows up to a certain working width of its transport in standard containers.
  • the lifting table is substantially rectangular and four supports are provided on each one of the vertices of the lifting table.
  • Supports of the stacking device according to the invention are advantageously in pairs in front of a mattress stack and the transport belt covers a whole side of the lift table between two supports, the side at least equal to the width of the mattress stack, so that the access between the mattress stack and a whole side of the lift table is secured by the conveyor belt ,
  • two conveyor belts are provided on the vertically movable lifting table of the stacking device according to the invention, so that access to two sides of the lifting table is secured.
  • the two conveyor belts are provided opposite to the lifting table for symmetrical drive conditions on stacking device according to the invention.
  • two opposing rollers are preferably provided on the circumference of the vertically movable lifting table for rolling up the conveyor belts.
  • the interior of the stacking device according to the invention is behind the conveyor belts in each height of the stack and at least one mattress width protected.
  • the stack can be formed without dangers causing gap to the stacking device according to the invention, which can support the stack with the conveyor belt running on the roller.
  • the role under the transport belt rolls during operation of the stacking device according to the invention on the mattresses on the adjacent stack constantly up and down and aligns this by being pushed towards the stacking device protruding mattresses when winding and unwinding of the roll on the stack.
  • the weights weigh heavier than the lift table plus a mattress and a person.
  • the elevated tension conveyor belts reliably prevent the penetration of a human body from the side into the conveyor belts under the rollers of the stacker for increased safety.
  • a part of the lifting table surface is pivotable so that a pushed only partially on the lifting table mattress slides by its own weight on this pivoted plate in the lifting table.
  • air exits are preferably arranged in the surface of the pivot plate, which allow the mattress air-cushioned better slide.
  • a horizontally movable push unit for pushing out the mattress from the lifting table of the stacking device according to the invention is provided on the stack above the lifting table.
  • this thrust unit requires that no roller conveyor be used for transport, but a smooth surface of swivel plate and Hubtischrahmen. A hand inserted between rollers of a roller conveyor would be clamped by the pushing unit on the longitudinal beam of the roller conveyor to which the rollers are fastened. On the smooth surface of the swivel plate, the push unit simply slides a person's hand or other body parts off without causing damage.
  • FIG. 1 A stacking device 1 for receiving flat lying mattresses (not shown) from a level for passing the flat lying mattresses on another level with a vertically movable, rectangular lifting table 2 on four supports 3, 4, 5, 6 at the Provided corner points of the lifting table 2.
  • Chains or ropes 7, 8, 9, 10 of a lifting mechanism for the lifting table 2 are about pulleys 11 at each upper edge 12 of the four supports 3, 4, 5, 6 with weights (not shown) in each of the supports 3, 4, 5th , 6 on the one hand and on pulleys 13 in guide elements 14 on the respective lateral edge 15 of the four supports 3, 4, 5, 6 connected to the lifting table 2 on the other hand so that the weights the lifting table 2 also under the load of a mattress relative to the supports , 4, 5, 6 pull up because the weights weigh heavier than the lift table 2 plus the load of a mattress.
  • the supports 3, 4, 5, 6 are held by lower longitudinal struts 16 and cross struts 17 and an upper frame 18, which with Stiffening angles 19 is reinforced. Between the supports 3, 4 a panel of door elements 20 from the bottom to near the upper edge 12 of the supports 3, 4, 5 is provided.
  • a height measuring sensor "x" provided on both sides detects the height of a stack. Tilting of the pivot plate is effected by 2 stoppers 21, characterized in that the pivot point of the pivot plate moves lower than the level of the stopper 21.
  • electrical cables are guided from below to the vertically movable lifting table 2 of the stacking device 1.
  • Opposite conveyor belts 23, 24 are provided on the lifting table 2, each completely covering the distance of at least one mattress width between the two supports 6, 3 and the two supports 4, 5.
  • Deflection shafts 25 and 26 are provided on the end faces of the stacking table and the stacking device 1 below between the two supports 6, 3 and the two supports 4, 5 for deflecting the conveyor belts 23, 24 to drive shafts 27 via a chain or belt drive (not shown ) are connected to an electronic motor drive 28 which rotatably drives the drive shafts 27 for winding the conveyor belts 23, 24 and thus pulls the lift table 2 on the rollers 25 with the conveyor belts 23, 24 vertically downwards.
  • Lifting table 2 is held in a frame of longitudinal beams 29, 30 and transverse bars 31, 32 and has a front plate 33 and a rear plate 35, between which a flat tilting member 36, namely the pivot plate of the lifting table 2 is pivotable about one in the cross beams 31, 32 mounted, to the longitudinal beams 29, 30 parallel axis which is closer to the longitudinal beam 30 than to the longitudinal beam 29.
  • the length of the plane Tilting element 36 substantially corresponds to the distance between the two supports 6, 3 to each other.
  • a horizontally driven push unit 37 is provided, which is movable from the rear plate 35 to the front plate 33.
  • Pusher unit 37 is driven by an electronic motor drive (not shown) via traction elements 39 guided in the longitudinal members 29, 30 of lifting table 2.
  • the thrust unit 37 can only move when the pivot plate is in horizontal position.
  • Supporting elements of the stacking device 1 are made of metal, z. As steel or aluminum and sheet-like elements made of plastic.
  • the conveyor belts 23, 24 are made of textile fabric conveyor belts.
  • Lifting table 2 of the stacking device 1 is before starting operation in its lowest position and the pivot plate is folded up.
  • the electric motor drive 28 drives the drive shafts 27 for unwinding the conveyor belts 23, 24 rotatably and
  • the lifting table 2 is pulled by the action of the weights in the supports 3, 4, 5, 6 upwards until the top of the stack of already stored mattresses is reached.
  • the pivot plate 36 is pivoted with her the mattress packaging machine side facing with the mattress down, so that the lifting table 2 has a continuous smooth surface of the pivot plate 36 and the front and rear plates 33 and 35.
