Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Treibstangenschloss für einen gegen einen Rahmen bewegbaren Flügel mit einem in einem Schlosskasten beweglich angeordneten Riegel, der von einer Treibstange betätigbar ist, wobei der Riegel bei einer Bewegung der Treibstange aus einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der der Riegel mit einem Riegelabschnitt aus dem Schlosskasten herausragt, in eine innerhalb des Schlosskastens befindliche Entriegelungsstellung bewegbar ist, wobei der Riegel aus dem Schlosskasten heraus vorgespannt ist, mit einer Sperreinrichtung zur Halterung des Riegels in der Entriegelungsstellung, und mit einem mit der Sperreinrichtung verbundenen, von der Bewegung des Flügels gegen den Rahmen steuerbaren Taster, wobei die Sperreinrichtung eine zweite Stufe zur Abstützung des Riegels in einer Mittelstellung, in der der Riegel im Wesentlichen nur mit einer an seinem freien Ende angeordneten Anlaufschräge aus dem Schlosskasten herausragt, aufweist und wobei die Sperreinrichtung ein mit dem Riegel verbundenes Steuerteil mit zwei Stufen aufweist.
  • Die EP 0 668 425 A1 offenbart ein Türschloss gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, bei dem ein Riegel über eine Kulissenführung geführt wird. Die Kulissenführung ist geneigt zur Bewegungsrichtung des Riegels angeordnet.
  • Aus der EP 0 798 436 A2 ist eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung bekannt geworden, bei der ein Zusatzschließkasten über eine Treibstange mit einem Hauptschließkasten verbunden ist. Der Zusatzschließkasten hat einen, in Fallenstellung frei zurückschiebbaren Fallenriegel.
  • Die EP 0 411 271 A1 offenbart ein Treibstangenschloss mit einem von einem Zentralschloss gesteuerten Zusatzschloss. Eine Kulissensteuerung für einen Riegel des Treibstangenschlosses ist in unterschiedliche Teilabschnitte unterteilt.
  • Ein Treibstangenschloss ist aus der DE 38 36 693 C2 bekannt. Hierbei ist der Taster mit einem Umschaltglied der Sperreinrichtung verbunden, welches den Riegel in der Entriegelungsstellung hält, wenn der Taster aus dem Schlosskasten herausragt. In dieser Stellung ist der Flügel von dem Rahmen weggeschwenkt. Schwenkt man den Flügel gegen den Rahmen, gelangt der Taster gegen ein Schließblech und wird dabei in den Schlosskasten eingedrückt. Dabei gibt der Taster die Bewegung des Umschaltgliedes frei, wodurch der Riegel von der Kraft des Federelementes aus dem Schlosskasten heraus in die Verriegelungsstellung gedrückt wird. Zur Bewegung des Riegels wieder in den Schlosskasten zurück zur Öffnung des Flügels wird der Treibstangenbeschlag angetrieben. Dieses Treibstangenschloss wird bei jedem Schwenken des Flügels gegen den Rahmen in die Verriegelungsstellung gebracht.
  • Nachteilig bei diesem Treibstangenschloss ist, dass auch bei einem kurzzeitigen Schwenken des Flügels gegen den Rahmen und anschließendem Entfernen des Flügels der Taster die Sperreinrichtung auslöst und der Riegel in die Verriegelungsstellung bewegt wird. Dies führt dazu, dass der Riegel bei von dem Rahmen entferntem Flügel in der Verriegelungsstellung verharrt. Ein anschließendes erneutes Schwenken des Flügels gegen den Rahmen führt zu einer Beschädigung des Riegels und einem diesem gegenüberstehenden Schließblech.
  • Aus der EP 0 942 135 A1 ist ein Treibstangenschloss bekannt geworden, bei dem der Riegel als Fallenriegel ausgebildet ist und eine zwischen der Entriegelungsstellung und der Verriegelungsstellung angeordnete Fallenstellung aufweist. Der Taster ist in dem Fallenriegel angeordnet und wird von der Bewegung des Fallenriegels gesteuert. Nachteilig ist auch bei diesem Treibstangenschloss, dass bereits ein kurzzeitiges Bewegen des Flügels gegen den Rahmen den Fallenriegel geringfügig zurück drückt und hierdurch die Sperreinrichtung ausgelöst wird. Damit kann auch hier der Riegel bei von dem Rahmen entferntem Flügel in die Verriegelungsstellung bewegt werden, was bei erneutem Schließen des Flügels zu Beschädigungen führt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, ein Treibstangenschloss der eingangs genannten Art so weiterzubilden, dass eine Bewegung des Riegels in die Verriegelungsstellung bei nur kurzzeitigem Schwenken des Flügels gegen den Rahmen weitgehend vermieden wird, und wobei die Fertigungskosten des Treibstangenschlosses verringert werden können.
  • Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass eine Anlage des Steuerteils mit der ersten Stufe an einem Sperrelement der Entriegelungsstellung entspricht und mit der zweiten Stufe der Mittelstellung entspricht und dass das Sperrelement einstückig mit dem Taster gefertigt ist.
  • Durch diese Gestaltung wird der Riegel von der Sperreinrichtung an der zweiten Stufe gefangen werden, wenn der Taster nur kurzzeitig oder nur um einen kleinen Weg bei in Entriegelungsstellung befindlichem Riegel betätigt wird. In dieser zweiten Stufe steht der Riegel jedoch nur mit seiner Anlaufschräge dem Schließblech gegenüber. Erst wenn man den Taster weit genug in den Schlosskasten hineindrückt, kann die zweite Stufe überwunden werden und der Riegel gelangt in die Verriegelungsstellung. Bewegt man den Flügel nur kurzzeitig gegen den Rahmen und zieht den Flügel anschließend wieder von dem Rahmen weg, wird dank der Erfindung der Taster nur kurzzeitig oder um einen kleinen Weg bewegt und damit der Riegel in der zweiten Stufe der Sperreinrichtung gefangen. Der in der zweiten Stufe der Sperreinrichtung gehaltene Riegel lässt sich beim Schwenken des Flügels gegen den Rahmen ähnlich wie eine Falle wieder in den Schlosskasten zurückdrücken und verbleibt dort. Damit wird eine Bewegung des Riegels in die Verriegelungsstellung bei nur kurzzeitigem Schwenken des Flügels gegen den Rahmen vermieden. Die Halterung des Riegels in der Mittelstellung und in der Entriegelungsstellung erfordert einen besonders geringen baulichen Aufwand, wenn die Sperreinrichtung ein mit dem Riegel verbundenes Steuerteil mit zwei Stufen aufweist und wenn eine Anlage des Steuerteils mit der ersten Stufe an einem Sperrelement der Entriegelungsstellung entspricht und mit der zweiten Stufe der Mittelstellung entspricht. Zur Verringerung der Fertigungskosten des erfindungsgemäßen Treibstangenschlosses trägt es bei, wenn das Sperrelement einstückig mit dem Taster gefertigt ist.
  • Der Weg, den der Taster in den Schlosskasten hineingedrückt werden muss, um die Bewegung des Riegels in die Verriegelungsstellung zu ermöglichen, lässt sich gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung einfach festlegen, wenn die zweite Stufe als an dem Steuerteil angeordneter Absatz ausgebildet ist und wenn der Absatz in die Bewegungsrichtung des Sperrelementes bei einer Bewegung des Tasters in den Schlosskasten hinein weist. Die Abmessungen des Absatzes sind damit ein Maß für die erforderliche Bewegung des Tasters.
  • Bei einem kurzzeitigen Schließen und anschließenden Öffnen des Flügels lässt sich der sich aus dem Schlosskasten herausbewegende Riegel gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung besonders frühzeitig fangen, wenn das Steuerteil zwischen den beiden Stufen eine mit zumindest einem Vorsprung des Sperrelementes zusammenwirkende Verzahnung aufweist.
  • Das Treibstangenschloss gestaltet sich konstruktiv besonders einfach, wenn das Steuerteil und der Riegel eine gemeinsame Lagerung aufweisen.
  • Die Steuerung der Bewegung des Riegels erfordert gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung einen besonders geringen baulichen Aufwand, wenn der formschlüssig mit der Treibstange verbundene Schieber eine hervorstehende Schulter und der Riegel einen hervorstehenden, in den Bewegungsbereich der Schulter eindringenden Steuerzapfen aufweist.
  • Der Riegel könnte beispielsweise einstückig mit dem Steuerteil gefertigt sein. Da der Riegel meist jedoch sehr massiv ausgebildet ist, um hohe, auf den Flügel einwirkende Kräfte abzustützen, erfordert das Steuerteil jedoch nur sehr kleine Abmessungen. Eine Beschädigung des Steuerteils bei der Fertigung oder der Montage des Riegels lässt sich gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung einfach vermeiden, wenn das Steuerteil auf dem Riegel befestigt ist.
  • Die Führung des Schiebers in dem Schlosskasten erfordert gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung besonders wenige Bauteile, wenn der Schieber eine längliche Ausnehmung an der Lagerung des Riegels hat. Dies trägt zur weiteren Verringerung der Fertigungskosten des Treibstangenschlosses bei.
  • Eine Auslösung der Sperreinrichtung ausschließlich bei zuverlässig im Rahmen liegendem Flügel lässt sich gemäß einer anderen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung einfach sicherstellen, wenn der Taster in Bewegungsrichtung des Flügels auf den Rahmen vor dem Riegel angeordnet ist.

    stark vergrößert eine Einzelzeit Va des Treibstangenschlosses aus Figur 5.
  • Figur 1 zeigt ein Treibstangenschloss 1 zur Verriegelung eines Flügels 2 in einem Rahmen 3 mit einer Treibstange 4. Die Treibstange 4 lässt sich in ihrer Längsrichtung mittels eines schematisch dargestellten Hauptschlosses 5 und/oder eines elektromotorischen Antriebs 6 verschieben. Der Flügel 2 ist gegen einen Rahmen 3 schwenkbar gelagert und befindet sich in einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der der Flügel 2 in dem Rahmen 3 verriegelt ist. In dieser Verriegelungsstellung dringt ein in dem Treibstangenschloss 1 schwenkbar gelagerter Riegel 7 in eine Ausnehmung 8 eines an dem Rahmen 3 befestigten Schließblechs 9 ein. Der Riegel 7 weist einen Riegelabschnitt 10 und eine sich daran anschließende Anlaufschräge 11 auf. Die Treibstange 4 ist unter einer an dem Flügel 2 befestigten Stulpe 12 eines Schlosskastens 13 angeordnet. Die Stulpe 12 weist zwei Ausnehmungen 14, 15 auf, durch die der Riegel 7 und ein Taster 16 des Treibstangenschlosses 1 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 herausgeführt werden. Der Riegel 7 hat eine Lagerung 17 in dem Schlosskasten 13 und trägt einen in eine Ausnehmung 18 eines Schiebers 19 eindringenden Steuerzapfen 20. Der Steuerzapfen 20 steht einer Schulter 21 der Ausnehmung 18 gegenüber. Der Schieber 19 ist formschlüssig mit der Treibstange 4 verbunden. Der Riegel 7 und der Taster 16 sind jeweils von Federelementen 22, 23 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 heraus vorgespannt.
  • Der Taster 16 steht mit einer Sperreinrichtung 24 in Wirkverbindung. Hierfür ist der Taster 16 einstückig mit einem Sperrelement 25 gefertigt. Auf dem Riegel 7 ist ein Steuerteil 26 der Sperreinrichtung 24 befestigt. In seiner aus dem Schlosskasten 13 herausragenden Stellung liegt hinter dem Riegel 7 ein Blockierelement 27 auf dem Schieber 19 auf. Das Blockierelement 27 hat eine Lagerung 28 in dem Schlosskasten 13. Eine an dem Schlosskasten 13 angeordnete, längliche Ausnehmung 29 dient zur Führung eines mit dem Schieber verbundenen Zapfens 30. Der Schieber 19 weist zudem im Bereich der Lagerung 17 des Riegels 7 eine Ausnehmung 31 als zweite Führung auf.
  • Die Sperreinrichtung 24 hat zwei auf einem das Sperrelement 25 übergreifenden Arm 34 des Steuerteils 26 angeordnete Stufen 32, 33. Eine erste Stufe 32 wird von dem freien Ende des Steuerteils 26 gebildet, während die zweite Stufe 33 als Absatz ausgebildet ist. Zwischen den Stufen 32, 33 hat das Steuerteil 26 eine Verzahnung 35. Das Sperrelement 25 hat einen in Richtung des Steuerteils 26 weisenden Vorsprung 36. In der dargestellten Stellung ist der Taster 16 von dem Schließblech 9 in den Schlosskasten 13 eingedrückt.
  • Figur 2 zeigt das Treibstangenschloss 1 in einer Entriegelungsstellung bei von dem Rahmen 3 weggeschwenktem Flügel 2, in der der Riegel 7 in dem Schlosskasten 13 gehalten ist. In dieser Stellung lässt sich der Flügel 2 von dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Rahmen 3 entfernen. Bei der Entfernung wird der Taster 16 von der Kraft des Federelementes 23 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 herausgedrückt und gleichzeitig das Sperrelement 25 in den Bewegungsbereich der ersten Stufe 32 des Steuerteils 26 bewegt. Damit stützt sich der Riegel 7 über die erste Stufe 32 des Steuerteils 26 an dem Sperrelement 25 ab.
  • Bewegt man ausgehend von der Entriegelungsstellung aus Figur 2 den Flügel 2 gegen den Rahmen 3, wird der Taster 16 von dem Schließblech 9 in den Schlosskasten 13 gedrückt. Dabei gelangt das Sperrelement 25 aus dem Bewegungsbereich des Steuerteils 26 heraus. Diese Stellung ist in Figur 3 dargestellt. Der Riegel 7 wird von der Kraft des Federelementes 22 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 heraus vorgespannt. Da sich der Riegel 7 in der dargestellten Stellung noch nicht auf der Höhe der in dem Schließblech 9 angeordneten Ausnehmung 8 befindet, stößt der Riegel 7 an dem Schließblech 9 vor der Ausnehmung 8 an. Wird der Flügel 2 weiter in den Rahmen 3 gedrückt, bis der Riegel 7 in die Ausnehmung 8 des Schließblechs 9 eindringen kann, wird die in Figur 1 dargestellte Stellung erreicht.
  • Figur 4 zeigt das Treibstangenschloss 1 aus Figur 1 während des Entriegelungsvorganges und Wegbewegens des Flügels 2 von dem Rahmen 3. Hierbei ist zu erkennen, dass der Schieber 19 zunächst das Blockierelement 27 aus dem Bewegungsbereich des Riegels 7 herausgedrückt hat. Weiterhin hat die Schulter 21 der Ausnehmung 18 des Schiebers 19 den auf dem Riegel 7 befestigten Steuerzapfen 20 verschwenkt und damit den Riegel 7 in den Schlosskasten 13 zurückgezogen. Hierbei ist der Arm 34 des Steuerteils 26 vollständig aus dem Bewegungsbereich des Sperrelementes 25 herausbewegt und die Bewegung des Tasters 16 freigegeben. Das Federelement 23 drückt den Taster 16 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 heraus.
  • Wenn man ausgehend von der in Figur 3 dargestellten Stellung des Treibstangenschlosses 1 den Flügel 2 von dem Rahmen 3 wegzieht, und damit nachdem der Taster 16 die Sperreinrichtung 24 angesteuert hat, gelangt der Taster 16 wieder durch die Kraft seines Federelementes 23 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 heraus. Dabei gelangt das Sperrelement 25 spätestens gegen die zweite Stufe 33 des Steuerteils 26, und der Riegel 7 ragt ausschließlich mit seiner Anlaufschräge 11 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 heraus. Diese Stellung ist in Figur 5 dargestellt.
  • Die in Figur 5 dargestellte Stellung des Treibstangenschlosses 1 wird ebenfalls von der in Figur 4 dargestellten Stellung erreicht, wenn der Riegel 7 beim Entriegeln des Treibstangenschlosses 1 nur soweit zurückgeschwenkt wird, dass der Flügel 2 gerade eben von dem Rahmen 3 entfernt werden kann. Bei einer derartig geringen Rückschwenkung des Flügels 7 vermag das Sperrelement 25 nicht das Steuerteil 26 an der ersten Stufe 32 zu halten. Im ungünstigsten Fall wird der Riegel 7 spätestens jedoch an der zweiten Stufe 33 gefangen und damit gewährleistet, dass er ausschließlich mit der Anlaufschräge 11 aus dem Schlosskasten 13 herausragt. Der Riegelabschnitt 10 des Riegels 7 verbleibt damit innerhalb des Schlosskastens 13.
  • In der in Figur 5 dargestellten Stellung liegt das Blokkierelement 27 auf dem Riegel 7 auf und vermag daher dessen Bewegung nicht zu blockieren. Beim Bewegen des Flügels 2 gegen den Rahmen 3 des in der in Figur 5 dargestellten Stellung des Treibstangenbeschlages 1 lässt sich der Riegel 7 analog einer allgemein bekannten Falle in den Schlosskasten 13 zurückdrücken. Eine Beschädigung des Treibstangenschlosses 1 oder des Schließblechs 9 durch einen unzureichenden Öffnungs- oder Schließvorgang wird daher vermieden.
  • Figur 5a zeigt eine Einzelheit Va aus Figur 5. Hierbei ist die zwischen den beiden Stufen 32, 33 auf dem Steuerteil 26 angeordnete Verzahnung 35 und der mit der Verzahnung 35 zusammenwirkende Vorsprung 36 des Sperrelements 25 stark vergrößert dargestellt. Die Verzahnung 35 ermöglicht es, den in den Figuren 1 bis 5 dargestellten Riegel 7 bei unzureichendem Öffnungs- oder Schließvorgang noch vor dem Erreichen der zweiten Stufe 33 der Sperreinrichtung 24 zu fangen.

Claims (8)

  1. Treibstangenschloss (1) für einen gegen einen Rahmen (3) bewegbaren Flügel (2) mit einem in einem Schlosskasten (13) beweglich angeordneten Riegel (7), der von einer Treibstange (4) betätigbar ist, wobei der Riegel (7) bei einer Bewegung der Treibstange (4) aus einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der der Riegel (7) mit einem Riegelabschnitt aus dem Schlosskasten (13) herausragt, in eine innerhalb des Schlosskastens (13) befindliche Entriegelungsstellung bewegbar ist, wobei der Riegel (7) aus dem Schlosskasten (13) heraus vorgespannt ist, mit einer eine erste Stufe (32) aufweisenden Sperreinrichtung (24) zur Halterung des Riegels (7) in der Entriegelungsstellung, und mit einem mit der Sperreinrichtung (24) verbundenen, von der Bewegung des Flügels (2) gegen den Rahmen (3) steuerbaren Taster (16), wobei die Sperreinrichtung (24) eine zweite Stufe (33) zur Abstützung des Riegels (7) in einer Mittelstellung, in der der Riegel (7) im Wesentlichen nur mit einer an seinem freien Ende angeordneten Anlaufschräge (11) aus dem Schlosskasten (13) herausragt, aufweist und wobei die Sperreinrichtung (24) ein mit dem Riegel (7) verbundenes Steuerteil (26) mit den zwei Stufen (32, 33) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anlage des Steuerteils (26) mit der ersten Stufe (32) an einem Sperrelement (25) der Entriegelungsstellung entspricht und eine Anlage des Steuerteils (26) mit der zweiten Stufe (33) an dem Sperrelement (25) der Mittelstellung entspricht und dass das Sperrelement (25) einstückig mit dem Taster (16) gefertigt ist.
  2. Treibstangenschloss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Stufe (33) als an dem Steuerteil (26) angeordneter Absatz ausgebildet ist und dass der Absatz in die Bewegungsrichtung des Sperrelementes (25) bei einer Bewegung des Tasters (16) in den Schlosskasten (13) hinein weist.
  3. Treibstangenschloss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil (26) zwischen den beiden Stufen (32, 33) eine mit zumindest einem Vorsprung (36) des Sperrelements (25) zusammenwirkende Verzahnung (35) aufweist.
  4. Treibstangenschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil (26) und der Riegel (7) eine gemeinsame Lagerung (17) aufweisen.
  5. Treibstangenschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein formschlüssig mit der Treibstange (4) verbundener Schieber (19) eine hervorstehende Schulter (21) und der Riegel (7) einen hervorstehenden, in den Bewegungsbereich der Schulter (21) eindringenden Steuerzapfen (20) aufweist.
  6. Treibstangenschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil (26) auf dem Riegel (7) befestigt ist.
  7. Treibstangenschloss nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (19) eine längliche Ausnehmung (31) an der Lagerung (17) des Riegels (7) hat.
  8. Treibstangenschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taster (16) in Bewegungsrichtung des Flügels (2) auf den Rahmen (3) vor dem Riegel (7) angeordnet ist.
