Definitions

  • the invention relates to a drive rod lock for a movable against a frame wings with a movably arranged in a lock case latch which is actuated by a drive rod, wherein the latch upon movement of the drive rod from a locking position in which the latch with a latch portion of the lock case protrudes into an unlocking position located within the lock case is movable, the bolt is biased out of the lock case, with a locking device for holding the bolt in the unlocked position, and connected to the locking device, controlled by the movement of the wing against the frame Button, wherein the locking device has a second stage for supporting the bolt in a middle position in which the bolt protrudes substantially only with a arranged at its free end run-off from the lock case, and wherein the locking device with the Ri egel connected control part having two stages.
  • the EP 0 668 425 A1 discloses a door lock according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein a bolt is guided over a slotted guide.
  • the slotted guide is arranged inclined to the direction of movement of the bolt.
  • the EP 0 411 271 A1 discloses a espagnolette lock with an additional lock controlled by a central lock.
  • a link control for a bolt of the espagnolette lock is divided into different sections.
  • a espagnolette is from the DE 38 36 693 C2 known.
  • the button is connected to a switching element of the locking device, which holds the latch in the unlocked position when the button protrudes from the lock case. In this position, the wing is pivoted away from the frame. If you swing the sash against the frame, the button comes against a strike plate and is thereby pressed into the lock case. In this case, the push button releases the movement of the switching member, whereby the bolt is pressed by the force of the spring element out of the lock case in the locking position. To move the bolt back into the lock case back to the opening of the wing of the espagnolette fitting is driven. This espagnolette is brought into the locking position with each pivoting of the wing against the frame.
  • a disadvantage of this espagnolette lock is that even with a momentary pivoting of the wing against the frame and subsequent removal of the wing of the button, the locking device triggers and the latch is moved to the locked position. This leads to the bolt remains in the locking position when the frame is removed from the frame. A subsequent re-pivoting of the wing against the frame leads to damage of the bolt and this opposite strike plate.
  • a drive rod lock has become known in which the bolt is designed as a latch bolt and has a arranged between the unlocked position and the locking position latch position.
  • the button is located in the latch bolt and is controlled by the movement of the latch bolt.
  • a disadvantage is also in this espagnolette lock that even a momentary movement of the wing against the frame pushes the latch bolt slightly back and thereby the locking device is triggered.
  • the bolt can be moved in the case of the wing remote from the frame in the locking position, which leads to damage when re-closing the wing.
  • the invention is based on the problem, a drive rod lock of the type mentioned in such a way that a movement of the bolt is largely avoided in the locking position with only momentary pivoting of the wing against the frame, and wherein the manufacturing cost of the espagnolette lock can be reduced.
  • a system of the control part with the first stage corresponds to a blocking element of the unlocked position and corresponds to the second stage of the center position and that the blocking element is made in one piece with the button.
  • the latch will be caught by the locking device at the second stage when the Button is only briefly or only a small way when befindlichem in unlocking position latch is pressed.
  • the bolt is facing the strike plate only with its run-on slope. Only when you press the button far enough into the lock case, the second stage can be overcome and the latch reaches the locking position. Moving the wing only briefly against the frame and then pulls the wing again away from the frame, thanks to the invention, the button is only briefly or moved a small way and thus caught the bolt in the second stage of the locking device.
  • the held in the second stage of the locking device latch can be pressed back when pivoting the wing against the frame like a trap back into the lock case and remains there.
  • the holder of the bolt in the center position and in the unlocking requires a particularly low structural complexity when the locking device has a connected to the bolt control part with two stages and when a system of the control part with the first stage corresponds to a blocking element of the unlocked position and with the second level corresponds to the middle position.
  • the way in which the button must be pressed into the lock case to allow the movement of the bolt in the locked position can be easily determined according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the second stage than at the control part arranged paragraph is formed and when the paragraph points in the direction of movement of the locking element in a movement of the button in the lock case inside.
  • the dimensions of the heel are thus a measure of the required movement of the probe.
  • the bolt moving out of the lock case can catch particularly early, when the control part between the two stages has a cooperating with at least one projection of the locking element toothing.
  • the espagnolette lock is structurally particularly simple if the control part and the latch have a common storage.
  • the control of the movement of the bolt requires according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, a particularly low construction cost when the positively connected to the drive rod slider has a protruding shoulder and the bolt has a protruding, penetrating into the range of motion of the shoulder control pin.
  • the bolt could for example be made in one piece with the control part.
  • the control part since the bolt is usually very solid designed to support high, acting on the wing forces, the control part requires only very small dimensions. Damage to the control part in the manufacture or assembly of the bolt can be according to another advantageous development simply avoid the invention when the control part is mounted on the latch.
  • a triggering of the locking device only with reliably lying in the frame wing can be easily ensured according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the button is arranged in the direction of movement of the wing on the frame in front of the bolt.
  • FIG. 1 shows a drive rod lock 1 for locking a wing 2 in a frame 3 with a drive rod 4.
  • the drive rod 4 can be moved in its longitudinal direction by means of a main lock 5 and / or an electric motor drive 6 shown schematically.
  • the wing 2 is pivotally mounted against a frame 3 and is in a locking position in which the wing 2 is locked in the frame 3. In this locking position penetrates a pivotally mounted in the espagnolette lock 1 latch 7 in a recess 8 of a fastened to the frame 3 closing plate 9 a.
  • the latch 7 has a latch portion 10 and a adjoining run-on slope 11.
  • the drive rod 4 is arranged under a cuff 12 attached to the wing 2 of a lock case 13.
  • the cuff 12 has two recesses 14, 15, through which the latch 7 and a button 16 of the espagnolette lock 1 are led out of the lock case 13.
  • the bolt 7 has a bearing 17 in the lock case 13 and carries a penetrating into a recess 18 of a slider 19 control pin 20.
  • the control pin 20 is opposite to a shoulder 21 of the recess 18.
  • the slider 19 is positively connected to the drive rod 4.
  • the latch 7 and the button 16 are each biased by spring elements 22, 23 out of the lock case 13 out.
  • the button 16 is connected to a locking device 24 in operative connection.
  • the button 16 is made in one piece with a blocking element 25.
  • In his protruding from the lock case 13 position is behind the latch 7, a blocking element 27 on the slider 19.
  • the locking element 27 has a bearing 28 in the lock case 13.
  • An arranged on the lock case 13, elongated recess 29 serves to guide a pin connected to the slide 30.
  • the slider 19 also has in the storage 17 of the bolt 7 a recess 31 as second lead up.
  • the blocking device 24 has two steps 32, 33 arranged on an arm 34 of the control part 26 that overlaps the blocking element 25.
  • a first step 32 is formed by the free end of the control part 26, while the second step 33 is designed as a step. Between the steps 32, 33, the control part 26 has a toothing 35.
  • the blocking element 25 has one in the direction of the control part 26 pointing projection 36. In the illustrated position, the button 16 is pressed by the strike plate 9 in the lock case 13.
