Claims (11)
- Treibstangenschloss für einen gegen einen Rahmen bewegbaren Flügel mit einem in einem Schlosskasten beweglich angeordneten Fallenriegel, mit einem den Fallenriegel mit einer Treibstange koppelnden Schieber, wobei der Fallenriegel bei einer Bewegung der Treibstange aus einer Riegelstellung, in der der Fallenriegel mit einer Anlaufschräge und einem daran angrenzenden Riegelabschnitt aus dem Schlosskasten herausragt, in eine innerhalb des Schlosskastens befindliche Entriegelungsstellung bewegbar ist, mit einem Federelement zur Vorspannung des Fallenriegels aus dem Schlosskasten heraus, mit einem Sperrelement zur Abstützung des Fallenriegels in eine Fallenstellung, in der der Fallenriegel im Wesentlichen nur mit der Anlaufschräge aus dem Schlosskasten herausragt, wobei das Sperrelement bei einer Bewegung des Flügels in den Rahmen zur Freigabe der Bewegung des Fallenriegels aus der Fallenstellung in die Riegelstellung bewegbar gehalten ist, und mit einem mit dem Sperrelement verbundenen, von der Bewegung des Flügels gegen den Rahmen steuerbaren Taster, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fallenriegel (11) in dem Schlosskasten (8) schwenkbar gelagert ist und einen Stützarm (19) hat, dass der Taster (12) unabhängig von der Bewegung des Fallenriegels (11) aus dem Schlosskasten (8) heraus vorgespannt ist und bei einer Bewegung des Flügels (1) gegen den Rahmen (6) in den Schlosskasten (8) eindrückbar geführt ist und dass das Sperrelement (18) bei aus dem Schlosskasten (8) herausragendem Taster (12) den Stützarm (19) des in Fallenstellung befindlichen Fallenriegels (11) abstützt und die Bewegung des Stützarmes (19) in der in den Schlosskasten (8) eingedrückten Stellung des Tasters (12) freigibt.
- Treibstangenschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein den Fallenriegel (11) in Riegelstellung abstützendes Blockierelement (21) von dem Schieber (16) ansteuerbar ist.
- Treibstangenschloss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Taster (12) in der vorgesehenen Schließrichtung des Flügels (1) gegen dem Rahmen (6) gegenüber dem Fallenriegel (11) versetzt ist, so dass bei der Bewegung des Flügels (1) gegen den Rahmen (6) zuerst der Fallenriegel (11) und erst danach der Taster (12) mit einem gegenüberstehenden Bauteil in Kontakt kommt.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (16) an seinem mit dem Fallenriegel (11) in Eingriff stehenden Bereich einen Freibereich (30) aufweist.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlosskasten (8) zwei Ausnehmungen (9, 10) aufweist, wobei der Fallenriegel (11) durch eine der Ausnehmungen (9) und der Taster (12) durch die andere der Ausnehmungen (10) geführt ist.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierelement (21) als ebenes, in dem Schlosskasten (8) schwenkbar gelagertes Blechteil ausgebildet ist.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierelement (21) Wandungen des Schlosskastens (8) durchdringende Vorsprünge aufweist.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierelement (21) mit einem Ende eine Lagerung in dem Schlosskasten (8) und mit seinem anderen Ende den Fallenriegel (11) in Riegelstellung abstützt und in der vorgesehenen Einbaulage waagerecht in dem Schlosskasten (8) angeordnet ist und in Endriegelstellung und in Fallenstellung durch Schwerkraft lose auf dem Fallenriegel (11) aufliegt.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (18) einstückig mit dem Taster (12) gefertigt ist.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Federelement (20) den Taster (12) in die aus dem Schlosskasten (8) herausragende Stellung vorspannt.
- Treibstangenschloss nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Federelement (17) unmittelbar den Fallenriegel (11) aus dem Schlosskasten (8) heraus vorspannt.
