Claims (10)

  1. Einsatz (60), der in einen Trockner (10) mit Auflagen (28) eingesetzt werden kann, um den Trockner mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu waschen, wobei der Einsatz (60) eine Kopplung (62) zum Zuführen von Flüssigkeit, einen Verteilerkanal (64), der von der Kopplung (62) versorgt wird, und eine Mehrzahl von Kanälen (66) zum Zuführen von Flüssigkeit umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen quer vom Verteilerkanal (64) erstrecken und die jeweiligen Sprühköpfe (68) für die Flüssigkeit an ihren Enden tragen, wobei der Einsatz dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Kopplung (62) zum Zuführen im Wesentlichen quer zum Verteilerkanal (64) ausgerichtet und im mittleren Abschnitt davon angeordnet ist, auf der von den Kanälen (66) zum Zuführen entfernten Seite.
  2. Einsatz (60) nach Anspruch 1, worin die Kanäle (66) zum Zuführen gleichmäßig beabstandet sind.
  3. Trockner (10) mit Auflagen (28), worin ein Einsatz (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 2 eingesetzt werden kann, wobei der Trockner umfasst:
    - ein Gehäuse (12), das eine Trocknungskammer (14) in ihrem Inneren bildet, wobei das Gehäuse (12) eine Tür (16) mit einer ersten Öffnung (18) zum Einsetzen der Zufuhrkopplung (62) des Einsatzes (60) und eine zweite Öffnung (20) zum Ableiten der Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus der Kammer (14) umfasst,
    - eine Auflageneinheit (26), die in der Kammer (14) angeordnet ist und eine Mehrzahl von Auflagen (28) umfasst, und
    - einen fest an der Auflageneinheit (26) befestigen Kreislauf zum Durchführen eines Fluides zum Aufheizen der Auflagen (28), wobei der Kreislauf einen Einlasskanal (32) und einen Auslasskanal (30) aufweist, die sich durch jeweilige Öffnungen (34) erstrecken, die durch eine befestigte Wand des Gehäuses (12) gebildet sind und mit den jeweiligen Zufuhr- und Ableitungsrohren (40, 38) für das Heizfluid verbunden werden können.
  4. Trockner (10) nach Anspruch 3, worin jeder der Einlass- und Auslasskanäle (32, 30) einen radial vorstehenden Flansch (46) und einen Abschnitt mit einer gewundenen äußeren Seitenfläche (48) aufweist, mit welchen in eine Ringmutter (50) mit einem inneren Gewindeloch eingegriffen wird, wobei der Flansch (46) und die Ringmutter (50) in der Lage sind, zwischen ihnen einen radial vorstehenden ringförmigen Abschnitt der Kante der jeweiligen Öffnung (34) einzuklemmen.
  5. Trockner (10) nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, worin jede der Öffnungen (34) mit Mittel versehen ist, die selektiv einen abdichtbaren Zwischenraum (70) zwischen der äußeren Umgebung (52) und der Kammer (14) definieren.
  6. Trockner (10) nach Anspruch 5, worin die selektiven abdichtenden Mittel die Form einer Abdeckung (72) annehmen, die selektiv an einer Buchse (74) befestigt werden können, die fest an der Öffnung (34) befestigt ist, wobei die Abdeckung (72) mit einem Zufuhrkanal (80) und einem Ableitungskanal (82) für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit versehen ist.
  7. Trockner (10) nach Anspruch 6, worin die Zufuhr- und Ableitungskanäle (80, 82) mit jeweiligen An-/Aus-Ventilen (84) versehen sind.
  8. Trockner (10) nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, worin die gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen der Abdeckung (72) und der Buchse (74) jeweilige Flansche (76, 78) aufweisen, die gekoppelt werden können.
  9. Verfahren zum Waschen eines Trockners (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 8 mit einem Einsatz (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 2, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Öffnen der Tür (16) des Gehäuses (12), Einsetzen der Zufuhrkopplung (62) des Einsatzes (60) in der ersten Öffnung (18) der Tür (16) und Schließen der Tür (16),
    - Verbinden eines Zufuhrrohrs (56) einer Druckhaltervorrichtung (54) des Behälters für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit und der Zuführkopplung (62) und eines Rückführrohrs (58) der Vorrichtung (54) mit der zweiten Öffnung (20) der Tür (16), so dass die Zufuhrkanäle (66) des Einsatzes (60) zwischen den Auflagen (28) des Trockners (10) angeordnet sind,
    - Bewirken, dass die Reinigungsflüssigkeit in die Kammer (14) durch die Sprühköpfe (68) zugeführt wird, wobei die Reinigungsflüssigkeit dann von der Kammer (14) durch die zweite Öffnung (20) abgeleitet und in die Druckhaltervorrichtung (54) für den Behälter zurückgeführt wird,
    - Lösen des Zufuhrrohrs (56) von der Druckhaltervorrichtung (54) für den Behälter für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit von der Zufuhrkopplung (62) und des Rückführrohrs (58) der Vorrichtung (54) von der zweiten Öffnung (20) der Tür (16) des Gehäuses (12), und
    - Entfernen des Einsatzes (60) aus dem Inneren der Kammer (14).
  10. Verfahren zum Waschen eines Trockners (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 8 mit einem Einsatz (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 2, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Lösen des Einlasskanals (32) und des Auslasskanals (30) des Heizkreislaufs von den jeweiligen Zufuhr- und Ableitungsrohren (40, 38) für das Heizfluid,
    - Abdichten der Zwischenräume (70), die zwischen der äußeren Umgebung (52) und der Kammer (14) angeordnet sind, in der Region der in einer befestigten Wand des Gehäuses (12) gebildeten Öffnungen (34),
    - Waschen der Zwischenräume (70) mit der Reinigungsflüssigkeit,
    - Öffnen der Tür des Gehäuses (16) und Entfernen der Auflageeinheit (26) von der Kammer (14), wobei die gewaschenen Zwischenräume (70) mit der Kammer (14) in Kommunikation gebracht werden,
    - Waschen der Auflageeinheit (26) außerhalb der Kammer (14),
    - Einsetzen der Zufuhrkopplung (62) des Einsatzes (60) in die erste Öffnung (18) der Tür (16) des Gehäuses (12) und Schließen der Tür (16) des Gehäuses (12),
    - Verbinden des Zufuhrrohrs (56) der Druckhaltervorrichtung (54) für den Behälter mit der Zufuhrkopplung (62) und des Rückführrohrs (58) der Vorrichtung (54) mit der zweiten Öffnung (20) der Tür (16) des Gehäuses (12),
    - Bewirken, dass die Reinigungsflüssigkeit in die Kammer (14) durch die Sprühköpfe (68) zugeführt wird, wobei die Reinigungsflüssigkeit durch die zweite Öffnung (20) abgeleitet und in die Druckhaltervorrichtung (54) für den Behälter zurückgeführt wird,
    - Lösen des Zufuhrrohrs (56) von der Druckhaltervorrichtung (54) für den Behälter für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit von der Zufuhrkopplung (62) und des Rückführrohrs (58) der Vorrichtung (54) von der zweiten Öffnung (20) der Tür (16) des Gehäuses (12),
    - Öffnen der Tür (16) des Gehäuses (12) und Entfernen des Einsatzes (60) aus dem Inneren der Kammer (14),
    - erneutes Einsetzen der Auflageeinheit (26) in die Kammer (14) und Schließen der Tür (16),
    - Entfernen der Abdichtung der Zwischenräume (70) in Bezug auf die äußere Umgebung (52) und
    - Verbinden der Einlass- und Auslasskanäle (32 und 30) des Heizkreislaufs mit den jeweiligen Zufuhr- und Ableitungsrohren (40, 38) für das Heizfluid.
