与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,具备以下有益效果:
1、该一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,通过设置清洗装置和传送装置,采用双轴驱动电机带动滤筒转动,使得滤筒内的根茎类农产品处于始终翻滚状态,配合喷头出喷的高压水柱或水雾可对滤筒内的农产品进行清洗去污泥,实现自动化清洗,既省人力又快捷,同时通过螺杆将滤筒内的农产品传送至传送带上,将清洗后的农产品传送至设备外部,可实现连续清洗工作。
2、该一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,通过设置污水处理装置,将槽架中的水与污泥排入固定筒中,在推料叶轮的搅拌推动下,水从分离出水口中进入污水槽内,推料叶轮将污泥不断的推动至固定筒的一端,当推动的污泥对盖板的压力高于弹簧的弹力时,污泥从固定筒的一端排出,通过设置弹簧,可进一步将污泥进行挤压,固液分离更彻底。
3、该一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,通过设置水循环装置,将进入污水槽内的水再经过滤网进入净水槽,再通过水循环装置将处理后的水送入槽架内,进行水资源再利用,节约了清洗所需的大量水资源,符合当前资源节约型社会的需求。

请参阅图1-6,一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,包括槽架1,槽架1的内底固定安装有U型架2,槽架1与U型架2一侧的顶部均固定安装有支撑轴3,槽架1与U型架2的顶端分别与安装架4底部的两端固定连接,支撑轴3的外部活动套装有清洗装置5,清洗装置5包括滤筒51,滤筒51两端的中部分别与两个支撑轴3的外部活动套接,滤筒51的内壁环形阵列有螺杆16,螺杆16的外表面固定安装有螺旋节,螺旋节可辅助将农产品朝着一个方向推动,且螺旋节的外表面为光滑圆面,光滑圆面可保护农产品在清洗过程中不易被刮伤而造成残次品,滤筒51外壁的两端均固定套接有转轮52,转轮52的外部通过传动轮53与驱动轮54的外部传动连接,传动轮53的内部与安装架4的外部活动套接,驱动轮54的内部与双轴驱动电机55的输出轴固定套接,双轴驱动电机55的底端与安装架4顶端的中部固定连接,滤筒51的内壁与支撑环56的外壁接触,支撑环56的内部固定套接有净水管57,净水管57的两端分别从两侧支撑轴3的内部贯穿出去并与净水源通过高压水泵连通,净水管57位于滤筒51内的底端固定安装有喷头58,喷头58为高压喷淋头,其数目设有五个,且从左至右依次等距布置,高压喷淋头喷出的高压水柱可有效的将农产品表面的土壤冲洗掉,等距布置,可使农产品在滤筒51内翻滚移动时,不断的进行冲洗,使得冲洗更加彻底,洁净,槽架1位于清洗装置5正下方的内底固定安装有传送装置6,传送装置6包括支座Ⅰ61,支座Ⅰ61的底端与槽架1位于滤筒51正下方的内底固定连接,槽架1的顶端与支座Ⅱ62的底端固定连接,支座Ⅱ62正面的顶端活动套接有从动轴63,从动轴63位于支座Ⅱ62正面的一端通过传动带64与传送驱动电机65的输出轴传动连接,从动轴63位于支座Ⅱ62背面的一端通过传送带66与支座Ⅰ61的中心轴传动连接,传送带66的表面固定安装有挡块67,传送带66位于U型架2的正下方,槽架1位于传送装置6处的顶端所在高度大于滤筒51底端所在高度,且低于滤筒51中心轴所在高度,保证槽架1内的水位恒定的同时,传送装置6与清洗装置5同时工作,提高工作效率,通过设置清洗装置5和传送装置6,采用双轴驱动电机55带动滤筒51转动,使得滤筒51内的根茎类农产品处于始终翻滚状态,配合喷头58出喷的高压水柱或水雾可对滤筒51内的农产品进行清洗去污泥,实现自动化清洗,既省人力又快捷,同时通过螺杆16将滤筒51内的农产品传送至传送带66上,将清洗后的农产品传送至设备外部,可实现连续清洗工作,槽架1内腔底端的一侧开设有污水出口7,污水出口7通过漏液阀8与污水处理装置9连通,污水处理装置9包括固定筒91,固定筒91顶端的进水口与漏液阀8的底端连通,固定筒91的内部活动套接有定位轴92,定位轴92的两端均贯穿固定筒91的两端,定位轴92位于固定筒91内腔一端的外部固定套接有固定轴17,固定轴17的外部固定套接有引流板18,引流板18为圆台形,引流板18的另一侧与固定筒91内腔的一端固定连接,可有效将推料叶轮93推动来的污泥进行正确的引流,使得污泥沿着引流板18从盖板96打开而产生的空间中流出,定位轴92位于固定筒91内部的外壁固定套接有推料叶轮93,定位轴92位于固定筒91一端的外壁通过履带94与分离驱动电机95的输出轴传动连接,分离驱动电机95的底端与支架11顶端的一侧固定连接,固定筒91的另一端设有盖板96,盖板96的一侧与弹簧97的一端固定连接,弹簧97的另一端与定位板98的一侧固定连接,定位板98的中部与定位轴92的一端活动套接,定位板98的底端与支架11顶端的另一侧固定连接,固定筒91位于污水槽14正上方的底端开设有分离出水口99,分离出水口99的顶端设有固液分离网,通过设置污水处理装置9,将槽架1中的水与污泥排入固定筒91中,在推料叶轮93的搅拌推动下,水从分离出水口99中进入污水槽14内,推料叶轮93将污泥不断的推动至固定筒91的一端,当推动的污泥对盖板96的压力高于弹簧97的弹力时,污泥从固定筒91的一端排出,通过设置弹簧97,可进一步将污泥进行挤压,固液分离更彻底,污水处理装置9底端的两侧分别与两个支腿10的顶端固定连接,两个支腿10的底端与支架11的内底固定连接,支架11内底的中部且位于两个支腿10之间固定安装有滤网12,滤网12将两个支腿10之间的区域分隔为左右两个槽,且左右两个槽分别为净水槽13和污水槽14,净水槽13的内腔通过水循环装置15与槽架1的内腔连通,水循环装置15包括水泵151,水泵151的进水口通过进水管152与净水槽13内腔的底端连通,水泵151的出水口通过出水管153与槽架1内腔顶端的一侧连通,水泵151的抽水速度与污水出口7的流出速度实现平衡,可通过漏液阀8进行流速调节,通过设置水循环装置15,将进入污水槽14内的水再经过滤网12进入净水槽13,再通过水循环装置15将处理后的水送入槽架1内,进行水资源再利用,节约了清洗所需的大量水资源,符合当前资源节约型社会的需求。
工作时,将槽架1内蓄满水,将待清洗的农产品从滤筒51的进料口加入,启动双轴驱动电机55,通过驱动轮54和传动轮53带动滤筒51绕支撑轴3转动,农产品即可在滤筒51的内部转动,再通过喷头58喷出高压水柱,对农产品进行冲洗,在螺杆16的推动下,滤筒51内的农产品从左至右运动,进入传送带66上,被传送至设备外部,同时,清洗后的污水从污水出口7进入污水处理装置9内,分离驱动电机95转动,带动推料叶轮93转动,污水被推料叶轮93推至右侧,水直接从分离出水口99中流入污水槽14中,污泥被排至固定筒91的一端,当污泥逐步增多,对盖板96的压力大于弹簧97对盖板96的弹力时,污泥从固定筒91的一端排出,进入污水槽14中的水再经过滤网12进一步净化后进入净水槽13内,通过水泵151将净水槽13内的水送入槽架1的内腔。
综上所述,该一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,通过设置清洗装置5和传送装置6,采用双轴驱动电机55带动滤筒51转动,使得滤筒51内的根茎类农产品处于始终翻滚状态,配合喷头58出喷的高压水柱或水雾可对滤筒51内的农产品进行清洗去污泥,实现自动化清洗,既省人力又快捷,同时通过螺杆16将滤筒51内的农产品传送至传送带66上,将清洗后的农产品传送至设备外部,可实现连续清洗工作;通过设置污水处理装置9,将槽架1中的水与污泥排入固定筒91中,在推料叶轮93的搅拌推动下,水从分离出水口99中进入污水槽14内,推料叶轮93将污泥不断的推动至固定筒91的一端,当推动的污泥对盖板96的压力高于弹簧97的弹力时,污泥从固定筒91的一端排出,通过设置弹簧97,可进一步将污泥进行挤压,固液分离更彻底;通过设置水循环装置15,将进入污水槽14内的水再经过滤网12进入净水槽13,再通过水循环装置15将处理后的水送入槽架1内,进行水资源再利用,节约了清洗所需的大量水资源,符合当前资源节约型社会的需求;解决了传统的人工清洗采用网晒等辅助清洗工具进行水洗,由于清洗量大,造成人工清洗任务重,效率低,严重农产品生产加工的效率,而逐步出现的机械清洗目前还不成熟的问题。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,包括槽架(1),其特征在于:所述槽架(1)的内底固定安装有U型架(2),所述槽架(1)与U型架(2)一侧的顶部均固定安装有支撑轴(3),所述槽架(1)与U型架(2)的顶端分别与安装架(4)底部的两端固定连接,所述支撑轴(3)的外部活动套装有清洗装置(5),所述槽架(1)位于清洗装置(5)正下方的内底固定安装有传送装置(6),所述槽架(1)内腔底端的一侧开设有污水出口(7),所述污水出口(7)通过漏液阀(8)与污水处理装置(9)连通,所述污水处理装置(9)底端的两侧分别与两个支腿(10)的顶端固定连接,所述两个支腿(10)的底端与支架(11)的内底固定连接,所述支架(11)内底的中部且位于两个支腿(10)之间固定安装有滤网(12),所述滤网(12)将两个支腿(10)之间的区域分隔为左右两个槽,且左右两个槽分别为净水槽(13)和污水槽(14),所述净水槽(13)的内腔通过水循环装置(15)与槽架(1)的内腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述清洗装置(5)包括滤筒(51),所述滤筒(51)两端的中部分别与两个支撑轴(3)的外部活动套接,所述滤筒(51)外壁的两端均固定套接有转轮(52),所述转轮(52)的外部通过传动轮(53)与驱动轮(54)的外部传动连接,所述传动轮(53)的内部与安装架(4)的外部活动套接,所述驱动轮(54)的内部与双轴驱动电机(55)的输出轴固定套接,所述双轴驱动电机(55)的底端与安装架(4)顶端的中部固定连接,所述滤筒(51)的内壁与支撑环(56)的外壁接触,所述支撑环(56)的内部固定套接有净水管(57),所述净水管(57)位于滤筒(51)内的底端固定安装有喷头(58)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述传送装置(6)包括支座Ⅰ(61),所述支座Ⅰ(61)的底端与槽架(1)位于滤筒(51)正下方的内底固定连接,所述槽架(1)的顶端与支座Ⅱ(62)的底端固定连接,所述支座Ⅱ(62)正面的顶端活动套接有从动轴(63),所述从动轴(63)位于支座Ⅱ(62)正面的一端通过传动带(64)与传送驱动电机(65)的输出轴传动连接,所述从动轴(63)位于支座Ⅱ(62)背面的一端通过传送带(66)与支座Ⅰ(61)的中心轴传动连接,所述传送带(66)的表面固定安装有挡块(67)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述污水处理装置(9)包括固定筒(91),所述固定筒(91)顶端的进水口与漏液阀(8)的底端连通,所述固定筒(91)的内部活动套接有定位轴(92),所述定位轴(92)的两端均贯穿固定筒(91)的两端,所述定位轴(92)位于固定筒(91)内部的外壁固定套接有推料叶轮(93),所述定位轴(92)位于固定筒(91)一端的外壁通过履带(94)与分离驱动电机(95)的输出轴传动连接,所述分离驱动电机(95)的底端与支架(11)顶端的一侧固定连接,所述固定筒(91)的另一端设有盖板(96),所述盖板(96)的一侧与弹簧(97)的一端固定连接,所述弹簧(97)的另一端与定位板(98)的一侧固定连接,所述定位板(98)的中部与定位轴(92)的一端活动套接,所述定位板(98)的底端与支架(11)顶端的另一侧固定连接,所述固定筒(91)位于污水槽(14)正上方的底端开设有分离出水口(99),所述分离出水口(99)的顶端设有固液分离网。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述水循环装置(15)包括水泵(151),所述水泵(151)的进水口通过进水管(152)与净水槽(13)内腔的底端连通,所述水泵(151)的出水口通过出水管(153)与槽架(1)内腔顶端的一侧连通。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述滤筒(51)的内壁环形阵列有螺杆(16),所述螺杆(16)的外表面固定安装有螺旋节,且螺旋节的外表面为光滑圆面。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述喷头(58)为高压喷淋头,其数目设有五个,且从左至右依次等距布置。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述定位轴(92)位于固定筒(91)内腔一端的外部固定套接有固定轴(17),所述固定轴(17)的外部固定套接有引流板(18),所述引流板(18)为圆台形,所述引流板(18)的另一侧与固定筒(91)内腔的一端固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经济节约型根茎类农产品清洗机,其特征在于:所述槽架(1)位于传送装置(6)处的顶端所在高度大于滤筒(51)底端所在高度,且低于滤筒(51)中心轴所在高度。
