Claims (13)
- Tetraederförmiger Verpackungsbeutel (10) aus einem flexiblen Folienmaterial,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Folienmaterial im Bereich einer Tetraederecke (18) des Beutels (10) einen vom Beutel abragenden, im wesentlichen schlauchförmigen und an seinem freien Ende (22) verschlossenen Ausgussteil (20) bildet. - Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schlauchförmige Ausgussteil (20) in von der Tetraederecke (18) weg weisender Ausgussrichtung (y) konisch verjüngt ausgebildet ist.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgussteil (20) wenigstens eine quer zur Ausgussrichtung (y) verlaufende Einreisskerbe (24) aufweist.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgussteil (20) wenigstens zwei in unterschiedlichem Abstand (a,b,c) zu seinem verschlossenen freien Ende (22) angeordnete Einreisskerben (24a,b,c) zur Bildung von Ausgussöffnungen (25a,b,c) mit unterschiedlich grossem Öffnungsquerschnitt aufweisen.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einreisskerben (24a,b,c) in den Ausgussteil (20) umlaufende Schwächungslinien (25a,b,c) übergehen.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Ausgussteil (20) ein Versteifungselement (30), vorzugsweise ein Rohrstück aus Kunststoff, angeordnet ist.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgussteil (20) falt- oder klappbar und vorzugsweise mittels eines Haftklebers (28) am Beutel (10) in umgeklappter oder gefalteter Lage fixierbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines tetraederförmigen Verpackungsbeutels (10) aus einem flexiblen Folienmaterial,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
aus einer bandförmigen Folie (32) über eine Längssiegelnaht (12) ein Schlauch (13) und aus dem Schlauch (13) durch eine quer zur Längssiegelnaht (12) angeordnete erste Quersiegelnaht (14) und eine quer zur Längssiegelnaht (12) und im wesentlichen senkrecht und in Abstand zur ersten Quersiegelnaht (14) angeordnete zweite Quersiegelnaht (16) der tetraederförmige Verpackungsbeutel gebildet wird, wobei eine der Quersiegelnähte (16) im Bereich einer Tetraederecke (18) des Beutels (10) so gelegt wird, dass ein im wesentlichen schlauchförmiger, vom Beutel (10) abragender und an seinem freien Ende (22) verschlossener Ausgussteil (20) entsteht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quersiegelnaht (16) so gelegt wird, dass ein in vom Beutel (20) weg weisender Ausgussrichtung (y) konisch verjüngter Ausgussteil (20) entsteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Quersiegelnaht (16) im Bereich des verschlossenen freien Endes (22) des Ausgussteils (20) wenigstens eine quer zur Ausgussrichtung (y) verlaufende Einreisskerbe (24a) angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Quersiegelnaht (16) wenigstens zwei Einreisskerben (24a,b,c) in unterschiedlichem Abstand (a,b,c) zum verschlossenen freien Ende (22) des Ausgussteils (20) zur Bildung von Ausgussöffnungen (25a,b,c) mit unterschiedlich grossem Öffnungsquerschnitt angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Ausgussteil (20) von den Einreisskerben (24a,b,c) ausgehende, den Ausgussteil (20) umlaufende Schwächungslinien (a,b,c) angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Ausgussteil (20) ein Versteifungselement (30), vorzugsweise ein Rohrstück aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, angeordnet wird.
