Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Tafel aus Stahlblech vorgeschlagen, bei der ein Griffteil (1) aus einem Block eines geschäumten, starren Materials vorgesehen ist. An dem Griffteil (1) ist ein Klettstreifen (6) zum lösbaren Befestigen eines Reinigungsstreifens (7) angeordnet. Ein oder mehrere Permanentmagneten (5) sorgen dafür, dass die Vorrichtung bei Nichtgebrauch an der Tafel haftet. <IMAGE>

Description

Stand der Technik
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Tafel aus Stahlblech nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Derartige Tafeln sind an ihrer Oberfläche meist weiß beschichtet. Zum Schreiben oder Zeichnen auf der Tafel werden Stifte verwendet. Die Beschriftungen oder Zeichnungen können durch Wischen mit einem trockenen Tuch über die Tafeloberfläche entfernt werden. Derartige Tücher haben jedoch den Nachteil eines geringen Komforts für den Benutzer.
Aus der DE 298 07 569 U1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Löschen von auf einer Tafel aufgebrachten Information bekannt. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Kunststoffgehäuse, in welches ein Reinigungstuch eingespannt ist. Bei einer starken Verschmutzung kann das Tuch entfernt und durch ein neues Tuch ersetzt werden. Die Vorrichtung hat den Nachteil, dass die Herstellung des Kunststoffgehäuses relativ aufwendig ist und die Vorrichtung ein relativ hohes Gewicht aufweist. Dies liegt zum einen an dem Gewicht des Kunststoffgehäuses und zum anderen an dem in dem Gehäuse vorgesehenen Permanentmagneten, der dafür sorgt, dass die Vorrichtung auch bei Nichtgebrauch an der Tafel haften bleibt. Darüber hinaus ist das Auswechseln des Reinigungstuchs mit einem großen Aufwand verbunden, da das Gehäuses geöffnet und nach dem Entfernen des verschmutzten Tuchs ein sauberes Tuch eingespannt werden muß. Zum Öffnen des Gehäuses sind die beiden ineinander einrastenden Gehäuseteile mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers oder eines anderen Werkzeugs auseinander zu drücken. Das Reinigungstuch ist mit zwei seiner Enden durch hierfür vorgesehene Schlitze zu ziehen. Damit sind mehrere Arbeitsschritte und Werkzeuge zum Austausch des Reinigungstuchs notwendig.
Die Erfindung und ihre Vorteile
Demgegenüber hat die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 den Vorteil, dass sie ein wesentlich geringeres Gewicht aufweist und einfacher sowie kostengünstiger herzustellen ist. Der Griffteil der Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Block eines geschäumten starren Materials. Dieser Block ist wesentlich leichter als die Kunststoffteile der aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Vorrichtungen. Da das Material starr ist und sich nur durch die Einwirkung einer größeren Kraft verformen lässt, kann der zum Reinigen teilweise notwendige Druck von der Hand des Benutzers auf den Reinigungsstreifen der Vorrichtung übertragen werden. Zur Herstellung des Griffteils wird der Block aus einem größeren Teil beispielsweise unter Einsatz einer Wasserstrahltechnik herausgeschnitten. Damit ist die Herstellung des Griffteils wesentlich einfacher und kostengünstiger durchzuführen, als bei den zumeist im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellten Griffteile des Standes der Technik. Das geschäumte starre Material, welches für die Herstellung des Griffteils benötigt wird, kann ebenfalls kostengünstig produziert werden und ist daher preiswert zu beziehen.
An dem Griffteil ist ein Klettstreifen zum lösbaren Befestigen des Reinigungsstreifens vorgesehen. Ist der Reinigungsstreifen daher stark verschmutzt, so wird er durch den Benutzer im Randbereich angehoben und von dem Klettstreifen abgezogen. Anschließend wird ein neuer Reinigungsstreifen durch einfaches Auflegen auf den Klettstreifen und leichtes Anpressen an dem Griffteil befestigt. Der Austausch des Reinigungsstreifens ist somit einfach und schnell durchzuführen. Zusätzliche Werkzeuge, wie sie beispielsweise zum Öffnen des Kunststoffgehäuses der aus dem Stand der Technik der DE 298 07 569 U1 bekannt sind, sind bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung nicht notwendig. Der an dem Klettstreifen verhakte Reinigungsstreifen haftet trotz des leichten Lösens so gut an dem Griffteil, dass eine zuverlässige Reinigung der Tafel garantiert ist.
Die Vorrichtung kann nicht nur zum Reinigen einer Tafel aus Stahlblech, sondern auch zum Reinigen sonstiger glatter Oberflächen verwendet werden. Zum Beseitigen von Beschriftungen oder Verunreinigungen von der Tafel oder von sonstigen Oberflächen ist es häufig ausreichend, mit dem trockenen Reinigungsstreifen über die Oberfläche zu wischen. Lösen sich die Verunreinigungen dabei nicht, so können zusätzlich flüssige Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden. Diese werden entweder auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche oder auf den Reinigungsstreifen der Vorrichtung aufgetragen. Zum schnelleren Trocknen kann der feuchte Reinigungsstreifen durch einen Handgriff von der Vorrichtung gelöst und separat ausgelegt werden.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der Griffteil der Vorrichtung an der der Tafel oder einer anderen Oberfläche zugewandten Seite eben ausgebildet und weist an der der Hand eines Benutzers zugewandten Seite eine runde Form auf. Die ebene und flach ausgebildete Seite, an der der Klettstreifen und der Reinigungsstreifen befestigt sind, sorgt damit dafür, dass der Reinigungsstreifen vollständig auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche aufliegen kann. Damit wird eine optimale Reinigungswirkung erzielt. Die dem Reinigungsstreifen abgewandte Seite ist dagegen rund oder gewölbt ausgebildet und passt sich damit optimal der Hand des Benutzers an. Die Vorrichtung liegt damit leicht und angenehm in der Hand.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind in der dem Klett- und Reinigungsstreifen zugewandten Seite des Griffteils eine oder mehrere Vertiefungen für einen oder mehrere Permanentmagneten vorgesehen. Da der Griffteil, der Klettstreifen und der Reinigungsstreifen ein sehr geringes Gewicht aufweisen, wird lediglich eine kleine magnetische Kraft benötigt, um die Vorrichtung an einer Tafel aus Stahlblech haften zu lassen. Im Unterschied zu den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Vorrichtungen können daher wesentlich kleinere Permanentmagneten verwendet werden. Dies sorgt wiederum insgesamt für ein geringes Gewicht der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform haben die Permanentmagneten eine zylindrische Form, vergleichbar mit einer kleinen Münze oder einem kleinen Knopf. Der Durchmesser kann dabei weniger als 11,0 mm betragen. Da die Permanentmagneten im Vergleich zu der Fläche, mit welcher die Vorrichtung an der Tafel anliegt, eine wesentlich kleinere Ausdehnung haben, kann es von Vorteil sein, nicht nur einen, sondern zwei kleine zylindrische Permanentmagneten räumlich getrennt voneinander vorzusehen. Die Vertiefungen in dem Griffteil sind an die Form der Permanentmagneten angepasst, so dass die Permanentmagneten umschlossen werden und deren Oberfläche mit der Oberfläche des Griffteils abschließt. Durch den Klettstreifen werden die Permanentmagneten abgedeckt und in den Vertiefungen gehalten.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der Klettstreifen an seiner dem Griffteil zugewandten Oberfläche mit einem Klebstoff beschichtet. Zum Befestigen des Klettstreifens muss daher lediglich eine Schutzfolie abgezogen, der Klettstreifen auf den Griffteil aufgelegt und ausgerichtet sowie angedrückt werden. Das Aufbringen des selbstklebenden Klettstreifens auf den Griffteil erfolgt damit in einem Arbeitsschritt und ohne die Verwendung zusätzlicher Werkzeuge.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht der Reinigungsstreifen aus Filz. Dieser hat den Vorteil, dass die durch trockenes Wischen entfernte Farbe gebunden wird. Sie verbleibt damit weder auf der Tafel noch kann sie die Kleidung oder die Hände des Benutzers verschmutzen. Darüber hinaus können je nach Anwendungsfall auch Reinigungsstreifen aus Mikrofaser, Samt, Velours, Papier oder Zellstoff verwendet werden. Dank des Klettstreifens können die Reinigungsstreifen schnell und einfach ausgetauscht und damit an die jeweilige Anwendung angepasst werden. Der Klettstreifen hat den Vorteil, dass an den kleinen Häkchen alle Arten von Textilien und Papierreinigungstüchern haften.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind der Reinigungsstreifen und/ oder der Griffteil und/ oder der Klettstreifen in der Waschmaschine waschbar. Damit können die Vorrichtung komplett oder nur einzelne Teile der Vorrichtung in der Waschmaschine gereinigt werden. Besonders geeignet ist hierzu eine Wassertemperatur von 30° C.
Weitere Vorteile und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, der Zeichnung und den Ansprüchen zu entnehmen.

Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels
In Figur 1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Tafel aus Stahlblech im Längsschnitt dargestellt. Ein Griffteil 1 besteht aus einem Block eines geschäumten, starren Materials. Der Block ist massiv ausgebildet und an der oberen Seite 2 abgerundet. Die nach unten weisende Seite 3 ist flach und eben. Sie ist beim Reinigen einer Tafel aus Stahlblech der Oberfläche der Tafel zugewandt. In Vertiefungen 4 des Griffteils 1 befinden sich Permanentmagneten 5. Auf die Seite 3 des Griffteils 1 ist ein Klettstreifen 6 aufgeklebt. Durch den Klettstreifen 6 werden außerdem die Permanentmagneten 5 in ihren Vertiefungen 4 gehalten. An der mit Häkchen ausgestatten Oberfläche des Klettstreifens 6 haftet der Reinigungsstreifen 7.
Figur 2 zeigt den Griffteil mit den Permanentmagneten in einer Draufsicht. In dieser Darstellung sind die kreisrunden Vertiefungen und die ebenfalls runden Permanentmagneten erkennbar.
Sämtliche Merkmale der Erfindung können sowohl einzeln als auch in beliebiger Kombination miteinander erfindungswesentlich sein.

Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Tafel aus Stahlblech
    mit einem Griffteil (1),
    mit einem lösbar mit dem Griffteil verbundenen Reinigungsstreifen (7) und
    mit einem Permanentmagneten (5), welcher zwischen dem Reinigungsstreifen (7) und dem Griffteil (1) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffteil (1) aus einem Block eines geschäumten, starren Materials besteht, und
    dass an dem Griffteil (1) ein Klettstreifen (6) zum lösbaren Befestigen des Reinigungsstreifens (7) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffteil (1) an der der Tafel zugewandten Seite (3) eben ausgebildet ist und an der der Hand eines Benutzers zugewandten Seite (2) eine runde Form aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Griffteil (1) an der dem Klettstreifen (6) zugewandten Seite eine oder mehrere Vertiefungen (4) für einen oder mehrere Permanentmagneten (5) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Permanentmagneten (5) eine zylindrische Form aufweisen und einen Durchmesser von weniger als 11,0 mm haben.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klettstreifen (6) auf seiner dem Griffteil (1) zugewandten Oberfläche mit einem Klebstoff beschichtet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reinigungsstreifen (7) aus Filz besteht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reinigungsstreifen (7) aus Papier oder Zellstoff besteht.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reinigungsstreifen (7) und/ oder der Griffteil (1) und/ oder der Klettstreifen (6) in der Waschmaschine waschbar sind.
