Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Fördern eines Bogens durch eine drucktechnische Maschine,
mit einem Zylinder mit in einem Kanal angeordneten Greifern zum Halten des Bogens an seiner vorauslaufenden Vorderkante,
mit einem Kettenförderer mit an endlosen Ketten befestigten Greifern zum Halten und zur Übernahme des Bogens vom Zylinder an seiner Vorderkante und zum Halten an seiner nachlaufenden Hinterkante,
wobei die Ketten über rotierende Kettenräder gelegt sind,
wobei zwischen den dem Zylinder zugeordneten Kettenrädern koaxial umlaufende Stützglieder für den Bogen angeordnet sind, die in rollendem Kontakt mit der Mantelfläche des Zylinders stehen,
und wobei zwischen den dem Zylinder zugeordneten Kettenrädern koaxial umlaufende Sauggreifer zum Halten des Bogens an seiner Hinterkante vorgesehen sind,
mit einer Betätigungsvorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen der Greifer,
und mit einem Antrieb für den Zylinder und die Kettenräder,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (10.1-10.7) für die Hinterkante in geöffnetem Zustand an dem Zylinder (4) vorbeilaufen,
wobei Greiferauflagen (43) und Greiferspitzen (41) der Greifer (10.1-10.7) für die Hinterkante unterhalb einer Bahn (42) liegen, die der auf der Mantelfläche (26, 27) gehaltene Bogen (18) beschreibt,
und dass die Greifer (10.1-10.7) für die Hinterkante in einem Drehwinkelbereich schließbar sind, in dem die Ketten von den dem Zylinder (4) zugeordneten Kettenrädern (11) ablaufen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass radial bewegliche Sauggreifer (44) vorgesehen sind, die in Umfangsrichtung im Bereich der Greiferauflagen (43) für die Hinterkante liegen und die außerhalb des Kontaktbereichs (34) mit dem Zylinder (4) radial höher stehen als die Greiferauflagen (43) für die Hinterkante. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Kettenrädern (11) abgewickelte Länge der Ketten kleiner als die zwischen den Greifern (9.1-9.7) für die Vorderkante und den Sauggreifern (44) gehaltene Bogenlänge ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Ketten mit polygonartigen Gliedern der Teilkreisdurchmesser der Kettenräder (11) gleich oder kleiner dem Durchmesser der umlaufenden Stützglieder (37) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stellelemente zur Umfangsverstellung der Sauggreifer (44) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Umfangsverstellung Piezoaktoren vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sauggreifer (44) auf einer Sauggreiferbrücke (38) angeordnet sind, wobei unabhängig steuerbare Stellelemente beidseitig der Sauggreiferbrücke (38) angreifen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (10.1-10.7) für die Hinterkante bei einem Drehwinkel der Kettenräder (11) geschlossen sind, bei dem die Kreisbahn der Oberfläche der Sauger (44) die Bahn der Greiferauflagen (43) für die Hinterkante schneidet.
