Claims (6)
- Agitateur pour produits chimiques contenus dans des bidons, tels que des vernis, peintures ou similaires, directement en contact avec le bidon ou dans un sac en plastique qui occupe tout son volume, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une structure support constitué par un couvercle (1) analogue à celui d'un bidon (2) conventionnel, au centre duquel il incorpore un axe (3) vertical présentant inférieurement des palettes (4) agitatrices, et supérieurement une série d'engrenages (5) empilés du plus grand diamètre au plus petit qui sont montés avec la possibilité de rotation dans une carcasse (6), protégée par un couvercle (7), qui présente une série d'entailles (8) latérales échelonnées dans lesquelles repose une plaque (9) transversale qui incorpore un engrenage (10), qui s'accouple dans un des engrenages (5) de l'axe de l'agitateur, et dont l'axe (11) émerge supérieurement à travers le couvercle (7) pour son actionnement au moyen d'une manivelle (12) ou une perceuse (13).
- Agitateur, selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les palettes de l'agitateur sont équipées à leur base d'une bague (14) périphérique.
- Agitateur, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les palettes (4') de l'agitateur sont montées de manière articulée à l'extrémité de l'axe (3) d'actionnement et supportées au moyen de tenseurs (17) qui s'unissent à une bague (18) glissante le long de l'axe qui présente un ressort (16) interposé, en s'introduisant allongées dans le bidon et en se déployant horizontalement avant de mettre en marche l'agitateur.
- Agitateur, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (3) vertical est télescopique, celui-ci étant formé par deux tubes qui s'introduisent l'un dans l'autre, en se fixant à diverses positions pré-établies au moyen d'un goujon ou un moyen similaire de verrouillage.
- Agitateur, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (7) de la carcasse (6) présente à l'extérieur des moyens de fixation d'un support pour le serrage d'une perceuse en position verticale, angulaire, ou d'une tête pneumatique, ou une poulie actionnée par un moteur externe, accouplé dans l'axe (11).
- Agitateur, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle du bidon (1) présente un orifice apte à l'insertion d'un tube et optionnellement d'accouplement d'un couvercle ayant une pompe de soutirage du contenu à l'extérieur, formée par une vis sans fin introduite dans un tube qui est actionnée à travers le réducteur de l'agitateur ou d'un autre similaire et optionnellement il est constituée par le propre axe de l'agitateur qui a dans ce cas la forme d'une vis sans fin.
