本发明公开了一种上下移动的搅拌装置，包括：承载物料的搅拌桶，置于搅拌桶上方的搅拌轴，连接于搅拌轴的搅拌桨，连接于搅拌轴的旋转电机，固定于旋转电机上的螺旋杆，卡接于螺旋杆的固定板。本发明提供一种搅拌装置，通过旋转电机带动螺旋杆旋转，从而相对于卡接于螺旋杆的固定板发生上下移动，确保搅拌桶内各个位置的密度均匀，确保搅拌机运行的稳定，提高搅拌质量。

一种机械设备，特别是一种搅拌装置。
背景技术
混合物类化学试剂的搅拌，颗粒与液体的混合，现有技术中的搅拌减少了物质间的相互扩散，均匀混合的时间长，且搅拌不均匀，搅拌桶内各个位置的密度不均，不仅搅拌质量差，且容易使得搅拌机运行不稳定，容易烧坏电机；现有技术还未解决这样的问题。

为解决现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于

上下移动的搅拌装置，包括：承载物料的搅拌桶，置于搅拌桶上方的搅拌轴，连接于搅拌轴的搅拌桨，连接于搅拌轴的旋转电机，固定于旋转电机上的螺旋杆，卡接于螺旋杆的固定板。
前述的上下移动的搅拌装置，固定板上设有容纳螺旋杆的通孔；螺旋杆上下移动于通孔内。
前述的上下移动的搅拌装置，通孔内壁设有螺纹凹槽。
前述的上下移动的搅拌装置，还包括：固定于螺旋杆与旋转电机之间的固定块。
前述的上下移动的搅拌装置，搅拌桨为多个，搅拌桨的中心点的连线为圆形。
前述的上下移动的搅拌装置，搅拌桨为钛搅拌桨。
本发明的有益之处在于：本发明提供一种搅拌装置，通过旋转电机带动螺旋杆旋转，从而相对于卡接于螺旋杆的固定板发生上下移动，确保搅拌桶内各个位置的密度均匀，确保搅拌机运行的稳定，提高搅拌质量。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
上下移动的搅拌装置，包括：承载物料的搅拌桶1，置于搅拌桶1上方的搅拌轴2，连接于搅拌轴2的搅拌桨3，连接于搅拌轴2的旋转电机4，固定于旋转电机4上的螺旋杆5，卡接于螺旋杆5的固定板6。为了避免搅拌桨3被物料腐蚀，搅拌桨3为钛搅拌桨3。为了能够均匀搅拌物料，搅拌桨3为多个，均匀的布置在搅拌轴2上，且搅拌桨3的中心点的连线为圆形。为了能连接旋转电机4和螺旋杆5之间，使得螺旋电机带动螺旋杆5旋转，搅拌装置，还包括：固定于螺旋杆5与旋转电机4之间的固定块7。
固定板6上设有容纳螺旋杆5的通孔；螺旋杆5上下移动于通孔内，通孔内壁设有螺纹凹槽601。因为固定板6将位置固定，所以旋转电机4旋转螺旋杆5，螺旋杆5会卡接着螺纹凹槽601上下移动，向左旋转向上移动，向右旋转向下移动。
本发明提供一种搅拌装置，通过旋转电机4带动螺旋杆5旋转，从而相对于卡接于螺旋杆5的固定板6发生上下移动，确保搅拌桶1内各个位置的密度均匀，确保搅拌机运行的稳定，提高搅拌质量。

3.根据权利要求2所述的上下移动的搅拌装置，其特征在于，上述通孔内壁设有螺纹凹槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的上下移动的搅拌装置，其特征在于，还包括：固定于上述螺旋杆与旋转电机之间的固定块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的上下移动的搅拌装置，其特征在于，上述搅拌桨为多个，上述搅拌桨的中心点的连线为圆形。
