Abstract

本发明公开了一种搅拌装置,包括:承载物料的搅拌桶,置于搅拌桶上方的搅拌轴,连接于搅拌轴的搅拌桨,连接于搅拌轴的旋转电机,固定于旋转电机上的伸缩杆。本发明提供一种搅拌装置,搅拌桨不仅能旋转,且可以上下移动,确保搅拌桶内各个位置的密度均匀,确保搅拌机运行的稳定,提高搅拌质量。

一种机械设备,特别是一种搅拌装置。
背景技术
混合物类化学试剂的搅拌,颗粒与液体的混合,现有技术中的搅拌减少了物质间的相互扩散,均匀混合的时间长,且搅拌不均匀,搅拌桶内各个位置的密度不均,不仅搅拌质量差,且容易使得搅拌机运行不稳定,容易烧坏电机;现有技术还未解决这样的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种搅拌装置,搅拌桨不仅能旋转,且可以上下移动,确保搅拌桶内各个位置的密度均匀,确保搅拌机运行的稳定,提高搅拌质量。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
搅拌装置,包括:承载物料的搅拌桶,置于搅拌桶上方的搅拌轴,连接于搅拌轴的搅拌桨,连接于搅拌轴的旋转电机,固定于旋转电机上的伸缩杆。
前述的搅拌装置,伸缩杆为不锈钢电子伸缩杆。
前述的搅拌装置,还包括:固定于伸缩杆并旋转连接于旋转电机的圆盘。
前述的搅拌装置,圆盘上设有卡接于旋转电机的凹槽。
前述的搅拌装置,还包括:固定于伸缩杆上的固定块。
前述的搅拌装置,搅拌桨为多个,搅拌桨的中心点的连线为圆形。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明提供一种搅拌装置,搅拌桨不仅能旋转,且可以上下移动,确保搅拌桶内各个位置的密度均匀,确保搅拌机运行的稳定,提高搅拌质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
搅拌装置,包括:承载物料的搅拌桶1,置于搅拌桶1上方的搅拌轴2,连接于搅拌轴2的搅拌桨3,连接于搅拌轴2的旋转电机4,固定于旋转电机4上的伸缩杆5,为了能够承受零件的重量和物料的摩擦力,作为一种优选,伸缩杆5为不锈钢电子伸缩杆5。为了能够均匀搅拌物料,搅拌桨3为多个,均匀的布置在搅拌轴2上,且搅拌桨3的中心点的连线为圆形。为了能固定伸缩杆5在一个固定的高度,搅拌装置,还包括:固定于伸缩杆5上的固定块6。
搅拌装置,还包括:固定于伸缩杆5并旋转连接于旋转电机4的圆盘7;圆盘7上设有卡接于旋转电机4的凹槽。这样的设计避免旋转电机4的旋转影响伸缩杆5,很好的连接旋转电机4和伸缩杆5,实现旋转电机4旋转,伸缩杆5不转。
供电系统为旋转电机4和伸缩杆5提供动力,由控制器先控制旋转电机4旋转,旋转电机4带动搅拌轴2旋转,从而搅拌桨3做旋转运动,将物料搅拌,控制器再驱动伸缩杆5伸缩,实现搅拌轴2上下运动,从而带动搅拌桨3上下运动,使得搅拌桶1上下的物料密度均匀。
本发明提供一种搅拌装置,搅拌桨3不仅能旋转,且可以上下移动,确保搅拌桶1内各个位置的密度均匀,确保搅拌机运行的稳定,提高搅拌质量。

1.搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括:承载物料的搅拌桶,置于上述搅拌桶上方的搅拌轴,连接于上述搅拌轴的搅拌桨,连接于上述搅拌轴的旋转电机,固定于上述旋转电机上的伸缩杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于,上述伸缩杆为不锈钢电子伸缩杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括:固定于上述伸缩杆并旋转连接于上述旋转电机的圆盘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于,上述圆盘上设有卡接于上述旋转电机的凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括:固定于上述伸缩杆上的固定块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于,上述搅拌桨为多个,上述搅拌桨的中心点的连线为圆形。
