本发明公开的自动搅拌装置,包括基座,所述基座与所述丝杠垂直安装,所述第一电机与所述丝杠通过所述联轴器连接,所述滑台安装在所述丝杠上,所述滑台上固定有所述第二电机,所述第二电机连接有所述法兰,所述法兰上固定有所述搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴与所述搅拌叶连接。所述下限位与所述上限位固定在所述丝杠上。本发明的有益效果为,通过步进电机与丝杠共同作用完成滑台的上下移动,而且电机搅拌快速,均匀,所使用扇叶可以高效快速的使液体稀释均匀,同时在桶内形成涡流,使桶内液体混合均匀,装置结构简单,使用安全、快速、高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械设计领域,具体而言为一种自动搅拌装置。
技术背景
搅拌机,是一种常用的搅拌器械。是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转,将多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器。搅拌机分为好多种,有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等。在玻璃纤维的生产过程中,我们常常需要大量的液体进行稀释,进而才能进行使用,而且有时因为液体稀释均匀,影响溶液的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以使液体搅拌均匀,自动升降,可以批量进行搅拌稀释的装置。
一种自动搅拌装置,包括基座、第一电机、联轴器、丝杠、滑台、下限位、上限位、第二电机、法兰、搅拌轴、搅拌叶、气缸;
所述基座与所述丝杠垂直安装,所述第一电机与所述丝杠通过所述联轴器连接,所述滑台安装在所述丝杠上,所述滑台上固定有所述第二电机,所述第二电机连接有所述法兰,所述法兰上固定有所述搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴与所述搅拌叶连接。所述下限位与所述上限位固定在所述丝杠上,所述气缸通过气缸支架固定于所述基座侧面。
优选的,所述基座右侧和上侧轴心线侧边设有硬限位,左侧和下侧设有所述气缸。
优选的,所述第一电机选用步进电机。
优选的,所述搅拌叶设有三组,每组含有四个扇叶。
优选的,所述丝杠上还设有行程开关,可以控制所述第一电机的运动范围。
优选的,所述滑台设置数量为两个,并连接有同一块固定板。一种自动搅拌装置的使用方法
S1、将所述第一电机提升至第一位置;
S2、将需要搅拌液体倒入搅拌桶内,将搅拌桶放在所述基座上面,通过硬限位与气缸共同夹紧;
S3、将所述第一电机下降至第二位置,启动第二电机,第二电机转动,带动搅拌轴与搅拌叶旋转,将混合液体搅拌均匀;
S4、停止所述第二电机,将所述第一电机提升,气缸回位,取下已搅拌完成搅拌桶并换上未搅拌的搅拌桶重复步骤S1。
优选的,在所述第一位置和所述第二位置处安装有行程开关。

一种自动搅拌装置,包括1、第一电机,2、基座,3、联轴器,4、硬限位,5、下限位,6、丝杆,7、滑台,8、上限位,9、固定板,10、第二电机,11、法兰,12、搅拌轴,13、搅拌叶,14、搅拌桶,15、气缸支架,16、气缸。
所述基座2与所述丝杠6垂直安装,所述第一电机1与所述丝杠6通过所述联轴3连接,所述滑台7安装在所述丝杠6上,所述滑台7上固定有所述第二电机10,所述第二电机10连接有所述法兰11,所述法兰11上固定有所述搅拌轴12,所述搅拌轴12与所述搅拌叶13连接。所述下限位5与所述上限位8固定在所述丝杠6上。
优选的,所述基座2右侧和上侧轴心线侧边设有硬限位4,左侧和下侧设有所述气缸16。
优选的,所述第一电机1选用步进电机。
优选的,所述搅拌叶13设有三组,每组含有四个扇叶。
优选的,所述丝杠6上还设有行程开关,可以控制所述第一电机的运动范围。
优选的,所述滑台7数量为二,并连接有同一块固定板9。
一种自动搅拌装置的使用方法
S1、将所述第一电机1提升至第一位置;
S2、将需要搅拌液体倒入搅拌桶14内,将搅拌桶14放在所述基座2上面,通过硬限位4与气缸16共同夹紧;
S3、将所述第一电机1下降至第二位置,启动第二电机10,第二电机10转动,带动搅拌轴12与搅拌叶13旋转,将混合液体搅拌均匀;
S4、停止所述第二电机10,将所述第一电机1提升,气缸16回位,取下已搅拌完成搅拌桶14并换上未搅拌的搅拌桶重复步骤S1。
优选的,在所述第一位置和所述第二位置处安装有行程开关。
本发明的有益效果为,通过步进电机与丝杠共同作用完成滑台的上下移动,而且电机搅拌快速,均匀,所使用扇叶可以高效快速的使液体稀释均匀,同时在桶内形成涡流,,使桶内液体混合均匀,装置结构简单,使用安全、快速、高效。

1.一种自动搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括基座、第一电机、联轴器、丝杠、滑台、下限位、上限位、第二电机、法兰、搅拌轴、搅拌叶、气缸;
所述基座与所述丝杠垂直安装,所述第一电机与所述丝杠通过所述联轴器连接,所述滑台安装在所述丝杠上,所述滑台上固定有所述第二电机,所述第二电机连接有所述法兰,所述法兰上固定有所述搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴与所述搅拌叶连接。所述下限位与所述上限位固定在所述丝杠上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述基座右侧和上侧轴心线侧边设有硬限位,左侧和下侧设有所述气缸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机选用步进电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶设有三组,每组含有四个扇叶。
