Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. Wesentlich ist, dass im Bewegungsbereich jedes zu verstellenden Bauteiles mindestens ein Kollisionsschalter angeordnet ist, der bewirkt, dass vor einer Kollision von zwei aufeinander zu bewegbaren Bauteilen eine Umsteuerung der Antriebseinheit 13, 14 erfolgt. Jeder Kollisionsschalter könnte demzufolge auch als ein Kollisionsverhinderungsschalter bezeichnet werden. Ferner ist wesentlich, dass Schaltspiele für jeden Kollisionsschalter 16, 17 vermieden werden, indem in der Steuerung ein elektrisches Zeitglied installiert ist oder indem eine mechanische Lösung für den Kollisionsschalter 16, 17 gefunden wird, indem beispielsweise der Stößel gebremst oder gedämpft ausfährt, wenn eine Freigabe durch das ihn betätigende Bauteil erfolgt ist.
Claims (20)
- Möbel (10) mit einem zu verstellenden Bauteil oder mit mehreren zu verstellenden Bauteilen, die durch wenigstens eine Verstelleinrichtung bewegbar sind, und bei dem jede Verstelleinrichtung eine elektromotorische Antriebseinheit (13, 14) und einen Beschlag oder eine Hebelanordnung beinhaltet, dessen Eingangsglied mit dem Abtriebsglied der elektromotorischen Antriebseinheit (13, 14) und dessen Ausgangsglied mit dem zu verstellenden Bauteil direkt oder über Verbindungselemente gekoppelt ist, und dass jede elektromotorische Antriebseinheit mittels einer Steuereinheit (19) oder eines Handschalters (18) ansteuerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bewegungsbereich jedes zu verstellenden Bauteiles (12) wenigstens ein Kollisionsschalter (16, 17) derart angeordnet ist, der zur Verhinderung einer Kollision von zwei Bauteilen oder von mehreren Bauteilen betätigbar ist, sodass durch das ausgelöste Signal die jeweilige elektromotorische Antriebseinheit (13, 14) funktionsauslösend ansteuerbar ist.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweils zur Verhinderung einer Kollision anzusteuernde elektromotorische Antriebseinheit (13, 14) durch das von dem Kollisionsschalter (16, 17) ausgelöste Signal umsteuerbar ist.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Umsteuern der Antriebseinheit (13, 14) nach einer bestimmten Rücklaufzeit der Antriebseinheit (13, 14) die von dem auslösenden Kollisionsschalter (16, 17) umgesteuerte Antriebseinheit stillsetzbar ist.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücklaufzeit der jeweiligen Antriebseinheit (13, 14) größer ist als die Betätigungszeit des jeweiligen Kollisionsschalters (16, 17).
- Möbel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücklaufzeit der jeweiligen Antriebseinheit (13, 14) durch ein steuerndes elektrisches Zeitglied (21) bestimmbar ist.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrische Zeitglied (21) aus einem Transistor (TH1) und einem Kondensator (C3) mit einem Widerstand R3 gebildet ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücklaufzeit der jeweiligen Antriebseinheit (13, 14) durch ein mechanisches Zeitglied (22) bestimmbar ist, beispielsweise durch ein gebremstes Ausfahren des Stößels des jeweiligen Kollisionsschalters (16, 17).
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kollisionschalter (16, 17) an einem ortsfesten oder an einem beweglichen Bauteil des Möbels (10) festgelegt sind.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrische Zeitglied (21) im Gehäuse des Antriebsmotors der jeweiligen Antriebseinheit (13, 14) oder zwischen der Steuereinheit (19) und dem Antriebsmotor in einem separaten Gehäuse angeordnet ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Antriebseinheit (13, 14) als Linearantrieb, als Rotationsantrieb oder als verschwenkbarer Antrieb in Form eines Einzel- oder Doppelantriebes ausgebildet ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Antriebseinheit (13, 14) als Doppelantrieb ausgebildet ist, und dass ein Antriebszug als Linearantrieb und der andere Antriebszug als Rotationsantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kollisionssteuerung einen Umsteuerbaustein (20) enthält.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umsteuerbaustein (20) zwei Relais (K1, K2) derart enthält, dass beim Betätigen eines Kollisionsschalters (16, 17) zur Umsteuerung der jeweiligen Antriebseinheit (13, 14) beide Relais (K1, K2) anziehbar sind.
- Möbel nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Relais (K2) durch einen selbsthaltenden Schalter und das andere Relais (K1) durch ein Zeitglied (C3, R3) ansteuerbar ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kollisionsschalter (16, 17) als ein in einem Gehäuse untergebrachter Schalter mit einem schaltenden Kontakt ausgebildet ist, und dass der schaltende Kontakt durch einen Stößel mittels des Möbels oder des Beschlages eines Möbels betätigbar ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kollisionsschalter (16, 17) mit einem flexiblen Zugmittel, beispielsweise einem Zugseil oder einem Schaltgestänge gekoppelt ist und dass der Stößel mit dem Schaltgestänge gekoppelt ist, sodass ein Schaltvorgang durch Betätigung des Schaltgestänges auflösbar ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kollisionsschalter (16, 17) ein seil- oder schnurförmiges Betätigungselement aufweist, welches in Wirkverbindung mit dem Stößel des Kollisionsschalters (16, 17) steht, sodass der Stößel des Kollisionsschalters (16, 17) durch das seil- oder schnurförmige Betätigungselement betätigbar ist.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kollisionsschalter (16, 17) als berührungsloser Schalter ausgebildet ist, der beispielsweise nach dem Lichtschranken- oder Reflexionsprinzip arbeitet.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (19) des Möbels einen Steuerkreis und einen Lastkreis beinhaltet und dass mehrere Antriebseinheiten (13, 14) ansteuerbar sind.
- Möbel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (19) aus einer Energieversorgung und aus einem Verteilerbaustein gebildet ist, und dass die Last durch die Drucktaster (18a) des Handschalters (18) selbsttätig schaltbar ist.
