Claims (11)
- Mittelpufferkupplung zum Verkuppeln eines ersten Wagenkastens mit einem zweiten, benachbarten Wagenkasten eines mehrgliedrigen Schienenfahrzeugs, mit einem mittels eines Kupplungsschafts (2) schwenkbar an einem Anlenkgehäuse (7) des Wagenkastens angebrachten Kupplungskopf (37) und mit einer Verschwenkvorrichtung (19) zum Verschwenken des Kupplungsschafts (2), wobei die Verschwenkvorrichtung (19) eine um eine vertikale Schwenkachse verlaufende, horizontale Schwenkbewegung des Kupplungsschafts (2) mitmachende Führung (4) und eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) zum Positionieren der Führung (4) zusammen mit dem wirkverbundenen Kupplungsschaft (2) in jeder Stelle eines vorgesehenen Schwenkbereichs aufweist und ferner symmetrisch zur Längsachse (1) des Kupplungsschafts (2) vorgesehene und jeweils einer Druckeinrichtung (5) zugeordnete Druckflächen (6) zum Bewirken einer horizontalen Mittenrückstellung des Kupplungsschafts (2) aufweist, wobei die jeweiligen Druckeinrichtungen (5) gegen das Anlenkgehäuse (7) des Kupplungsschafts (2) abgestützt werden, um die zugeordneten Druckflächen (6) gegen die Führung (4) vorzuspannen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führung (4) mit der Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) über eine mit der Führung (4) in Eingriff bringbare Schwenkeinheit (9) verbunden ist, wobei der Eingriff in der Mittenstellung der Führung (4) lösbar ist. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führung (4) als Kurvenscheibe (4a) ausgebildet ist, die um einen vertikal angeordneten Schwenkbolzen (14) drehbar im Anlenkgehäuse (7) gelagert und mit dem Kupplungsschaft (2) drehsynchron gekoppelt ist. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schwenkeinheit (9) eine mit einer Kontur (10) ausgebildete Kulisse (11) aufweist, in deren Kontur (10) ein Führungsbolzen (12) geführt wird, der mit einem den Führungsbolzen (12) aufnehmenden Mitnehmer (13) der Führung (4) in Eingriff bringbar ist. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führung (4) bzw. die Kurvenscheibe (4a) in Eingriff mit einer mit Hilfe der Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) um den Schwenkbolzen (14) drehbaren Hebelvorrichtung (16) bringbar ist. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hebelvorrichtung (16) einen Führungsschlitz (17) aufweist, in welchem der in der Kontur (10) geführte Führungsbolzen (12) bei der Drehung der Hebelvorrichtung (16) um den Schwenkbolzen (14) läuft. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Schwenkbolzen (14) axialfluchtend zu einem vertikal ausgerichteten, den Kupplungsschaft (2) mit dem Anlenkgehäuse (7) verbindenden Lagerbolzen (15) angelenkt ist. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Schwenkbolzen (14) mit dem Lagerbolzen (15) wirkverbunden ist. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in Bereich einer seitlichen Endlage des Kupplungsschafts (2) bzw. der Mittelpufferkupplung (3) eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) nach Erreichen der Endlage selbsttätig abschaltet. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kupplungsschaft (2) durch ein hinteres und ein vorderes Schaftteil (2a, 2b) gebildet ist, die mittels eines Gelenks (18) mit vertikaler Schwenkachse verbunden sind, wobei das vordere Schaftteil (2b) gegen das hintere Schaftteil (2a) horizontal verschwenkbar ausgebildet ist. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Bereich einer seitlichen Endlage des Kupplungsschafts (2) bzw. der Mittelpufferkupplung (3) eine Einrichtung angeordnet ist, die den Schwenkvorgang des vorderen Schaftteils (2b) einleitet. - Mittelpufferkupplung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schwenkvorgänge des Verschwenkens des gestreckten Kupplungsschafts (2) aus der Mittenlage in eine seitliche Endlage und umgekehrt und/oder des Verschwenkens des vorderen Schaftteils (2b) automatisiert oder fernbetätigbar vorgesehen sind.
