Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sun protection system with a gatherable lamellar or Faltbehang and an upper rail, in which a drive unit with z. As an electric drive motor, elevator bearings and / or coil bearings is arranged as components and which wall-mounted or ceiling side by means of a holder.
Such sun protection systems have been known for a long time, and the use of electric drives has been known for a number of years. However, arranged in the upper rail moving parts produce vibrations and airborne sound, which can be transferred to the other parts of the system or veneers and stimulate them to vibrate, via the holder also a sound input into the building happens, whereby the sound perception can still increase.
The object of the present invention is to provide a sunshade system with a arranged in a rail drive whose noise emissions are significantly lower compared to known systems.
According to the invention the object is achieved by a sun protection system of the type described above, in which the drive unit or at least one component arranged in a capsule substantially closed on all sides and this capsule is at least partially provided with insulating material, wherein the holder is preferably flat on the insulating material or a Insulating material preferably surface at least partially surrounding material attacks and holding the top rail is done exclusively on the insulating material.
Thanks to the closed capsule for the entire drive unit or in each case its components, the sunshade system according to the invention provides for a particularly good shielding of the airborne sound directly produced by the moving parts and the provision of the insulating material for a substantial reduction in structure-borne sound transmission into the holder the stationary holding the upper rail is done exclusively on the insulating material. For softer, less resilient insulating materials is a flat Plant preferred to support the forces occurring from the holder to the insulating material can. By "substantially on all sides" is meant that smaller openings for z. B. the elevator or turning device of a curtain are provided, but whose cross-section is limited to the technically necessary, so that no acoustic interference occurs.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the upper rail has a C- or U-shaped cross-section, wherein the upper rail or the material surrounding the insulating material with a cover extending over the entire length at the top and possibly end caps on the end faces the capsule forms. Conceivable would be the formation of the upper rail as a closed profile, but the installation of the system is then considerably more difficult than in a design with a removable lid. The lid and possibly also the end caps can each consist of insulating material and / or be covered with insulating material, but this is not absolutely necessary to achieve a desired noise reduction. On the front caps u. U. are completely dispensed with, since the small front side cross-sections hardly lead to a significant impairment of noise behavior in the open state.
Alternatively, an embodiment is conceivable in which the insulating material enclosing a C- or U-shaped cross-section owning upper rail on all sides and the frontal openings of the upper rail occluding end caps are formed with or without insulating material.
'All the embodiments described above have the common feature that the surfaces of the upper rail are covered with the insulating material, whereby the resonance behavior is preferably changed in the direction of a lower natural frequency and the Dämmaterial also can absorb a significant amount of sound. '
An embodiment has proved to be particularly advantageous in which the insulating material is arranged centrally between the upper rail and a casing. This creates a kind of double-walled upper rail with a cavity completely filled by the insulating material. The casing, like the upper rail, may consist of a metal profile, which is particularly advantageous for a secure and stable engagement of the holder with the casing. The best soundproofing values can be achieved, even if the sheathing over the entire length of the upper rail is designed to be continuous on all outer surfaces, with a fixed contact between the insulating material and the upper rail and / or the sheathing enabling particularly good sound insulation values and preferably the insulating material with the upper rail and / or the sheath is glued.
It has been shown that materials are particularly suitable as Dämmaterial, which have a higher density, since on the one hand by the high mass per volume, the resonance behavior of vibration-prone components in the aforementioned manner can positively influence and on the other hand in the attack surfaces of the holder also sufficient stability is maintained. Materials which have proven to be particularly suitable here are preferably those which are produced from production waste of foamed plastics and have a weight per unit area of about 1.8 kg / m 2 at 10 mm thickness, the surface is preferably permeable to air. Other materials, such. As EPDM or rock wool, can be used.
In a further preferred embodiment it is provided that the holder has at least two bow-like carrier, which surround the sheath. For example, the bearing connection can be achieved in that profile projections are provided on the casing and the brackets overlap the casing from above and are engaged under the profile projections. In conjunction with elastically bendable brackets results in a particularly simple installation, since first the carrier ceiling or wall side fixed and then the sun protection system with the profile projections of the sheath can be engaged from below into the carrier. Layers of insulating material, for example EPDM, may be provided between the carrier and the profile projections in order to counteract structure-borne noise transmission of any residual vibrations from the casing to the carrier.

The
The outside of the
In order to fully encapsulate the engine and the other moving parts of the drive, which are the cause of the noise during operation, and thereby substantially reduce airborne sound transmission, end caps (not shown) are provided on the front side, which close the
The connection of the unit of

Both embodiments provide on the one hand by the encapsulated drive unit for a significant reduction of the airborne sound transmission, while on the other hand, the avoidance of rigid parts between the carrier and
