- a counter-pull preferably in the form of another paper, is applied below the support of such panels.
- the panels have laterally coupling elements and can be assembled with or without glue, such as in the WO 01/94721 A1 described.
- the decor paper may have applied abrasion resistant particles of corundum, alumina or silicon carbide to be suitable for a walk.
- the abrasion-resistant particles are embedded in a resin matrix.
- resins melamine resins are preferably used for cost reasons, which may be mixed with urea resins.
- Methods for producing a decorative paper for floor panels are from the publications US-A-4,940,503 .
- WO 00/44984 A1 such as WO 02/066265 A1 known.
- the backing paper may be attached to the backing by means of a resin.
- a resin As the resin, urea resin is preferred because less resistance to moisture is required on the underside of the panels. It can therefore be dispensed with expensive additives such as melamine resin.
- HDF is currently preferred as a carrier material, since this material is dimensionally stable and A manufacturing process for such a plate is in the DE 20210718 U1 described.
- the support for laminate floor panels may also consist of several layers of paper that are glued together, such as the WO 96/27721 disclosed.
- a consisting of such panels laminate flooring can static charge especially at low relative humidity during walking, a humidity below 50% is low in the context of the invention. Under unfavorable conditions, a person's body can charge up to 25,000 volts.
- a panel may be so designated if the possible charging of persons is below 2000 V or 2 kV.
- JP-A-2001 293819 So it was suggested ( JP-A-2001 293819 ) to provide a transparent antistatic layer on a decorative printed substrate containing an antistatic copolymer having on one chain an ammonium salt group on the one hand and a carboxyl group on the other.
- the object of the invention is to provide a decorative paper provided with floor panel with improved antistatic properties.
- a decorative paper and / or decorative paper and / or an overlay paper is provided with a resin mixture containing quaternary ammonium compounds, preferably quaternary amines.
- quaternary ammonium compounds preferably quaternary amines.
- the proportion of quaternary ammonium compounds in the resin mixture is at least 10% by weight. Since quaternary ammonium compounds are relatively expensive, the proportion of 20 wt .-% should not be exceeded.
- the paper may be passed in the form of a paper web through a mixture containing urea and / or melamine resins in addition to said quaternary ammonium compounds.
- the soaked paper is dried and pressed in due course with a carrier, preferably with the supply of heat.
- the mixture may alternatively be sprayed on, for example.
- the result is a panel with improved antistatic properties compared to a panel in which the paper has been impregnated with other conventional resins.
- Through the quaternary Ammonium compounds increase the electrical conductivity in the surface area of the floor covering. This leads to a reduced charge of persons who enter the floor covering.
- Abrasion-resistant particles can be applied to the top of the decor.
- the mixture contains abrasion-resistant particles, and in particular alumina / corundum, since this material is usually barely visible and thus the view of the decor is hardly affected.
- Abrasion-resistant particles are applied to the decor paper in one operation and at the same time the antistatic properties are improved.
- the decorative paper is impregnated in a mixture with the abrasion-resistant particles and then the mixture is removed, at least in part, for example by means of a doctor blade from the underside of the decorative paper.
- the mixture contains abrasion-resistant particles
- the mixture advantageously additionally contains viscosity-increasing substances, such as cellulose derivatives. This ensures that the abrasion-resistant particles improved in the mixture are kept in suspension. This achieves a good uniform distribution of the abrasion-resistant particles on the paper surface.
- an overlay is impregnated with a mixture containing a resin such as urea resin and / or melamine resin.
- this mixture also contains substances that increase the electrical conductivity, namely the said quaternary ammonium compounds.
- the proportion is again preferably from 1 to 20 wt .-%.
